Paid 4000 for a full body massage. Entered the room and found a very dirty,used towel. I requested it to be changed. I was informed that this is the only towel left since laundry is not done. Left the place and took the refund.

Been there 4-5 times. Clean place, quite good massages.

The spa was closed on the day we visited. And there was no update here of the updated timings

Waste of money and time. Inexperienced staff, no technique. no courtesy to keep phones silent. Manager left the store for more than an hour, had to wait outside to complain. Mr. Vijaykumar Rajput was unapologetic for the whole episode.. Please don’t waste your time or money at this place

Went there for massage, it was the worst of the experience. Firstly the room is not temperature controlled, during massage it got freezing and on top of that they gave a cold towel wipe in end. It was sickening, just wanted to get out of that freezing zone. After which the massuis had no knowledge of doing the massage, it was just terrible. They say 45 mins but hardly it's for 30, it's too overrated.

Helpful staff was able to accommodate many wearily travelers 24 hours. I had a 20 min foot massage at midnight, I don’t think I would have survived my 17hr flight without it! Good value for the prices.

Its listed as 24 hour service but they dont have a masseuse who is on site

The services at the Looks salon at the airport is terrible. I had a really bad experience. 1. The staff - my hairdresser kept telling me thought the 2 hours I was there on how I need more treatment for healthy hair (beyond a point I was irritated and even regretted my decision to come to the salon) 2. Charges- I did a root touch up and they charged me 2.5k instead of 2k (I got to know that upon checking the bill). Their explanation was they used ammonia free hair Color but without asking me or telling me it costs higher!!!! Worst worst service ever - not expected from looks

Never had a worse experience at any spa. While the therapist kept hard selling, the other staff kept talking loudly amongst themselves.

i visited to your o2spa at delhi airport. the manager atul and therapist sushma both are very cooperative and sushma doing amazing foot massage..bcoz of my flight is getting late i took foot massage so next time i will take various massage and thank you very for keeping this massage in airport
