WaitStaff Sheila - Made us comfortable on our seats. She gave us ample amount of time to browse through the menu and ensured that the order she got from us was correct. She even answered questions that are bluntly obvious. She also took the feedback regarding our dining experience with care. She made us feel really taken care of. Front of House Manager Claire - she took the feedback from Sheila and immediately went into resolving it. It took her merely 5 mins to resolve everything and even went back to the kitchen to share the feedback with the cooking crew. Chef Anthony - He took the feedback very seriously and went to us immediately. He was really apologetic and he made sure that we will not leave without seeing us happy. Customer Service here is really great. We will be back soon.

One of my Go To places when i need to eat a fancy breakfast. The food was great. The Service was nice and friendly. The Ambience is perfect very quiet.

The food was pricey, but okay 👍🏻 they had free coffee until 11 am. Staff were nice and accommodating.

I really liked the coffee. I was tired and ready for sleep when I opted to eat some pancakes here first. After the coffee, I felt fit and ready to study again. The service was really great. I initially thought they were closed because there was no one around except for this lady who was busy with a lot of receipts. So I really can't blame her. Luckily, the waiter was there and was like, "Yes, Ma'am, we're open." He kept calling me "Sir." I guess he was trying to be sensitive to my gender preference, but my pronouns are actually "she, her." It is okay, though. I really appreciated his effort. You can really feel in his voice that he was doing that out of respect, not judgment. So kudos to him! AND I like how he explains things. He didn't just take my order, he explained what it was. He was very involved with what he was doing; like, as a child who grew up fatherless, I think I felt a glimpse of what it's like to have a father-figure right there to guide you through good food. The bathroom was really clean. It had a bidet. I mean, it's Denny's. It SHOULD be clean but I really appreciate how their soap is not diluted in water to save cost and they also have alcohol. It is at par with its name. The food is, auf Deutsch, "solala." It's not bad but it's not really good. It looks good but I am not really impressed by the taste. Maybe when I try the spaghetti next time; but the pancakes, well, I had better.

Amazing food, flavourful and fresh, great drinks, fries melt in your mouth and french toast crispy as well. Bottomless iced tea! Staff were so friendly, overall a wonderful experience

I recently visited Denny's One Ayala for brunch and had a generally positive experience. Here's a breakdown of my visit: The manager/server was exceptionally attentive and assistive. Coffee was promptly served right after taking our orders, contributing to a smooth start. However, the coffee tasted a bit bland, lacking the robust flavor I expected. Our ordered food arrived surprisingly fast, in less than 10 minutes. While this may be attributed to the lower customer volume during brunch, it enhanced our overall experience. We tried the tapa, original grand slam, and eggplant omelette. The tapa was thin yet flavorful, particularly delightful when paired with the provided vinegar and outstanding with the pico de gallo. The pancakes were the highlight of the meal—fluffy and filling, as expected from Denny's. The atmosphere was calm and perfect for a relaxed morning, possibly due to the fewer customers during brunch hours. In conclusion, Denny's One Ayala provided a pleasant brunch experience with standout items like the tapa and pancakes. The attentive service and serene ambiance further added to the overall positive impression, making it a great choice for a non-hectic morning meal.

We provided an honest feedback about what we ate today and it didn't went well, it's not what we expected it to be BUT...we approached SHEILA, the service crew and she was able to escalate our feedback immediately with CLAIRE, the dining Manager, she was so sweet and receptive to our feedback and CLAIRE is super duper sweet and hospitable too. Meanwhile, CHEF ANTHONY walked over our dining table and apologized for what happened and gave us a delectable complimentary pancake and it was so delish! Kudos to DENNY's ONE AYALA BRANCH! They didn't let us walk out the door dissatisfied but instead they made us feel valued. Thank you! We will surely visit Denny's with our friends again! Love lots!

I didn’t know Denny’s is part of a huge franchise😂 I thought it was a random restaurant beside our office building. I have no expectations, but their bangus breakfast meal was superb! Love it. And I kept coming back for that since.
