It
was
a
long
stressful
day
and
we
really
needed
a
restaurant
with
good
food
and
wine.
Walking
from
the
local
EV
charging
station
at
the
BoA
towards
the
town,
we
saw
the
crowd
at
Fish
Gaucho
and
thought
that
was
a
good
sign,
especially
for
after
8
on
a
Wednesday
night!
We
were
greeted
by
nice
hostesses
at
the
door
and
the
decor
inside
looked
great.
Since
the
place
was
so
busy,
we
sat
at
the
bar.
We
opted
for
a
bottle
of
the
local
Daou
Reserve
Cab
and
the
OAXACA
FLOCKA
NACHOS
to
start.
So
glad
we
ordered
the
nachos!
They
were
amazing
and
worth
ordering
again
and
again.
For
dinner,
the
bartender
recommended
the
short
rib
enchiladas.
So
we
went
with
that
because
it
sounded
original.
I
gotta
say,
the
unique,
rich,
and
delicious
enchiladas
went
really
well
with
our
Cab
The
restaurant
does
a
fantastic
job.
We’ll
definitely
be
back
next
time
we’re
passing
through
Paso!
