start
with
a
visit
on
17/10/2021
.I
made
a
deal
and
sell
out
some
gold
to
the
outlet
executive
'Ms.
Samreen
Madam'
Before
visit
at
this
outlet
,although
I
have
no
experience
in
dealing
of
gold
kind
of
thing
.
But
being
a
Senior
Civil
Engineer
,I
have
a
lot
of
experience
for
sell
purchase
.
So
within
minutes
I
analyzed
that
the
policy
and
process
of
company
is
so
easy
and
customer
supported
that
I
sell
out
the
gold
within
15
minutes
and
got
my
full
payments
even
on
Holiday.
But
in
night
,
during
rethink
about
the
deal
,
it
comes
in
my
mind
that
executive
/company
may
have
cheated
me.
It
comes
in
my
mind
that
company
/executive
made
me
fool
by
made
a
less
payment
at
lesser
rate.
So
on
the
very
next
day
(
18/10/2021)
I
sent
a
mail
to
Co.
given
number
and
through
feedback
system
with
'heavy
heart'.
Although
I
have
a
calculation
that
most
of
the
times
,these
companies'
helpline
either
not
approachable
or
not
customer
supported
.
But
surprisingly
I
got
a
call
within
'half
n
hour'
from
head
office
as
well
as
branch
office
.
Although
they
resolved
my
mostly
query
and
offered
me
to
visit
office
branch
,if
I
am
unsatisfied
till
now.
I
again
visited
in
same
evening
in
'CDR
branch
'and
put
my
doubt
in
front
of
same
executive
.She
heard
my
grievance
with
a
patience
and
confident
.
Even
she
offered
(
after
taking
clearance
from
his
senior
manager
)
respectfully
with
'2
choice'
to
me
(I)
If
I
found
something
wrong
/
lesser
value
or
non
fulfillment
of
promise
,I
may
cancel
the
deal
by
take
my
gold
back
without
any
cut/commission/service
charge
Or
(II)
They
may
give
me
the
enhanced
/increased
value
which
was
not
considered
/calculated
due
to
doubt
of
full
originality
of
my
gold
.
(
As
she
informed
Gold
meter
was
not
working
,so
checked
with
chemical
)
I
opted
to
take
the
>
10%
enhanced
value
(
which
is

)
,
I
was
very
happy
and
101%
satisfied
.
Ultimately
I
was
very
happy
(
not
because
I
had
get
a
smart
amount
but
the
experience
and
behave
seen
with
dealing
of
company
/staff
)
,
Shared
'Sweet
Laddu"
with
smart
/
proudful
staff
and
sharing
this
nice
feedback
with
all
of
you
.
It
is
nice
to
feel
that
such
kind
of
'company
and
staff'
is
present
around
us
who
takes
the
time/Pain
to
get
to
know
their
customers'
grievance
and
solve
at
so
quickly
.
I
will
definitely
deal
many
times
in
the
future
and
will
pass
your
name
on
to
my
fellows
so
they
may
also
go
dealing,
too!
