Firstly,
I
would
like
to
provide
feedback
on
my
recent
experience
at
the
pool.
The
pool
itself
was
satisfactory
for
swimming,
with
clean
water,
and
the
receptionist
was
friendly
and
welcoming.
However,
there
was
one
aspect
that
disappointed
me—the
behavior
of
some
of
the
other
patrons.
During
my
visit
with
my
wife,
there
were
two
individuals
who
repeatedly
swam
near
us,
following
the
same
path
and
becoming
quite
bothersome.
I
couldn't
help
but
question
whether
the
staff,
including
the
lifeguards
and
observers,
were
attentive
to
what
was
happening
in
the
pool.
It
seemed
as
though
they
were
indifferent
to
the
situation.
Although
I
was
tempted
to
address
the
individuals
behaving
inappropriately,
we
chose
to
remain
quiet
in
order
to
avoid
creating
a
scene.
I
believe
it
is
essential
for
the
pool
management
to
take
responsibility
for
monitoring
the
crowd
and
addressing
such
issues
promptly.
It
is
crucial
to
remind
swimmers
not
to
swim
too
fast,
causing
water
to
splash
on
others.
I
assure
you
that
if
you
were
in
my
position,
you
would
find
this
behavior
equally
frustrating.
Remember,
what
happened
to
me
today
could
happen
to
anyone
tomorrow.
I
sincerely
request
the
pool
owner
to
understand
that
people
visit
the
pool
primarily
for
swimming.
If
the
overall
environment
is
pleasant
and
conducive
to
a
positive
experience,
people
will
be
more
inclined
to
support
your
business
and
spread
positive
word-of-mouth,
which
is
a
highly
effective
form
of
marketing.
Therefore,
I
urge
you
to
prioritize
the
training
and
supervision
of
your
pool
staff.
I
hope
my
message
reaches
you
in
the
manner
I
intended
to
express
it.
