    Worst Chillis in the world. Plates, glasses all over the counter, 40 mins wait for drinks, employees don’t seem to care, very unmotivated, uncaring. Food comes out cold like it was made and left to sit on the counter to age….tables are empty but you can’t be seated. It’s a mess.

    I ordered milk and the cup was not even half full. Total disappointment with this restaurant. Charged full price. A big no no!! ...when I arrived home I was missing 2 corn on the cob Not happy 😡 UPDATE: I ordered again curbside. I waited 25 minutes and nobody brought my order when I checked in. I called and finally got my order after half an hour...so order was going to be ready at 7pm and they ended up bringing it out at 7:30pm. My order was incomplete. Once again when I arrived home I was missing 2 corn on the cob. Service has been terrible. I'm practically getting robbed every time I order. Shame on the manager for not running this establishment correctly.

    We ordered for Curbside Delivery, and food never came. I called the restaurant, and there was no answer. We went inside to check on order, and it was sitting there on the Door Dash cart. I asked if I could take my order, and the girl coming out of the kitchen area said, "Yea, take it." We double checked the order, and we were missing items from both of the dinners. By the time the order was complete, it was now a half an hour after the pick up time assigned to us, and the food was cold. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the order system does not work right, and things were hard during the dinner rush. I do not consider 8pm to be dinner rush time, but I could be wrong. I question why Curbside Delivery is offered if the service is not monitored to ensure that the customer gets their food timely.

    The service here is horrible. Called in an order and had to wait 20 minutes past the time they told me. I asked if I could have a glass of water while I waited, and was told yes, but never recieved my water at all. My food that I recieved was totally wrong, so then they had to go hunt down my food. Do they not cook it fresh anymore? It wasn't even busy inside, so I dont see why they couldn't find my food. I finally gave up and left.

    Great delicious food, responsive management & excellent service overall. There was an initial misunderstanding with server, but manager( John) came over and fixed it, he even gave us two gift certificates that we didn't expect or ask for, a discount on one of the food items and also made sure the service stayed at a 5-star level throughout our visit. Thank you John, we will be be back for sure.

    Came here for lunch between wine tasting and was pleasantly surprised. Our server was this funny older blonde woman who was very attentive and very good. She was a welcome change from what we have had at other Chili's. We ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower to start and were surprised at how much we enjoyed it, so much so we made the mistake of ordering it again. Not that the 2nd batch was worse, just too much food. A great vegetarian appetizer for sure, I would like to see them maybe do a healthier grilled version if possible, but it was damn good nonetheless. As for my main meal I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich since I wanted something hearty but not as heavy as a burger. The sandwich was okay, nothing special though. As you can see in the picture the chicken looked over cooked and the sandwich overall just didn't look appealing. Tasted decent enough, but I don't think I'd order it again. Overall a good experience though, clean restaurant and the server we had really helped make this a good trip.

    The best Chili's I've been to! Service was fast and friendly, and as expected, the food was delicious! I had one of their $10 specials, and there was enough food there for two. Totally enjoyed myself, and my server, Chris, made my stop even more enjoyable.

    When we ate at the bar the food was really good this time around it wasn't as great I do however absolutely love their avocado rolls I did get those and they were fine I also got a side Caesar salad which some of the lettuce was a little brown but it happens I get it but the little game tablets were absolutely disgusting and sticky and need to be wiped down also the table itself was sticky and just wasn't cleaned really good just being honest not trying to be snarky I just haven't really had a really good experience except for that one time when I ate at the bar and the food was exceptional and I've been in and out of Chili's for 10 plus years in different locations across the United States

    My family eats here a lot, today I ordered online through the app. I didn't realize 2 of my orders had guacamole and margaritas attached. I tried to call right after I placed the order. It took calling 4 separate times for someone to finally answer. The previous 3 calls where spent on hold for 5+ minutes then disconnected due to (technical errors). I spoke with the manager who tried to claim I was getting a good deal but that they couldn't remove the extra items. They didn't have a host/ hostess station so my first 3 calls where ignored. Due to the lack of staffing I wasn't able to speak with anyone in time to change my order and now I'm having to pay for items I don't even want.

    It’s ok. If you had a better experience at Chili’s 🌶 before you might want to lower that a bit. It wasn’t the place but the food quality wasn’t there anymore. Also, as I was walking in to the men’s restroom, I saw a female staff walk out after a male patron.

    Sad place. 3 sad experiences in a row. The first time we were understanding because there was only one waitress at the dinner hour. The second visit we were turned away at 6pm because the cook was not there. The 3rd visit they only had one waitress again and insisted that we be seated with other people crowded in one section. There were 6 of us. That just was not going to work. We will not be going back.

    I am baffled by the number of poor reviews. I guess it's true, most people don't bother to review unless they have a complaint. We have been going to this Chili's location for many years and even post-Covid they continue to amaze us with the quality and service. A few issues during those many years? A couple, but overall we love this Chili's for food, service and value!

    I don’t expect bathrooms to be clean. Please clean the bathrooms. Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned at all for months. Stains and marks. Smelled bad. Asked if meat could be cooked longer then medium. Server said that they couldn’t and they get mad if they asked. So I just order something different no big issue.

    I think they're under new management. Previously, I sat in this place for almost a half hour without any kind of service. The Boneless Habanero Wings were served cold and had little spice. The Egg Rolls were mediocre, at best. The service here was consistently slow, rude, and inefficient. Tonight the service was great and my steak was pretty good.

    Disappointed. They need to hire more employees or need better management. We just left and had the worst dining experience in a long time. It took nearly one hour for two kids meals, one Burger and one skirt steak. The patties were so overdone they literally had black charring on both sides. The skirt steak was supposed to be medium well and was literally still breathing and moving on the plate. (due to such a long wait to receive the food, we did not want to send it back and we literally took the steak to go so we could cook it at home.) The server did a good job. The kids said the chicken nuggets and cheese pizza were good. As we were walking out, there were tons of annoyed people who had been waiting 20-30 minutes just to be seated and the restaurant was not full. Someone like Gordon Ramsay needs to rescue this restaurant!

    I get they are short staffed but when you walk in at least acknowledge us. I stood waiting to be seated for almost 20 minutes. Just stood there, nobody said anything to me. They could've at least Said we will be with you shortly. Then we get seated, our waitress was actually very nice. That's the only reason for the 3 stars. It took forever, I mean forever to get our food. And when I got my food it was nasty. I barely ate 3 bites, and the bread stick was hard as a rock. Honestly I will probably not go back for a while.

    9/25/22 about 4:30 p.m. The one waitress was awesome! Just one to wait on everyone. She gets 5 stars for staying positive and constantly moving. Cross train the greeter? Nevertheless, the food was good and the service was not overly slow. I'd assume somebody didn't show up or called out. I would still return if I lived in the area (we're from Utah. )
