The
food
is
definitely
good
and
feels
authentic.
It's
light
and
tasty
and
there
are
a
cool
number
of
toppings
to
add.
I
have
a
few
problems
with
this
place,
especially
with
the
people
making
the
food.
1.
A
lot
of
servers
are
stingy
with
the
quantity
of
toppings.
I
have
been
to
absolutely
tons
of
Mexican
outlets
all
over
the
world
and
they're
more
than
happy
to
add
an
extra
serving
of
something
you
like,
especially
if
there's
no
extra
charges
mentioned
for
the
specific
toppings
as
well.
But
asking
the
same
at
California
Burrito
is
a
headache.
The
servers
are
up
in
arms
if
I
ask
them
to
add
a
little
more
sour
cream
as
I
don't
like
a
dry
filling.
Ask
them
for
anything
and
they
will
get
ready
to
fight
you
with
obscure
'restaurant
policies'
that
are
never
mentioned
or
written
anywhere.
I
would've
been
okay
of
the
prices
were
nominal
and
then
happy
to
pay
extra
even
if
it's
just
a
bit
of
onions,
but
this
is
NOT
a
nominally
priced
place.
At
most
times,
you
feel
the
cost
savings
tactics
the
restaurant
is
using,
because
90%
of
your
Burrito/taco
was
just
beans
and
rice.
Mexican
outlets
are
more
famous
for
treating
you
like
at
home
than
their
food.
But
there's
no
such
thing
as
hospitality
here
and
you're
always
made
to
feel
like
an
outsider.
2.
Another
problem
with
the
servers
here
is
that
they're
always
clueless
about
what
they
should
be
adding
to
your
order.
On
some
days
they'll
tell
that
you
don't
have
a
choice
in
the
type
of
beans
in
a
rice
bowl,
but
ask
another
server
and
they'll
deny
any
such
thing.
Sometimes
they
will
give
you
a
specific
quantity
with
a
mini
size,
sometimes
it'll
be
different.
3.
The
general
level
of
hygiene
and
cleanliness
is
quite
low.
More
frequently
than
normal,
the
floor
and
tables
are
dirty
and
you
can
see
food
droppings
everywhere
in
the
restaurant.
Fortunately
if
asked,
the
the
staff
are
prompt
if
you
ask
them
to
wipe
your
table
and
chair.
The
restaurant
also
needs
to
work
on
mosquito
and
flies
control,
as
they're
found
in
plenty
here.
4.
There's
also
the
issue
of
missing
toppings.
A
lot
of
the
toppings
they've
mentioned
in
the
menu
are
always
missing
or
stocked
out.
Ask
them
to
add
other
toppings
to
compensate
and
they
will
decline.
5.
Customization.
Mexican
food
can
be
highly
customized
and
whoever
handles
your
food
helps
you
throughout
the
way.
Over
at
California
Burrito,
I've
had
more
than
enough
instances
when
they
not
involve
you
and
never
ask
what
you
want
in
your
food.
You'll
have
to
ask
the
preparer
to
stop
and
get
the
meal
properly
to
your
tastes.
California
Burrito
is
a
good
place
but
there
are
serious
issues
that
need
to
be
corrected.
