They would not allow me into retrieve them and then told me they’re not there. It was literally 10 minutes and I know exactly where I put them. The second time I stayed (I had no choice) the room was filled with mould, furniture was broken, light switches broken, no hot water, toilet not working, skirting boards coming off and a dirty bathroom (with hair a poop skids in the toilet. Upon asking for a refund, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and refused. She turned her back, went to the toilet and didn’t really care. I had to call my bank and lodge a dispute for the money I paid for this hotel. When they say it has a jacuzzi, you can only use it one time for one hour before they cut it off, then you need to pay. The hotel owner (I think it is) and his wife are also very rude, demanding money for things like simply helping to guide us to revers our rental car. I would say the high ratings for this hotel are because of fake reviews. I would recommend to many people to stay in HG Hotel just one block away.
