Beware of this fraudsters! I took Amazon franchise from Indiabuys. First Mrs. Divya Jadhav has given me a proposal. After acceptance Mrs Hussain mirza ( so called sales person) complete my process of registration after my payment. They complete store id and training process. That's it! Bas Khatam! Next they stopped answering my phone calls. They didn't provide me printing materials also digital branding soft copy as they promised in their proposal. I contacted their another two sales person Mr. Salman Khan and Mrs Habib Khan, they also stopped answering. and then .Manager Avinash then Finally I contacted Mr. Deven Virkar (Business head). First He committed to fulfill remaining things, after many follow ups now he is also denying to fulfill the same. Such shame guys. Very poor ethics of doing business! Now I am going to file a consumer complaint against them! So guys conclusion is don't waste your 12k to 15k on these such cheaters! It's very POOR SERVICE, we can't trust them. Always we've to call them and follow up with them about the process. It is almost a month, that the amount is paid for registration and so far the credentials are not provided. They will come up with silly excuses for generating ID for login. We are regretting now as to why we paid the amount. High time Amazon initiated some serious action against this Company.
