We
are
(or
were)
returning
customers
and
have
always
ordered
the
same
combo
plate
with
two
sides.
One
of
the
sides
being
your
yummy
mac
and
cheese.
I
went
to
secure
a
table
and
my
husband
was
paying.
He
went
to
pick
up
our
order
we
noticed
no
Mac
and
cheese
but
macaroni
salad
instead.
I
returned
the
tray
of
food
and
was
told
by
“Cristina
“
that
there
was
a
up
charge
for
the
Mac
and
cheese,
and
she
had
repeated
the
order
to
my
husband,
who
is
in
his
70’s.
I
said
he
wouldn’t
have
ever
ordered
macaroni
salad,
as
we
always
get
the
Mac
and
cheese.
And
would
be
happy
to
pay
the
extra
charge
for
the
right
item.
But
she
kept
repeating
the
same
sentence
over
and
over
that
she
repeated
the
order
and
we
got
what
we
ordered
and
if
we
wanted
Mac
and
cheese
now
we
would
have
to
pay
full
price
for
the
extra
side.
What
kind
of
customer
service
training
did
Cristina
receive
there?
I
was
so
upset
after
being
spoken
to
in
such
a
flippant
manner,
and
her
unwillingness
to
take
into
consideration
that
SHE
might
have
heard
the
order
wrong.
Give
your
manager
an
“atta
girl
“
for
saving
the
company
a
.40
cent
portion
of
macaroni
salad,
and
not
letting
a
customer
pay
the
customary
up
charge
for
Mac
and
cheese
they
really
wanted.
I
hope
it’s
worth
losing
us
as
returning
customers.
Because
due
to
Cristina,
we
are
not
coming
back.
