Great place with quality food. Staff was courteous. Recommendation to book in advance on weekends. After 8pm, it was almost full. Good place to spend time with family. Grills are put on the table. Hard Drinks are not available and for soft drinks, they have to be purchased. Vallet parking is available.

I recently went to Sandoz BBQ situated at Janakpuri, although the maps went a little crazy at first but the place is easily noticable from the main road. The lane is a little congested but the good thing is that they have valet parking service. The place looked good and has that fresh new vibe to it as it is a new outlet. The food menu was almost repetitive and I really expected sandoz to do better at that. What I liked : The service was good and quick overall. There was also option to customise the existing things according to your taste eg. more spicy or less sweet ( honey chilly potato was too sweet ). White sauce pasta was very good even compare to other same concept outlets. Dal makhani was also good. Veg biryani was just perfect and had amazing aroma to it. Dimsums were served with multiple dips and were good. Drinks are good, I had mint mojito and it was genuinely very good. What I disliked : Desserts were not that good and had very limited options. I felt like more veg options could be added in the menu. The overall menu was very repetitive and fails to stand out from any other BBQ place for instance BBQ nation. Salad option were too few. Overall it's a decent place that can visited with both your friends and family, just don't expect anything new from the regular BBQ places.

Disappointing Experience - Poor service I recently visited Sandoz BBQ with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal and a pleasant dining experience. However, my visit turned out to be quite the opposite. The service at Sandoz was subpar. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of attentiveness and a complete absence of enthusiasm from the staff Considering the disappointing service and tasteless food, I can't help but feel like I wasted both my time and money. In conclusion, my visit to Sandoz BBQ was a complete letdown

The location is good. Near West Janakpuri metro station. Variety of dishes more than in comparison to BBQ nation. My personal view was that I didn't like the taste of most dishes. Bhuna Gosht was excellent. I had plain white rice with it

Reducing from 5 to 2 stars after 3 visits. Reasons are- 1. Parking guys accepts only cash (Rs 50). They do not take UPI. In the digital world, this is a big let down. 2. Less counters and too much seats create crowdy atmosphere. People sometimes have to stand in queue for their turn. 3. Due to that extreme crowd Sometimes employees ask the guests to bring the plates, water bottles etc. themselves. Is it a self service restaurant??? 4. Location of the restaurant itself invites socially unwanted elements inside. Nobody can change it as "money speaks", so it is another negative for this restaurant. A good place if something other than the Barbeque nation is to be tried. The sitting area is good with bright lights. As I hate dull lights because it produces negative vibes to the environment, I really liked that their entire premise is well lit. Seats are comfortable. Photography with an actual camera is allowed. Paid Valet Parking (CHARGEABLE @ Rs 50 cash only) is also available. Lift is available to reach the 1st floor. AC Cooling is good. Food is tasty and has more options than Barbeque Nation. Things which require improvement: 1. Washrooms are slippery, they should be kept clean and dry always. 2. Staff do not smile at all, faces are always sad for some reason (maybe a bad senior???). 3. Parking can be free as we are already paying a pretty good amount. Why so greedy??

I visited here for the second time on 6January 2024. Pros: 1. Ambience is good 2. Staff behaviour and service is good 3. Their starters were very good apart from chicken wings Cons: 1. All the main course dishes were very salty and taste of some dishes were below average. 2. The mutton curry was not cooked properly 3. Their special Italian Pastry was so disgusting that it hampered the taste buds. 4. Desserts were average in taste. If I compare my first visit(when newly opened) with my second visit the quality have drastically decreased. Hope they work on this feedback.

Invited here for the business meet and they choose the best venue. I would recommend it for all your business meetings and also for meeting up with important clients.

We had a good experience there. But I don't like the behaviour of one staff...food was delicious...
