Horrible experience! By far the most stressful and inefficient travel agency I had to deal with. The agents are very hard to contact and have no proper communication with each other. The tour quotation took them two months to send and the visa process was too inefficient that I myself had to book the embassy appointment because the agent could not do it for 2 weeks. The high fee is a complete joke given the poor service they give. You technically pay for them to store your documents as we had a lot of lacking papers during the appointment despite checking in with the agent multiple times if everything was complete. The agent even misspelled our name in the insurance which was another delay. The whole process was completely stressful - defeats the purpose of hiring an agency to help you. Overall, the service is definitely not worth it. Would not recommend just look for a better travel agency.

Extremely slow service. Very slow response time😫😫😫😫 THEY ARE ONLY GOOD WITH ACCEPTING PAYMENTS, but no service and feedback. You have to followup 1billion times! 😫😫😫😫

Worst service ever. They are not reliable and accommodating when it comes to urgent visa application. They knew that my friend needs that visa as our travel date is near, but still they delayed the submission to the embassy. Whats worse is that they told her that her picture for the visa is wrong even if its not (we verified that its correct since our other friend applied using the same photo format). Their agents are not good in customer service, they dont give direct answer and its obvious that they are just making excuses when asking for updates. It is best to avoid this agency when getting visa if u dont want to experience the hassle that we did.

Not friendly for foreigner. The Japan visa was fast,but I spent multiple times money only got single visa. the agency is like delivery company.they only know collect and delivery. Not helpful As a travel agent company must review the application that make sure the most successful to apply. Not just collecting and gave 1% excuse to say not ur fault. If ur professional analysis is lower to get multiple. Why not suggest only single. Ur reply I think not professional.

First day had some problem with the hotel the food but rakso people took time to handle it and I hope they learn something at our expense

From the VISA processing up to the time that we landed back to Manila, Ms. Sachi (of Makati Head Office) was always in contact with us to check and update us. Our VISA was out in less than 5 days. She took great effort to accommodate our requests and changes in itinerary schedule – even last-minute changes. Our Glance of France Tour Package allow us to be flexible with our schedule. We were able to plan our itinerary at our own pace with the help of Ms. Sachi. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Hotel location was great - walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champ Elysees Avenue. Overall experience on this trip – more than 5 stars! Thank you RAKSO!
