Recently, I have Visited Pal Medicare Center. My Overall Experience was very bad. I Think Dr Anita Pal should take immediate help from a Psychiatrist as she does not know how to treat a human being. I went her Medicare at around 4:00 PM & asked her receptionist whether Doctors available or not. Receptionist informed, Madam is coming. When Mrs Pal just entered her cabin, she immediately started to shout on me on rude tone" Why you have come at 4 PM, dont you know anything & If i go to shopkeeper, does he open his shop for Me?" , I replied i actually dont know your Timing, that's why I have asked your receptionist whether available or not. Your receptionist informed me doctors are available that's why I stayed. I feel really humiliated like I have come her medicare just to begging for something. She does not know what's the other person is actually. Is this the approach of a Doctor to her Patient without any fault???? Mrs Pal must learn first how to treat patients first before medication as it's a perfect competition in market. Good Luck !

Not recommended. Literally seems like a business with the objective of maximising income and nothing else. The receptionist is callow and has no etiquettes or ethics. You cannot talk to doctor directly. Receptionist is highly ineligible for his job. Being a common Indian, I managed to pay the consultation fees and after 2 days they asked me again to pay the huge amount. This autocracy should be regulated. Rather do a business than a medical care centre.

We were already having a very gud experience with dr. Pal (eye specialist) for years. My recent visit to dr. Tanvi pal has been so gud, for my daughter. She is very poliet and understAnding. Thx

Worse. Very bad experience. Dr. Anita pal is very rude and arrogant. Very unprofessional. No machines available for ent. Outdated medicine prescribed by the doctor. Wish there could be option for negative ratings. Please don't visit.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional care my father received from Dr. Nikhil Pal. My father recently underwent an eye surgery, and the results have been nothing short of miraculous. From our very first consultation, Dr. Nikhil Pal exhibited professionalism, empathy, and expertise that immediately put our worries at ease. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answering all our questions and addressing our concerns with patience and clarity. The surgery itself was a resounding success, thanks to his skillful hands. The improvement in my father's vision has been remarkable, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Went here as i had severe cold and flue like symptoms with swollen tonsils. The doctors charges immense amount just for consultation and gave me a prescription for allergies and nasal drops to relive congestion. No real medicine prescription was provided for my cold and tonsils even though i specifically asked for it. Would not recommended even if it's last resort as the doctor is always in a hurry even during their visiting times. Clearly a money making racket with no specialization.

Terrible doctor. Worst human i have come across on this earth till date! He is just after money! Highly suggestion specially for govt employees dont do to him. My my mothers first eye operation was unsuccessful by him and he did not inform us and then he did 7 more operations in the same eye by saying that he is still cureing it…..

I had a wonderful treatment by Dr Nikhil Pal. GeM of a person and very cooperative and explained everything in. Details. Generally in today’s scenario, Doctors to charge heavily however I find him most genuine person.
