I’ve seen my stamina building up gradually with MMA, JKD techniques & weight training exercises. Trainers Antony & Rahul will push you to perform better with something new being taught in every session. Its a good experience for me. Having said that, since there are many new admissions during the 8pm to 9pm session, there’s a need to have a bigger studio as the space is insufficient. I request Rahul Sir to take this into consideration.
