When Salut was first opened, it started out as a buffet restaurant where the charge is per gram weight food basis. This system is some sort of a price trap. As of Dec 29, 2021, Salut converted its buffet meal to just short order menu. The ambience was great. It was clean, wide, and airconditioned. The stylish design is simply perfect. It has a music band inside. The plate and utensils given was covered with plastic, thus, tou won't be disgusted by greasy fingerprints of the service crew. Toilet is clean, located at the back of restaurant, and you need to walk upstairs.

Group meals in this resto is highly recommended and perfect for family and business meetings/gatherings.

Good food, but not as much as what from what we were expecting. The '1 gram per peso' deal sounds budget-friendly, but for legitimately heavy eaters, you might consider this place at the end of your list. Also with accommodation: we came as I think the second customer for that night, and they just turned all heaters on when we started to head to the food counters. Thus, our food is served cold, or at room temperature, at least. Most of the meat and rice were already hard and not appetizing unless if these were heated before we arrived.

It was one of the best experiences I've had in Luzon! Their foods are exceptional 🥰🥰 I especially live the selection of sushi and pastas. I also enjoyed the scrumptious cupcakes, everything is just mwah! The ambience is also very warm and welcoming with guests taking turns to sing a song for everyone 🥰

Now you can choose 2 options, if you are a type of person who eats a lot you should try the Eat All You Can for only 649++ Pesos. But then if you are a type of persos who's on a certain diet such as Keto, Vegetarian or just don't want to eat a lot, you should choose the 1 Peso per Gram option so that you can control what you eat! The 1 peso per gram is also suitable for senior citizen and kids who don't eat a lot! It's so affordable and worth the money! I've been here on a Sunday. The restaurant has a welcoming climate to those who endured the scorching walk outside the Centris locale because of the summer season. The buffet food selection is above par and more affordable than others i've eaten at. The place is great for groups looking for a heavy lunch or dinner, the staff are entertaining, and they even have live musical entertainment to keep the dinners in ambient comfort with their food. Surely, I will dine again here soon with family and friends.

Has a wide variety of European and Filipino dishes that uses fresh ingredients, and the flavors are well-balanced. The staff is also friendly and attentive, provides excellent service to make your dining experience more enjoyable. Top notch comfort food buffet, great presentation hot tasty food. Very good selection, salad bar, desserts, chocolate chip cookies sarap. Many choices of well prepared tasty meats, beef brisket, pork belly is what I call quite juicy and tasty. Church run restaurant very well done, Karoke singing well received even some staff joined in. It was advertised in Google as open but when we got there at around 5pm, we were told they had to close due to lack of ingredients?! That was the 2 stars rating for..
