It's a Great Place To Work with core company values. Working is mostly lot of fun, Happiness and its a result oriented drive. Senior Mgmt is very involved and connects with Teams across all functions very transparently, sets expectations clearly, shares the details of Journey, shares important updates and appreciates/ acknowledges contributions, efforts and nurtures Talent. The organization is very responsible and takes efforts to serve customers both internal and external

Very poor... Their service level has nose dived completely. billing, packing, delivery, sales done by single person.... not bothered with queue. Still charging money for their carry bags despite supreme court order. Disgusting and waste of time.

Good place to visit if you want to have a date with style. The collection of formals in *stop* brand which shoppersstop can give is one of the best. Store is well maintained with latest inputs. Staff is also very kind and supportive too. Overall a good experience to visit there.✌️

My experience at Shoppers Stop was extremely disappointing. The level of service was abysmal, with an inadequate number of staff members to address customer concerns. The store's billing counter was a major issue as they failed to honor the discounts indicated on items' tags. Despite presenting evidence and raising the matter, they were unable to rectify the erroneous charges. They are good for nothing except knowing how to waste the precious time of their customers. Shoppers Stop lacked integrity and was rife with dishonest practices. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this store altogether, and if you do decide to shop there, be cautious about ensuring accurate discounts are applied at the checkout. Never gonna step again in Shoppers stop.

Nyc place, so many varieties are there to buy. For kids, teenagers, young girls, boys, men, women in every catagory you can buy different different things. Dresses, accessories, slings everything in reasonable price I accordance your need

Located on the ground floor as soon as you enter the logix mall. It has a great variety of merchandise and the staffs are very well behaved and cordial. You have a plethora of options to choose from be it Mens, women or kids wear.

The store is quite good however, the cosmetic section needs a bit more attention. Whenever I've visited the store, there is no products in stock. So, but disappointed

The saleswomen in the women's underwear section are extremely pushy and i felt hounded by them as I entered. They kept pressuring me to buy the most expensive product instead of me telling them repeatedly what my budget is. Suggesting is one thing and forcing someone is another. Overall not a good shopping experience for me. I literally had to run out of there in order to escape them. I will not be going back.

Bought a Us polo shoes for 4500 on the store and online the same shoe is showing for 3000 rupees , better to buy online then here

It's fine. This winter season Dec'22 and Jan'23 they have weird kind of problem. Their crm is not updated on percentage of discount available on brands.

This store is full of scammers from employees at billing counter to their managers, all are involved in looting their customers as much as possible. Their customer service is disgusting and the staff is inadequate to deal their customer needs in time. Beware! Beware everyone..!! They overcharge you at the time of billing and generate the bill without giving you discounts/offers that are being displayed on their particular article. The same thing happened to me today despite showing them the proof of the similar article with the discount tag over it. Worst experience ever!! Boycott Shoppers Stop!! Sue them

I liked the collection but do check it up on Amazon to compare prices. Doesn't much crowded, easily accessible to try clothes.

It's nice and shiny place to get lot of brands and stuff under one roof but it's damn expensive, everything on MRP so didn't find value.

They have got the variety in every section. They have a separate clothing section that's in the first floor and beauty products in the ground floor. The services are up to the mark However the prices are on the higher side. If you are looking for a reasonable clothing options in that very Mall it is available in the basement. Because of the prices it is less crowded as well. Maybe they want to cater only few niche customer.

One of the Best - Shopper stop - in Delhi-NCR. Trust i visited almost every store in Delhi-NCR, just to redeem my voucher code of Rs. 3000. So, i checkout all stores and try to avail - Buy collection wise it's not good. But when i tried this store that's too amazing - Spend arround ₹12000, on my shopping. Thats too gud. But only 1 problem is very limited staff at Billing Counter - Take Atleast 15 minutes for billing.

the billing staff is slow. If there are 5 billing counter, only 2 they will use. No extra staff for packaging. they take a long time for billing and packing.. I have faced it so many times.

One of my favorite store for shopping. The best thing about this brand is that it gives you a comfortable pricing from low to high while maintaining the good quality and brand value of the product.

Lots of variety, multi brand, every brand has varieties. Billing counter has issues as its very slow, sales man/ billing guys keep concentrating on selling membership card which makes billing process slow as well as queues keeps increasing but no body bothers. First citizen card is only a name and selling strategy as there is no priority billing no privilege.

It was not up to the mark , no sports equipments and many basic things wasn't available, the staff was no good at all

Price is to high please don,t visit that pace go or chose another shop but not shopper stop very bad experience things are also not good staf is irresponsible

After lifestyle I prefer shoppers stop. One place to shop for multiple things. Multiple brands at one place also we get offers most of the time. Usually they don’t have much in stock for all brands but you can easily get the fresh arrivals. I love to buy Makeup products from this place.
