Please don't afford to waste your time on them. They charge exorbitant commission and have no interest in getting you a fair deal. I had an experience in bad taste of talking to Mr Vishal Jhulka. He was rude and impolite throughout the call- not very professional of them. They are typical local property dealers disguising themselves as fancy and educated.

Sotheby's Delhi-- terrible!!!! The staff is unprofessional and rude. Their arrogance when dealing with luxury properties is surprising, as if they believe they can treat people poorly without consequence. Their claim to handle high-range properties is hardly believable given the way their staff treats innocent inquiries. The individual I spoke with managed to ruin my entire day with his audacious and conceited behavior. Their attitude towards callers is shockingly disrespectful, treating them as if they're penniless. It's best to heed my advice and steer clear of engaging with this group.

Prices too high for very average food and terrible service. Really disappointed that Olive has started aggressive cost cutting or they have just lost their edge when it comes to quality.
