I, unfortunately, went to this saloon as my regular saloon Rustic didn't have parking yesterday, and still regret my decision. The staff here is a novice, clueless, and extremely rude. I got the worst haircut of my life and the only option I have is now to wear a cap for the next 15 days to stop my embarrassment. All I can say is avoid this saloon at any cost. The place is dirty and AC's were also not working.

I got my haircut done here. It was decent. My wife got vaxing done here she was not happy as the vax was too hot and it burned her skin a bit.

Good and clean Salon. Staff are respectful and listen to the customer. Said that, this is overpriced compared to other Naturals and the barbers try to do unnecessary marketing while they are serving 😅

Very horrible experience. Hairstylist did not know how to do a basic layer cut. I have been getting a layer cut on my hair for the past 5 years yet he didn't know how to handle my hair properly like other parlours do. The price of the hair cut was also costly for a below average haircut. The waxing was good but very pricey. I also got threading done and my eyebrows are uneven. There are much better parlours in the area please rgo to them instead. Not coming back here again. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend this salon. Good services, reasonable price, clean, courteous staff that doesn't convince us to buy products from them. Special mention to Asim for hair cut and hair spa.

They don't know what they are doing. I Went for a haircut . Irrespective of what I said he did the haircut in his own way. He did not even touch scissors. Just trimmed both sides of head and claimed that this looks best. Never going again.

This picture was taken in June. A pathetic experience for my husband who went for a pedicure upon my recommendation. From then on it has been a downward trend with respect to services. Today I got a haircut, and it was terrible. They cut it so short inspite of me showing a photo of mine on how I wanted it to be cut. My diwali and my wedding day that falls on the next day has been screwed up because of my terrible haircut. moreover, there is a high attrition of employees too. So most of the time you are attended by a new person. Would not recommend this place even to my enemy

I went for blow dry and hair wash ,service is gd but the combs they are using are not hygienic ,I got itchy scalp and rashes immediately after the service .

Have been a customer of naturals from so long, but here I have experienced the service without any pain for eyebrows and upper lip. I can say Shailaja is an expert in the services she have done. On an overall my experience is great here.

Mr. Javed has done the service of kera smoothening for me. His work is absolutely amazing. I am rod of my frizzy hair. Kudos!

First visit in May 2023: The staff is very courteous and the service was good for pedicure and haircut+styling. Will come back again! Update: 2nd visit in July 2023 - pedicure and threading. I would have appreciated if pedicure nail colour is applied along with a base coat and top coat. My nail colour got blotchy as the drying was not even after applying 2 coats. I took the membership card that says 10% off on "select services", but I did not get exactly 10% off on my bill. My Rs.1400 pedicure costed Rs.1300 as opposed to Rs.1260. It is a pity that keratin and straightening treatments that cost a lot cannot avail the 10% discount for a member.

The staff is busy referring you expensive service. I wanted normal wax and was pushed for chocolate wax and pedicure wanted basic she pushed me to take expensive crystal spa. I denied but she kept pushing me until I agreed for 2nd basic spa. That too she was least interested as I did not select 1000 rupees pedicure. AC was not working but charges are as per luxury. Basic are not working.i will not visit again nor do I recommend them.Only thing I was happy about the stylist did good job for my mom's haircut

Quality is bad. The wax that is being used is not up to the mark. It is very sticky and harsh on skin. When they are charging more than 500 rupees on wax service, they should use good quality wax.

I had reached there at 10.10am to get a eyebrow threading service(a 5-10min service). There wasn't any staff or any other customer and so they asked me to wait for 5min. I waited for 40min yet the staff didn't arrive. It would make sense to wait if I was waiting for another customer to finish their service and i was next in line. I had to leave as i couldn't waste my time on their poor management. Why would you open at 9am and have no staff untill 11am ?

The salon is to good and they follow all covid precautions and it's cleancompare to other salons in nallagandla

The facial service provided by Mahalakshmi, as well as the hair spa service offered by Nadeem, are both highly appreciable. They are excellent and highly rejuvenating, effectively minimizing the onset of pimples while providing valuable skincare and haircare suggestions. Highly recommended.

I went for coloring and styling my hair and Nadeem did such a wonderful job with it. He also suggested which colors to go with that would suit my complexion and he delivered what he promised. I am satisfied with the service and highly recommend him and the salon!

Went for hair spa. This guy removed a percentage of my hair just by pulling it hard. Not all hair is strong. Didn’t handle my hair smoothly, he tried to remove excess water after hair wash using towel and pulled it liked anything. And I paid around 4K for that. Even after telling that I had hair fall and to handle hair properly they don’t listen.

I went for the first tine to naturals salon the service was so good pampering and clean they follow all covid precautions the staff are very well knowledge and trained

I did my haircut . I was not happy at all. My hair is too long. Even after instructing many times he cutted my hair too short upto shoulder length that too not that good at all. More than hair styling he is focused on shortening my hair. Very bad experience.

Very costly,hygenic,notfriendly..and they have ripped my skin off while waxing. I was bleeding and they have no concern. They just do very fastly.. inrespect of customer concerns. They employees are trained such that they only care about how many customers they service a day.

I would like to really appreciate the service provided by hair specialist Aaseem. He not only provides quality service but also walks me through all the details of the things that would help in addressing hair fall problem. He is very friendly and is committed in his work. I have been a Naturals customer for a long time and is very impressed with his service.

Now it is no more a professional one. Spoiled my hair style it is as same as a local saloon. Simply with out common sense, they have done my hair cut. The person asked for the number of the trimmer size. They made my hair style like a baby cut. And lost confidence on this centre for the hair fall treatment aswell.

A go to place for all your saloon/parlor needs. We are a regular here since the time we came to Nallagandla and the services are very prompt. The staff is skilled here and not over crowded if you check about the wait time before visiting. Cost wise it's on the higher side but the services are good and you will come out delighted from this place. We haven't tried new services that they recommend as we always go with the things we want than what they want to sell. Less chances of disappointment.

After marriage first time I took my husband to haircut, they examined his hair and suggested him a wonderful hairstyle. He looks more handsome now thank you stylist Ifran and naturals.

I went to Dil to get my smoothing and protein treatment. Professionally, he explained me throughout the entire procedure. He also took great care in styling my hair and offering suggestions for maintaining its vitality.

Very bad experience despite giving high charges . The lady who did facial doesn't know how to apply facepack also. If some one is very fortunate they will get good experience person else mostly unexperience girls are there giving worst service. Very disappointed. Hair cutting is good though.

I've frequented this salon for years and can attest to its excellence. My face was cleansed and a pack applied, the spa was comfortable. Ms. Lakshmi made sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure.

Pathetic service Hairstylists have zero knowledge on hair volume and way to cut the hair. Hair cut done in total rush! Like he wanted to get rid of the customer. The typical salon where they want to rub the task onto other stylist and avoid to do work. Charges are more than premiere hair salons and services worse than local salons. Totally dissapointed.

I got Moroccan oil hair spa done here. I was told that it is Moroccan oil spa but he used all loreal Paris products. I was cheated on this. Not even considerable massage. I later realised it after coming home. It costed me 3500 but not at all worth it.

I got my waxing and facial done by Mahalakshmi. She did a great service and I am really happy. She is very friendly and I will surely visit Naturals again. Thank you Mahalakshmi for your service.

I had bad experience with it, yesterday I visited and adopted service for waxing, it's was not smooth, not even better. After waxing, feels buring scenes. Today I realised it not small, I had a boring scene and red patches. I haven't never ever this kind of experience.
