Went through the drive through, ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe with Colby Jack. Got charged for it on the receipt, the packaging has the correct description but inside I got a plain chicken on a bun, not deluxe and no cheese. Disappointment

I love chick-fil-a. The food is great, the one goes fast! Staff & service are spectacular! Good fresh chicken. Salads are amazing! Clean restaurant and the workers were very nice! Prices are reasonable. I recommend getting the avocado lime ranch dressing, it's delicious on ur salad. Looking forward to going back soon.

The line on the two-lane drive-through during lunch was too long, so I went inside where I was one of two people standing on line. The spicy chicken sandwich was too hot for my blood, so I exchanged it for an original. It was so moist and tasty that it tasted like it was brined, so I could see why Chick-fil-A gets its reputation of having the best chicken sandwich in America. The waffle fries were delicious especially when dipped in mayo. The Belgians introduced me to French fries dipped in mayo when I vacationed there soon after graduating from college. This was my first time visiting the franchise, and I will be going again and again and again… Thanks to the manager Dan and staff for providing outstanding customer service.

I love Chick-fil-A. I have rarely ever had a problem with Chick-fil -A. Yesterday you dropped the ball. I ordered on the app. I had a big order. It took 30 min before it was done. That is just too long. Once I got there people waiting on line to take out were getting their food, but not me. Food was not as good. The fries were dripping in oil. That never happened before. You got a sandwich wrong and nobody wanted the regular chicken sandwich. So one family member really didn't eat. We are not around the corner and the parking was horrendous with all the construction going on & the drive through line, so I wasn't going back. We were really looking forward to Chick-fil-A and it was a disappointment.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 1 spicy deluxe meal & a Medium mac & cheese. All spicy sandwiches were actually non spicy, waffle fries green from not ripe potatoes with a brown tint from lack of grease changes, & the mac? How can it be cold when im purchasing it in person? I contacted the restaurant to resolve this cordially, I was promised a replacement coupon for all items in my order, Tracy disappeared after promising it would be in my chick fil a one account, I am saddened by this company’s lack of integrity to keep their word, truly disappointing I will just contact my bank to dispute the charges. Quality has been going downhill for quite some time, Post Covid people could care less about food quality especially in this “area”.

I think I like Popeyes chicken sandwich slightly better. It very close. I should have gotten sauce on this one though. Next time. Man there was a real long line when I got here and they did a great job. It took about 12 mins for me to get my food with like 15 cars ahead of me. They have cones all over guiding traffic. They had several people taking orders and a separate line for mobile orders. And everyone is really nice here. I like nice people. Good to see places doing well. Go support if you can.

First off, DON'T fear the lines. I went through a huge line in 10 minutes. And the staff will come around and take orders directly while you wait on line. 2nd, there is an app you can download so you can order ahead and skip the line to pick it up. The drive through also was moving quickly- I watched through the window. Also, a big thing to note is that it doesn't feel like you're in a fast food place. There are constantly people bringing you your food, condiments, free refills, kids toys, and I even got a complimentary lemon milkshake. All of those things happened in one lunch trip. Unexpected attention to service and hospitality that I'm not used to seeing a quick service restaurant, definitely not in NY. The Chicken sandwich was really good, lived up to the hype and explains the long lines. Lastly, my favorite part is the indoor playground. Clean and safe, with a big window I can watch my kids through while I wait on line or take my time eating (and writing reviews). Tip: be a little nice to the staff and they will probably offer you a free item or a meal comp. They dont seem to need any help getting business but they definitely appreciate yours.

Got to love it when almost the entire order is missing. So when the delivery person gets here there's no way you're getting the rest of your food. My receipt has the entire order on it, yet missing majority of the food! Happened more than once, don't understand how there is no quality control. So you order your dinner and it doesn't show so now let's order dinner again from somewhere else obviously. It's frustrating.

Food was prepared promptly and freshly cooked. The employees were very helpful with all the customers' orders and needs on the dining area especially on a very busy Saturday lunchtime filled with families dropping in after their kids' sports games.

Worst salad I’ve ever had. $10 for a salad and they give me a cut up dried up old chicken finger? Gross. Sandwich was good. Next time I’ll just order a plain salad and a chicken breast and put it on myself. Again, worst salad.

The food was yummy ! The cashiers and food handlers Were awesome however, the system is ineffective. The lines are long for no reason. I thought the purpose Of redoing the drive thru was to cut down on wait time WRONG! You have to do better. I think Kiosk ordering through drive thru Would be faster. IJS

Chick-fil-A is hands down the single best restaurant out there. Not fast food they go over and beyond your expectations to ensure a great dining experience. If you're in the drive thru or on line inside they have extra people taking orders to expedite the process. It's busy but not uncomfortable once ordered and paid if you're inside the deliver to the table and help out with whatever you need, great for seniors and those with kids. Quality organization with quality values and service. Don't forget to grab a shake.

I'm a little disappointed. It's been a while since I came, but it seems more organized in the middle of the pandemic. The take outline was taking forever so I decided to come off the line and go inside. I placed my order. It took a while, but that happens, they're busy. When I got in my car I noticed I got charged a dollar for dressing for my salad and for some reason, it said extra dressing but I only received one patch of dressing and didn't receive my dipping sauce for my grilled chicken nuggets. Sorry, I was just a little disappointed.

This branch does it right. The food was delicious. I got the pimento chicken sandwich, fries, and mac and cheese. It all tasted delicious and came out hot and cooked perfectly despite the long lines in the drive thru.

The lines are almost always long but the food is great. Price-wise, a meal would average $14-$16. Just the sandwiches alone are about $8. The staff is always friendly though. Love the food overall.

This is the most incredible place in the World!! Their chicken is so juicy and delicious!! The waffle fries are to die for!! Of you're near one and is packed... It is definitely worth the wait and your time!!

Absolutely love their chicken sandwiches and options to customize. Can get enough of their sauce options as well and have even supplied my own home with bottles of several varieties. Oh deliciousness!!! Their fries are usual on the softer than I would like but a great fix is to request they cook for a slightly longer time. Definitely makes for a great choice of food when we are indecisive of what we would like to eat. Always opt for th ordering on the app and Pickup in store or have it brought to your car because the drive thru and order lines are massive.

No matter how long the drive through or inside line is, they always move fast. Orders are always accurate. For even quicker service, order through the app to bypass both lines.

I haven't gone here for over a year because they got my order incorrect. I went back and they still got my order incorrect. Nowadays, you would think they wouldn't get your order wrong. It's a great sandwich but, I'm not going back here.

Service was ok. When I asked if I could have some alterations to my breakfast order the drive thru attendant didn’t seem to be aware of the ability to make those changes, also at the end of the transaction she didn’t say “My Pleasure”. I pull up the window I didn’t get any sort of welcome she just handed me the drink and waited for the food. Also no “My Pleasure” as she sent me on my way. I get it we are in NY and Chic-fil-A is a very southern thing but it shouldn’t matter. The brand should be instilled in this establishments staff to learn the service standards of CFA. I’ve been here during the pandemic and it was a great staff so something must have changed in the past 5 months or so. Food was great though as always. Edit- months later. Still no “my pleasure”. Oh well.

The food was excellent here. The staff was very friendly (as expected). They continuously keep the tables and seats clean. Definitely recommend ordering ahead on the app for in-store pickup, as the drive thru is insanely packed all the time!

Wow..3pm and the drive in was packed...walked in and there was no line! Everything was on point...fries, spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, chicken tenders, and the southwest salad! This lunch as a treat every so often, never disappoints!

Staff here is unbelievably nice and polite. I'm not being sarcastic. It is true, and it makes a big difference. Franchises can be well managed.

I love my Chick-fil-A location. They are always crowded but they move fast inside and the drive through. The manager Dan is awesome. He remembers his loyal customers. He always greet everyone with a smile. Everyone helps. I've seen the higher management in her suit clean, serve, greet, take orders. This location prides themselves on everything and everyone their gives their 100% to provide the best service. I travel alot and visited many OTHER locations and I am NOT completely satisfied.

Super popular fad, long but fast drive through, good food actually including unique fries, smiley staff did not give me my credit card back, stopped answering phone, had to get BACK in drive through line whilst ill (could not go in)... Wasted an hour for "fast" friggin' food. After some time I've also come to realize the novelty has worn off -- the food's not "all that" and I basically stopped stopping there.

Food is good. They don't have some options other Chick-fil-As on the island have, but that's my only dislike

I'm glad to see that Chick-Fil-A is finally on Long Island. This location is good, and very busy. Food was great, just like the locations I used to frequent in Texas and Colorado.

The commerical made seem like it the best thing ever tbh it all hype I order online for the first time to try it the chicken basically taste like KFC but better the food is great the ice coffee here was way to sweet

I really don’t think going to a restaurant or fast food facility it’s worth it if you are going to prepare you food… Chick-fil-A. They always give you just a bread and chicken so you can put mayo, pickles and whatever you want. It’s like you prepare you own food.

As with pretty much every location, there will be a slight wait because it's always packed but considering the amount of customers the wait isn't bad at all. Plus the employees really do a great job keeping up with the politeness standards of chik fil a. They're always super nice and polite
