Their customer service is disappointing. A little deviation from the standard customer journey messes up everything. Ordered and paid online, and just asked if it can be delivered in the morning instead of night before. When I learned that it has an extra fee, I didn’t push through with the morning delivery. And they didn’t deliver my food anymore. I wonder if they thought of just keeping my money without serving the food. This is the second time I’ve given this company a chance. But it failed yet again. Sigh.

Lots of people talk about weight loss when eating a keto diet. As as former obese person, i can tell you that going on a keto lifestyle did miracles for me. I lost weight, reversed medical conditions like hyper-acidity, high uric acid, and really feel more energetic and younger than ever. Ketos of Manila was a big part of this journey, and it's been my faithful choice ever since. If you're thinking about it, go for it. It was good for me, and I believe it will be good for your health too.

I tried a variety of food variations from their concepts (The Sugar Free Bakery, Eat's Life Manila, Roast MNL, and so on), and each experience was delightfully unique. I always look forward to their new menu because it's always a surprise 🤩 P.S. every food is instagrammable. I enjoy taking shots of them!

Keto food that tastes so good that it makes you forget you're on a diet! The food quality is superb and the customer service is excellent. I love it that they deliver in the evening so I am assured that I have my meals ready and complete before I leave for the house and go to my office. I also love it that they offer soups and other dietary options (low carb, plant-based)... Reminds me of Singapore Airlines' range of meal offerings. Very premium!

It's so easy to order and get your food delivered by Ketos of Manila. I don't have to think about what to eat. They give you complete meals and a snack too, so I never feel hungry. And they even have a Nutritionist you can speak to for consultation! I love Ketos of Manila!
