The Grilled Porkchops is a must-try. The Roast Beef Belly was sooo tender! Although the Baby Back Ribs and Salmon Steak are not on the menu, you can order it directly to the staff. The staff were courteous and attentive. Very good service and good ambience. I will surely come back.

The ambience is okay, the food is delicious. I really like their cheesecake. Am not a coffee person though i still tried but i cannot say that their coffee is heavenly. The staff are nice and friendly. They have a VIP room where you can hold a business meeting or if you want more privacy and if you are with a group of people. It gets noisy though when most tables are filled.

If I could give a Zero star, I would give Zero. This place doesn't take the health condition of their customers seriously. I'm young and type 2 diabetic, and this was my pulsed rate and blood pressure after 5 hours of consuming the tea. It's still high given it has been five hours since I drank it. It was definitely higher right after I consumed it. I just ordered mint tea with no sugar, however they gave me green tea mint & I tasted something sweet in my drink, perhaps "honey" but the waiter said it had no sugar or honey. After consuming the tea, I felt shaky, dizzy, had a blurred vision and still having a fast heartbeat until now. I'd never ever trust the waiters here ( not paying attention to details and lied to me) it's my first time and definitely not coming back. To the owner or manager pls train ur staff properly ur gonna have a serious problem when talking about health

First time eating here. Good service. Good food. I didn't like the sausage much. Just not to my taste. The cappuccino was great. I ordered an apple pie to go, it's served ala mode but I opted to skip the ice cream, no where to keep it in my hotel room. I'll visit again and try something different. Update 7/29 Went again today. Cappuccino was amazing again. I had the salmon panini and that was great. The apple pie from yesterday was some of the best I've ever had. I'll see them again before I leave Manila

A very cozy place and a bit of old/vintage Harry Potter vibes at some details ... Coffee and desserts are all good but a bit pricey comparing to others. Still the place can accommodate large groups and they have 2nd floor for more dining. My Favorite would be the ChocoChino 🍫☕

Was delighted to know that they serve food at Vatos (the one at Net Park, BGC before) here. Quesadilla was oos so I just got baja fish soft tacos (3pcs at Php 380 + SC). It satisfied my cravings but it didn't taste exactly same same with Vatos at Net Park before. Fish portion was smaller too. Will probably not go back here

I find the feel of the restaurant cozy and classy, I think it’s perfect for a little alone time while reading a book and drinking coffee. Cafe Lyon (formerly Dome) offers Italian/Filipino cuisine featuring steak and coffee. During our visit, we tried their grilled porkchop and bangus belly as our main. The grilled porkchop was savory, paired with a little lemon and veggies on the side. This dish is offered at ₱495. The bangus belly is a good option for those trying to cut down their meat intake. This is priced at ₱490. Their quiches tasted interesting, it’s not always that I get to try this kind of cuisine. I think it’s also a matter of preference; quiches, in general, are tarts and I find tarts dry to eat. Crust aside, its fillings were very flavorful. The french onion soup was also a first for me. I like their beef and mushroom pot pie, the puff pastry is a good pair with the beef and mushroom. The seafood curry was a little spicy for me. The mushroom and truffle baked macaroni was appetizing. This restaurant offers a wide variety of coffee and desserts. We got to try two of their coffees: Flat White(₱110) and Cappuccino (₱115). The art on the flat white was lovely. Tastewise, it was okay. I’m not much of a coffee-lover, and definitely not a fan of anything that has a bitter taste, however, I find their coffee tolerable.

I tried it with my friends. It is usually crowded here. I like the food it has a lot of options. Great place with company. Sorroundings is very clean and best interior. I would love to dine in here because it is unique and outstanding. They also have sit outside. Their hospitality is reallt a great experience.

This place is a hidden gem. Not easily accessible if you are inside shangrila plaza mall but it can be accessed at the ground flr level towards edsa st. Their staff are very friendly and willing to explain about their menu esp their manager at the time of our visit. He helped us find the right food based on our preferences. The french food is great and the ambiance is perfect for a good chat with your friends.

We had chicken pasta and the zest of the chicken and the serving was great downside it had only one toast. The bulalo and rice was a strike could even out par the ones in batangas the marrows were intact with big servings, definitely a choice to pick!!

We actually liked the taste of our food, but the presentation wasn't good. Serving is decent and their pork chop could be shared. We paid P3,055 for 5 mains (2 pasta, fish & chips, pork chop, and beef something) and 3 iced teas. They use small plates, and very ordinary looking ones, so it almost feels like eating in a cafeteria. Great service, though.

Cafe Lyon is one of the restaurants in Shang that i keep going back to. I felt heartbroken when i thought they closed but they were able to find a better place in Shang (old pizza hut location). They still have an outdoor seating area but it wasn’t as peaceful as their previous location since they’re now facing EDSA. BUT kudos on their interior really, still giving the old vibe like their old location and even better. It’s so chill!! Btw, they even have a budget friendly event place or private rooms now (check their post on facebook).. For the food and drink that I ordered, i missed their grilled porkchops and flat white! The taste is still the same and even better. The meat was so tender! I love everything about this cafe. Imm just happy that they’re back!

We ordered Aglio pasta, spiced sausage and nutella crepe. The pasta was decadent and was one of the best I tasted around the metro. The spiced sausage and the crepe were also delectable. Servers are friendly and accommodating even if we arrived an hour before closing. The place feels quaint and had interesting decor. Highly recommended.

Excellent service with very attentive staff (I was just stretching and a waiter attended to me right away). Good place to converse because not a lot of people go even on Saturdays, or maybe because it's very spacious compared to other eating places in Shang. I recommend the sausage platter and their coffee.

As a senior citizen, Cafe Lyon is like an old friend you would always visit when you're only walking distance from its vicinity. Their new location is detached from the mall; where San Mig pub used to be. That's fine by me - less foot traffic and noise. I hope it's fine by them too (business-wise).

This is my second visit and it was just as stuffy as the first. It's Shangri-la, so that's expected. I'm pescatarian, so it's nice that they have fish/vegetarian options. Though, the vegetarian French omelette I ordered was flavorless. I could have opted for their bangus or salmon, but I wasn't feeling fish that day. It took a while for a server to notice us and give us a menu, but once one of them did, the service was great. I would go here more often if it weren't for the stuffy people that like to frequent it.

Booked a private meeting room that seats 10pax. Stayed from brunch until 3:00pm for a consumable rate of Php3500. A projector and screen is also available for an additional rate of Php500. Ordered breakfast food and salads. Price point is steep as a platter of Tocino costs Php395.

This is my first negative review. They have lousy service. Ordered cappuccino and it never arrived. I didn't even get water. I saw one customer who had his coffee served after 10 mins of sitting down and ordering. You can probably chalk it up to a newbie waiter but come on, it's just coffee. A friend of mine said that he had a similar experience and gave them a piece of his mind. They prefer to serve their old clientele or their old regulars. Dined here before and it was good. But I will never go back to this place.
