Nice! Nice!☺️ When temperature is 75F, sun is bright as it can be in December, park spread its vibes more intense and persistent. Great place for 15 min walk and absorbing energy of Nature.

Such a nice downtown for everyone. The playground is great for all ages including adults who want to have fun with their kids. Bars, restaurants and shops for a variety of people. Plenty of parking and the scenery is pleasant. The park is well maintained. A nice place to spend an afternoon.

During my last visit to the Paso Robles downtown city park I enjoyed the annual Classic Car Show that takes place every year on Memorial Day weekend. Usually about 150 cars are there with only 5 entrees per category. There are many other events that take place over the course of the year, and if your not much for crowds, go and enjoy a game of horseshoes with the city horseshoe league, enjoy the day with family under the large oak trees while your kids play on the swings. It's a great gathering place right in the heart of downtown area, with plenty of restaurants to choose from, a new multi-cinema for catching the latest movie release, or stop in at the library across the street to pick up the book you've been wanting to read and sit under the oaks at the City Park. There is something for everyone.

Park was extremely nice with shopping all around. All of our kids played at the park while the wives went and shopped + got coffee. Play park is well maintained and the kids were having a great time.

Awesomely spacious super family friendly public park. The have tons of trees and outdoor seating as well as paths. Everyone is pretty friendly and theirs complimentary two hour free parking in the area each day giving you plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and even venture into a few other places. The restrooms are mostly single stall use with locks.

This is a very pleasant tree-shaded plaza of one square block surrounded by some nice shops and restaurants. We used the public restrooms and they were well maintained. An excellent stopover for the traveler.

Downtown Paso Robles has a very nice park with a lot of benches to sit and enjoy the day or to watch The children Play on the play structures. They have restrooms that are very clean fully stocked with toiletries along with wash stations complete with soap and drying machines. Don't forget to enter your car information into the parking machines for 2 hours free......

Great place to bring small children. Clean bathrooms. Very nice coffeeshops nearby. Close to 101 and it makes a great rest stop

Big open playground with two separate playgrounds for younger and older kids. Lots and lots of green grass to run on with tables to picnic at and plenty of shade from the big, beautiful trees to stay cool from the heat. There are also bathrooms with plenty of individual stalls, outdoor sinks, and drinking fountains. A great place for the kids to play, to bring lunch on a date, or to just lay under the trees with a book!

This was a nice quiet public park centralized in the middle of the town with picnic tables to enjoy a light break. It was a fun place to people watch while waiting for the train. Also had very clean public bathrooms.

This is a great spot to pickup some food and eat outdoors. It’s also a nice for a short stroll if you’re limited in how far you can walk. The shops all around make it feel like a great small town downtown.

This is a nice park with access to bathrooms, a play area, and a wide grassy space with big trees. The play structure has a shade over it which is really great on hot days. It's also near downtown. Parking is free for the first two hours.

I very nice quiet park. Nice childrens play area, Carnegie library museum is a treasure. Nice shady place for lunch. And unlike previous visits, homeless not in sight.

Nice playground for small children and bigger kids to play in. Clean and lots of seating for parents. Nicely gated to keep kids away from the parking lot and cars.

A great place to spend the day learning about the towns history, shopping and wine tasting. They also have live music and festivals in the park throughout the year.

Very beautiful playground in Paso Robles surrounded by lovely shops and beautiful vineyards. The parking is rather easy the park restrooms are clean amd park in general is overall beautiful.

FINALLY! A playground with shade OVER the play structures, not just around it. But that's only one of the great features about this downtown park. The park is very clean and well maintained. The play structure looks brand new (maybe it is . . . ?). It's a surprisingly expansive park, shaded by grand, old oak trees. Quaint downtown buildings, with their wide variety of boutique shops and one-of-a-kind restaurants and wine tasting rooms surround the park. The park provides a perfect way for all ages to spend a day on the Central Coast.

There is nothing more comfortable then the park in downtown Paso Robles. It's withing walking distance of anything you could want. Flip-flops to ice cream, coffee or a great meal, a stroll through the park brings all of it within reach. Don't forget the library...

Great Park, especially now that they have a new playground. Very safe. There is a fence now blocking kids away from traffic. Facilities are clean. The park is used frequently for festivals and farmers markets. All in all very good Town Park.

Americana meets hip live music at the park in a delightful small town setting. On Thursday evenings during the summer that is. Even without a band in the shell, it’s a great setting for a walk or enjoying a carry away snack.

This is a really nice park. Lots of people and places with things to do. Many eating options and fun shops to browse through. The trees in the central park are majestic and provide a beautiful ambiance for the entire area. Grass is everywhere and nicely maintained; great for picnics and spending some time relaxing with friends and/or family. There's plenty of easy access and parking available. Restrooms are also available and the entire area is very safe and open. Well worth a day trip.

Excellent spot in downtown Paso Robles. A playground with new equipment is surrounded by a large, grassy park and encircled by lively local shops and restaurants. There are both shady and sunny places to sit. The area's popularity means it's a great place to go if your child hopes to meet and play with other children. There are areas for both big and little kids as well as benches for adults and public restrooms. A variety of festivals are held here too.

  • 3/5 Dennis H. 3 years ago on Google
Beautiful park with lots of families enjoying it. The huge Oaks provide plenty of shade. A cool place to sit and watch life pass by.

  • 5/5 Tiffany E. 3 years ago on Google
There are closed signs on the kids play structures, But the kids play anyways. I'd say it's up to the parents discretion to wash your kids hands after or say no to playing.

This is the sweetest little park I have ever seen. The town square surrounding it, is so quaint. The people who run the historical society in the middle of the park are darling and sweet. The display of early towns people is fascinating. There are shaded benches and a gazebo. The bathrooms are very clean. A go to place for me.

Updated play structure (though closed due to covid), in the heart of downtown. Tons of shade, tables, horseshoe pit. Close to movie theater, restaurants, and hotels.

Am almost impossibly ideal town center park square. Social distancing not a problem here. Lots of shade too, because some summer days can be a bit on the warm side in these parts! Surrounding street parking is labeled as pay parking, but the first two hours are free if you use the automated kiosk to register your license plate number.

  • 4/5 Elliot H. 3 years ago on Google
Lovely little park. It's too bad that the playground is roped off for no reason. Also, the city needs to clear the vagrants out.

  • 5/5 Ruksana H. 3 years ago on Google
Here for a little weekend away and saw outdoor dining at the park as an option. Grabbed food from the local Thai place, bottle of wine from the morning's visit to Vina Robles and went over for dinner. Great experience - very clean and well maintained. For every guest that leaves, the tables and chairs are wiped down by staff. All well distanced and staff keep walking around to clear trash or answer your questions. I'd suggest going later in the evening so you can also enjoy some time after the fairy lights are turned on. Folks are out celebrating life and you will love being a part of it. Highly recommend to enjoy some outdoors time in the city.

👍👍 Love this winery! They have tons and tons of different wines, and they pour generously. The tasting room is beautiful, and I’m sure the outdoors would be wonderful for a tasting, as well— we visited on a rainy afternoon. Allan was knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and super generous with his wine...
