Unlimited Chinese hotpot, all you can eat… No time limited is the best. There are not many kinds of meat, they provide beef, pork, fish and shrimp. Fried steamed bun is awesome so we refilled for 5 times, OMG… They use the special chopsticks that needs to be assembled by disposable parts.

The service is very excellent, they are very organize when it comes to the customers queue and the food has arrived on time on our table. The meats are high quality and the cheese balls are so delicious. The zenbao sauce also matches to our meat. I tried to make my DIY sauce at the bar but it didn’t went well so we stick back to the original zenbao sauce 😅 Overall we are so happy and we will go back here again.

Had a wonderful hotpot experience at Zhenbao in One Highstreet in BGC. The serving staff were very knowledgeable in what they have to offer. They guided us through the inclusions of their P799 and P999 Unlimited Promos. The P200 difference meant additional seafood choices. Unfortunately, they only had dory and prawns to add and not the entire list as indicated so we got the basic P799 and loaded up on USDA Beef, lobster balls, choice pork, fish balls, Cheese balls,potato noodles, a gamut of mushrooms and greens. The added service was that, CJ our server prepared his special sauce that brought ooomph and life to all our meats and veggies. It was a mixture that heightened the senses and expanded our appreciation of the spread on our table. If ever you visit, I encourage you to ask CJ to perform his flavor magic. It will surely make your meal worthwhile.

Pretty good hotpot place with a variety of unlimited dishes and a fully stocked and constantly replenished sauce bar with guides. Top notch service too. Servers were friendly and attentive. Note that their version of mild is quite spicy, even for one with good spice tolerance.

First time in years to try hotpot, I’m glad it was in Zhenbao! We got the unli hotpot for 2 with 2 broths - original and mild spicy. They have multiple suggestions in the sauce bar but you should definitely try the Zhenbao original sauce. Love all the meats and cheese ball! Pro-tip: you can request for peeled shrimps! Place was not too crowded even during Friday lunch service. Staff are friendly and attentive. Looking forward to our next time here.

I enjoyed my stay in Zhenbao! The hotpot tasted great, particularly the spicy one, which is my all-time favorite! The desserts were amazing, crunchy but soft inside and not too sweet, perfect for my taste buds! Will definitely return next time.💕

Zhenbao BGC is our go-to spot for satisfying hotpot cravings. We love the friendly service, wide food selection, and high-quality meat. They even offer unlimited apple ice tea, which is a refreshing bonus. Highly recommended for a delightful hotpot experience!

Went for dinner with a couple of friends. Their USDA beef is good. The hotpot sauce is yummy. Ask the staff to make them for you. Their staff are friendly. However, the beef ball texture is soggy. Chicken coconut soup base leaves an after taste after a few minutes. Luncheon meats taste like canned ones.
