😐 First I want to say that this was the most reasonable priced resort for a three day weekend. We have a nice pull through spot paid 100.00 a night. The discrimination says picnic table. First I want to say that this was the most reasonable priced resort for a three day weekend. We have a nice pull through spot paid 100.00 a night. The discrimination says picnic table. We did not bring our folding table. Well guess what...no tables are available. The park is in the process of replacing all the tables. The shipment they received went to the full time people that live here in the park. The entire perimeter of the park is full timers. I regret being cheep and not staying at one of the other resorts. They offer nothing here. No music, wine tasting, nothing. They have a bar but I guess it's seasonal.

My boyfriend is a Lineman and we travel for his work. They got us a spot within a week and we stayed for about 6 months. Wonderful neighbors, great atmosphere, awesome pool and good dog park! The whole process was very easy and we felt very comfortable here! If we ever come back to Paso we know where to stay!

This rv resort is nice, I only rate it a three today because they ran out of propane. Showers were cold, hot tub was cold. This place tends to attract a lot of construction workers, private contractors so spots are limited. Pull through a are nice and long. It does have a club house, 2 pools and hot tub. When we don’t have our kids we like staying here.

One of the worst places my family and I have ever been too. This is a review based on the cottages and not an RV parking spot. From the super outdated furniture, shower drain not draining, refrigerator leaking water, and a dog park full of fleas, definitely not going back. Can you imagine having to take a fast shower due to the water rising on the bathtub? Well that was the case for us. Also finding out that the refrigerator was leaking water. Plus the furniture you can tell was probably from the 90’s. It just looked and felt old. Let me tell you about the dog park. Our dog has never had fleas until we came here. We took her to the park once, and she immediately started scratching after we left. Her body was infested with fleas. I also heard of another couple complaining that their dogs got fleas from here. Maybe other have had better experiences, but this was our first and only experience. Worst place I’ve been too!

The office staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. The sites and the facilities (laundry, showers, pool area, etc.) are kept very clean and orderly. The security guys do great to make everyone feel safe. Overall, the entire park is very well maintained. This is a great place for families, couples, or singles working in the area.

For starters we did not pay the $30 to be together with a friend so they split us up, we asked if they could try and get us together but would not even try to accommodate even though there was a empty space right next to me!! The girl was not very nice about it either. I ended up getting the first spot by the pool which was way to loud all day with your pool music to 10 pm. To many rules for the park which I don't mind but for no one to enforce them I have a problem with that. The day I was leaving I got my RV ready cleaned dumped and everything I had to use the restroom bad, the restroom was locked for cleaning at 8:30 am and other people were waiting. The maintenance guy would not even check to see how long till it was open. He told me to to use my rig, I told him I just cleaned and would like not to clean again. HE SAID I CANT USE IT AND I WILL HAVE TO CLEAN MY BATHROOM AGAIN!! I could not believe what he said. I have used Sun RV resorts for over 10 years and I must say was the worst experience I have had with your company!!

This place should not be called a Rv Resort, we would put them lower than some of the best KOA camp grounds, we have been here for almost 4 months now , have lost power and water numerous times, maybe there sister camp ground Cava Robles (RV Resort), camp ground for double the price might be much better. The noise here in the morning with all the workers leaving and seeing how fast they can go with their diesels from the camp ground to the stop sign of 101. Not to mention the attitude from so called Supervisor Nicole and maintenance guy Cody that should both be gone. Someone with a newer Harley with more than likely fuel injection that hits the throttle every other second like it might die. Wt%#^. And they want to call themselves a RV Resort? Rate this place as worthless. Yes to you as well SunCountry who owns a hand full of resorts??? Not.

RV Park with rentals per day, week or monthly. Pets welcome but not always child friendly. Full hookups including free cable but poor Wi-Fi. An office with a small store and very often rude employees. Short staffed security but hard workers. A nice fenced area with jacuzzi, 2 pools-one heated the other cold, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Small inside workout room, laundry room and bathroom/shower facilities but water pressure and hot water are terrible. Restroom hours keep getting shorter plus office is now closed Saturday and Sundays. A large patio area with tables, chairs and one large propane BBQ grill. A big clean rec room with 2 pool tables, a shuffle board and ping pong table, furniture, fireplace and 2 TV's. Patio and Rec room are great for B.D.'s and family gatherings. One very huge drawback is a horrible cockroach infestation in the entire park and they will get into your RV.

I am a travel medical worker and called to inquire about monthly rates from Jan - March. Blanca told me the price for standard vs deluxe, but was then unable to tell me the difference, other than β€œit’s bigger.” She then told me I wouldn’t be able to stay there because they’re becoming full time residential next year. Super helpful!

The sites were just ok. No picnic tables, no fire pits. The pool furniture is in bad shape and filthy. Kids at the pool unsupervised. Dogs barking all night. A lot of long term/ resident campers-spots are full of junk. Right on the highway-so much traffic noise. Will not ever stay here again

In the past, I would have given 5 stars. Sites are nice, but where did the tables go? One of the pools isn't heated at all! WHY! The other pool was a great temperature, BUT there were some kind of black bugs in the water swimming. I have a lot of bites! What's up with that!! Years ago, one pool was for families, and one was adults only. It was much nicer.

This is a mobile lodge type place for RVS and 5th wheels. Nice place overall, right off the 101 so can be a little loud.

Very clean very upscale feeling place, the individual and private shower stalls with counter and mirror was superb. Loved the hot tub and the residents were very kind.

Park is nice with friendly service, but though we got a "deluxe" site at a discount, it was not mentioned that there was construction going on right next to us and behind us that was quite noisy. There were machines (lifts) working with near constant backing alarms going off all morning. Showers are private rooms (nice) but light timer kept going off every 3 minutes, though set for 30. Shower heads clogged and hot water took minutes to come. Not really worth the money right now.

This is an exceptionally nice and well-maintained RV resort. Pool, fitness center, laundry, and bathrooms are easily accessible. Electricity and water are included in the spot fee. There is a 3.00 charge added for using a credit card. The office staff is very friendly.
