So much to say about this park I'll start off by saying you must meet Gloria she is awesome! Marc makes the best cocktails at the bar. The staff is absolutely wonderful as far as the park it is so clean and spacey. It's a work in progress but it's getting there I highly recommend y'all come and stop by and see this park. A beautiful view at night overlooking the bay and they are dog friendly but you better watch out cause Miss Gloria will give them a bunch of treats

Great location in Biloxi/St Martain. This has the potential to be great but isn't there yet so I do not feel like it was worth even half of what we paid. Was not welcomed when we came in nor did we talk or see anyone from the staff besides cleaning. Facilities are decent. Bars and food truck hours were so odd we only were able to go for a little one night to the club house. The laundry room was also very inadequate with only maybe 4 washers and 3 dryers for the entire park. It lacks anything to make it worth the price especially in the colder months. Also there were a total of 3 dog waste stations I could find and one was in front of the pool house. Spaces are well equipped and level and not overly crowded. Would be excited in maybe a few years when they get things going. However would not pay the price

Even better than we expected! Clean facilities and great views. Beautiful pool and the hot tub was huge and a great place to watch the sunset. We loved the poolside bar in the evenings. Our bartender Mark was also fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Seems like the park is a work in progress. That being said we’ve rebooked a month next year. Had a concrete site not far from the bay. It had excellent power, convenient hookups and large patio. There’s a nice pool and hot tub and a large pavilion with a bar and food truck. All concrete roads were great for dog walking. The park was quiet and the staff extremely friendly. Lots to do in the area, much more than most. Would recommend to any of our camping friends.

Very nice RV park! Had a bay side spot that was beautiful! Nice level concrete pads. The pool with a slice of the beach in front is amazing! Very nice poolside bar and the food truck had some awesome food and I really enjoyed their steak dinner Saturday night. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We were there with the rv group AIM we had a wonderful time. The resort is clean and large. I imagine in better weather the pool overlooking the bay would be a huge draw. Saturday evenings the resort offers steak dinners for $25apiece and what a dinner it was. I have to say I haven't had a steak that good in a long time. We will definitely be back.

This RV resort was awesome. The bathrooms are clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed at site 68. I could see the playground from our camper. Perfect spot if you have kids! We will definitely be back.

Lovely site overlooking the water Fabulous clubhouse and pool area. Well thought out foot print. Concrete pads that are leveled in all 4 directions. Plenty of area to park 2 vehicles. Picnic tables on every site pad. Food truck on premise and large bar well stocked. Floating dock and kayak, paddle boards for rent. And they even have a lazy river for the kids! So quite, you can hear the frogs sing peacefully in the evening.

This park is new and still adding features but is really laid out well. Sites are level and well spaced. Amenities like a beautiful pool, clubhouse, playground and lazy river are open and very nice. Staff greeted us warmly and made sure we had the information we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back. Oh I forgot to mention the beautiful views of the bay!

Really enjoyed this place! Would recommend a front facing lot by the water if you’re in a class A. We had an issue with the electric in our lot. Never had a problem before or since the electric wouldn’t charge our batteries w/ our surge protector, bought another, that wasn’t the problem. They came and checked electric and it recorded as fine. We struggled with it the entire week. The bar is awesome with a fabulous view of the bay, you have your own private beach. Not all roads were paved in the park. Close to everything you’d need in Biloxi, future plans for the park will make it even better. Didn’t use pools, laundry or bath houses.

We decided to book a stay as a last minute trip. It is somewhat off season so it was not super crowded. The park is very nice! The grounds, bathrooms, and showers are updated, well maintained, and very clean! The pool and lazy river were great for our granddaughter and her cousin. Plenty of nice lounge chairs and table seating. The private beach and pier is very peaceful and beautiful! The large covered pavilion has a bar and plenty of seating. It is right at the beach, pier, pool, and hot tub. We ordered from the food truck and food was fresh and hot! All cooked to order. The location of the RV Park is great with proximity to the interstate, stores, restaurants, downtown Ocean Springs as well as Biloxi and casinos! We had a great time and we will be going again soon!!

We loved our stay. The pool was wonderful and clean. The bar drinks were good. My husband did say one of the bartenders was not very friendly and I heard another couple saying she closed the bar earlier than the time posted. The food from the food truck was good but a little expensive. I guess you pay for convenience. I did want to suggest another bath house on the other side of the park. We were in site 171 on our first visit and the bath house was a long ways away. The park is very clean and the concrete pads are awesome. We will be back.

We’ve had the best time here and will definitely be back. Clean, well-kept, and they are constantly adding on and growing. This was an adults-only trip, but we’re already planning to come back with the kids. It’s perfect for either! Bar for the adults, multiple pools, food trucks, free laundry service, super nice facilities, and close to everything in Biloxi!

Second time visiting. Will not be the last. I was kindly greeted by first name throughout the stay. Guest are always friendly and everyone obeys the quiet hours. The pavilion area has a bar, band, pool and friendly staff. Very clean and laundry is on the house. Ocean Spring is 10 minutes away and worth the visit. We’re already booked for next Memorial Day Weekend.

Took our travel trailer for the weekend and fell in love with this place! Love the heated pool and views from the area. Nice, long pads. Bathroom facilities were nice and clean. Loved the open full bar and the food truck was convenient! Looking forward to returning soon!

This is the second time we have visited Biloxi Bay Resort and we always have a great time! There are always nice people there and we love the facilities! It’s is always clean and all the RV spots are private and spacious. The pool and hot tub are great. It also has one of the prettiest views of the Bay!
