I recently celebrated my baby shower at Club Beryl. The venue was blocked by us 2 months before the D-Day and we had booked the pool deck + restaurant area for the function. I would like to highlight many of the issues I faced on D-day:- 1. The function was scheduled to start at 10:30. I got a call from the Emaar venue around 9 am saying that the pool deck area cannot be used by us for the function for no clear reason stated. Immediately I called up Mr. Sudhir Bhandari, the event management head, and he sorted the issue and the decor work started at 9. 2. We reached the venue around 10:20 and to our surprise, the decor work was still going on because the emaar club people were not cooperating with the decorators in providing the club furniture, etc. 3. Finally we started the function at 11:15 am. Even during the function, the service provided by the restaurant was very poor. After a lot of complaining, they supplemented some people, and we had sufficient staff to serve the guests. The food was fine though. 4. I feel really horrified to also inform how bad and unclean the washrooms were during the function. There was no handwash and no toilet papers available. After lot of complaining, the housekeeping cleaned the washrooms. 5. And the most important was the nodal person from Mr. Nithin Rajpal who is the event manager at Emaar Club Beryl & is part of the event management company Knife Arts Catering. He was the one who showed the venue to us and assured us best of services. However, during the day of the function, he was nowhere to be seen, he didn’t pick up our calls and didn’t even bother to check on the function. Around 2 PM during the function, I saw him show the venue to another guest who had come to see the venue. He is a non-reliable person and beware of him! 6. So all in one, our experience was Emaar Club Beryl was very disappointing. There is zero coordination between the club and the event management company who handles functions. And there is no responsible nodal person or manager to sort the clients’ issues. I would not recommend this venue to anyone!

Attending birthday event at EMMAR Club Beryl was an absolute delight. The venue's festive atmosphere, coupled with attentive staff, made for a memorable experience. The catering exceeded expectations, with a diverse menu that catered to various dietary preferences. From appetizers to the main course, each dish was not only visually appealing but also delectably crafted.

Amazing place with a great welcoming experience. Great architectural design, PVR Cinemas nearby. Amazing place to hang out. FOOD is amazing at the club. From starters to the main course and desserts everything is worth tasting. Craziest mushroom fritters, lip-smacking spring Rolls, Noodles, and much more to satisfy your cravings 😋 👌. Five stars 🌟 from my side.

Decent place to stay .. rooms are good and place is very silent. They have various other issue like Internet was not working and TV was not working also room service need some improvement. But this is a decent business stay if you have work around …

1. The place has 36 rooms ( please do cross-check with property once), and the rooms are very well maintained with key card doors. Bathrooms are spacious with hair dryer. 2. The property has a beautiful pool and huge lawn side to organize parties like bachelor's to wedding or birthdays , office offsites or just a reunion! 3. I liked the restaurant of the place. They food was tasty. And starters served during the wedding were truly remarkable. We had tried ONLY VEGETARIAN, and they stood out. 4. The staff is EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND HOSPITALITY IS GREAT. 5. Housekeeping is efficient. 6. Peaceful property, a great place to be. 7. You also get glasses and electric kettle to make tea coffee. Bathrooms are provided with clean towels and toileteries. Convex mirrors are present too to have a closer look of the face for makeup and shaving!

Beautiful and spacious . Good for any function. But the only problem we faced that loud music is not allowed after 10pm. May be because of rule of goverment. Over-all experience was good. They have pool. Tate of Food was ok ok. Service is best. Neat and clean.

This club makes money at the cost of resident's peace. They are a commecial banquet less of a club and play deaf ear to repeated requests of ppl residing bang opposite the club to lower the insanely loud music post 10:30pm. You call the cops or make repeated calls to the club authorities, nothing changes. Elders, Children all are simply at their mercy. Nov- Mar are dreadful months for us residents residing nearby.
