For those of you looking for help for your pets, this is not the place. There is always a solution and do not despair. I give one star, because I can't give -5. 11 months ago I took my cat to the emergency room because it was August and all the trusted veterinarians were closed. It started with vomiting, and the villagers said it was gastritis. They gave him a syrup that got worse. What seemed like permitrin poisoning ended up very serious. At the reception they didn't pay any attention to what I told them about how it all started. Why ask what happened if you don't sign it up for the vet on duty? That's another thing that bothered me, there were only 2 veterinarians, Juan, who is exotic and works for other clinics (in addition to being a "musician"), and Sonia. The rest were practical assistants. The first thing they did was sedate the cat to take an x-ray and draw blood. My Mr. Max was a very docile cat who always let himself do everything without needing sedation, but since the previous cat bit a girl, mine had to be sedated like hell. Without first assessing whether it was possible or not. After half an hour, when the results were ready, they showed me that the cat suffered from jaundice, showing me the mouth and ears which were perfect without showing signs of jaundice, there was nothing yellow, just pale. Not to mention that minutes before I had to witness the death of a little dog, while waiting I heard horrible noises as if they were trying to resuscitate it and when they called me and I passed by I saw the little dog dying on a table from the side, it was still breathing but shortly after they certified its death and The owner was upset, I think she even vomited from disgust. Because my cat was big, they told him he had hepatic lipidosis (fatty liver) but even so there was never a real diagnosis. They asked me for a thousand tests, including a liver biopsy, which was the worst thing I had, and according to what Juan told me, it was to make a cut in my gut and take out a piece of liver, something I flatly refused. My cat, when he was 2 months old, fell down a fifth, he had an atrophied kidney and a bad spine, but he had a full and happy life, he jumped, he ran, saying that he was dying of pain because of an x-ray is not worth it to me, because If it was in pain the cat wouldn't be jumping and running. After more tests and 5 days of admission he seemed to improve (a coincidence that improved drastically the next day after denying the biopsy) the issue of liver problems was almost gone. The problem is that they gave him diarrhea for not listening to what I told them, I asked for discharge and took him home, they didn't even know how to put a cat with a bell and a catheter in a carrier, which started to snort and brought out its temper. (I wish I had cut you all down), they asked me for help and I arrived and I just closed the carrier and he ran in. In that hospital they lost a t-shirt that I gave with Dad's smell and a little mouse that was his favorite (not to mention that when they gave me the history, the first report was different from the one they gave me in print than the one they sent me by email). So after so much nonsense I took my cat home. When I got home my boy ran to drink water as if he hadn't drunk in centuries. He lay down on the bed and was seen crying. Just as it came back dirty, shitty, in very bad condition... I regret having paid more than 1500e. A week later, when he seemed to be improving, as he started to eat dry food, he got much worse, I took him to another hospital. The same one who took out the catheter at 1 in the morning, vomited and almost drowned on it, and they didn't charge me anything. We agreed to repeat the tests but the next day I had to take him back because he was vomiting a lot and he was very sick. Your diagnosis? a Panleukopenia that probably caught the archduke due to his low defenses. Conclusion? My disastrous experience, reporting to the veterinary association is useless because it is only a financial penalty. And during this year, luckily, I have met more people who have had a bad time and have had problems.

(Translated by Google) Stop giving yourself positive reviews taking advantage of the interns you have. who sings a lot I do not recommend this clinic at all where an animal enters and does not leave or if it leaves it is in poor condition. They just do tests and tests to get the money and not come to any conclusion. I had to take my child to another hospital where I could at least find out what was wrong. Please those of you who love your pets do not bring them here for urgency. They don't know what a pet can mean to us and they don't take anything you tell them into account. There are more sites and much cheaper and more professional. Do not despair and do not take your child to the first place they tell you.

I went to this hospital in an emergency, how much I regret it! They have operated on my dog with a surgery that I can't explain! And the doctor's absurd explanation seemed like a lie to cover up total malpractice! It didn't make sense to what he had because I saw him cut into his little body, which was all I had left. He died in this hospital with an operation and tests that did not seem adequate to me at all, rather it seemed like an opportunity to get money from someone in a moment of desperation. When I showed a video and consulted another specialist, (unfortunately I couldn't take her at the time because it was a weekend and I couldn't locate him) he didn't explain it to her. They have taken away the light of my life. I also warn, pay attention to your invoices, that in addition to being overpriced, the invoices are manipulated with some type of program on the computer itself. The VAT does not correspond to its values, the values are added to more and poorly calculated, of course hundreds of euros in favor of the clinic. And since apparently no one checks them because they don't pay attention, they will do it as and when they want. If you have invoices, check them with a calculator and if you see absurd differences, report them.

(Translated by Google) I do not have enough words of thanks for the treatment and service provided. Not only was my little girl diagnosed on time, but the treatment they indicated was the right one to save her life. I advise that if you want your pet to receive the best care, this is the right clinic. (Translated by Google) Fatal attention they didn't even look at the cat and they were making me sign consent to sedate him and do tests for 400 euros. No empathy. They are only interested in money. In the end I took him only with symptom treatment. Of course he didn't get better, so I took him to a serious vet who opened his mouth and knew instantly what he had and thanks to her he's getting better. That happened on Saturday 8/27/2022 at 12 am, zero professionalism.

I took my kitten to the emergency room and the care was very good, Dr. Sonia explained everything to us very well, we had to operate on him because he had an obstruction due to the toy he ate, they called me constantly to find out the status of my kitten. I am very happy with the care and my baby Jack is doing super well.

My dog was taken urgently with diarrhea and vomiting and was hospitalized. They decided to do an ultrasound the next day when he was dying and they didn't have time to have him all night and their minds didn't brighten to do it that night and they didn't give any explanations. that he died, according to them, he did not know or understand why he had died. I mean, without words, how it was not theirs, it was truly fatal... when they are bad, take him somewhere else. You only feel anger at how badly they did everything, how suffering is not he sweats it all out of them

The worst veterinary hospital you can take your pet to. They only want to make money, they don't care about the animals. They almost killed my kitten in an operation. The animal was operated on through the belly, using a thread that it had swallowed. They burned him with the electric scalpel plate and then tried to say that they didn't have that and that it was an allergic reaction. All lies, arrogance and no concern for the animal. I had to take her to the vet (not that one of course), for 2 months, 3 days a week for cures and to have her injected with antibiotics (of course all at my expense, they took no responsibility). Four years later, my cat is still suffering from sequelae, her hair has not grown again on her entire back, I have to be very careful not to let the sun hit her because she can get burned. I tried to upload a photo of the kitten a month after the operation, but Google won't allow it, I imagine due to violent or bloody content. It was the image that I saw of my little animal all that time. I upload a photo of how he was 8 months after the operation, the other is current, since he has no hair he scratches his back and gets wounds

Hello, I have been doing internships at the hospital for two months and apart from being well received, I am delighted with the training that is being given to me, good practice, know-how and putting into practice all the knowledge learned. Mention that apart from the scheduled visits, many serious emergencies arrive that require quick action and unfortunately they arrive in a bad state. I have seen many cases in which, no matter how difficult it may seem, the animals succeed thanks to the entire team. Learning a lot and seeing how the animals get out of very complicated situations. Mention Rebeca for her treatment and good work towards me. As well as my partner Gemma, who are there at all times to give me coverage and security. I take my little partner to this center safely, the veterinarians are all professionals at all times.

I'm very satisfied . Despite the language barrier and translator, the doctor was very friendly and took time with our English bulldog. He was examined thoroughly and everyone was very friendly. The costs are also completely okay. In Germany I would have. Paid significantly more for a routine examination and especially the x-ray. The examination and x-ray amounted to less than 200 on New Year's Eve Sunday. Thanks again to the nice team. 🙏

Bad attention. The “veterinarian” in charge cares more about making the budget than caring for your pet. Very, very unfriendly, rude and rude. He doesn't even lay a hand on it and he's already giving you an estimate of what's supposed to happen to him. If you go to this center they will ask you more times about your insurance and the budget than about what is happening to your pet. He asks you the same thing 20 times to save time while inflating the budget. Lady, if I come from the emergency room with the dog it is so that they can treat him and solve his condition, I don't care about the money, TAKE CARE OF THE DAMN DOG! I have been to many veterinary centers and have never received such poor care. The trash can in the customer bathroom full of syringes (who knows what) is completely unhygienic and contrary to health center regulations. To be a veterinarian you have to like animals a minimum and treat them with a certain tenderness, I'm not going to repair a computer. Very bad service and very bad attention from the emergency veterinarian.

Emergency with my dog. There was no proper help; the staff was overloaded by helping an intensely bleeding Yorki. I moved quickly to another clinic; hence, the personnel prioritised paperwork over helping my suffering and bleeding dog

I went for an emergency, my dog was seen immediately. The staff was friendly and professional. My dog is very nervous usually but they managed to put him at ease. The only thing is that it was quite expensive, the bill at the end came as quite a surprise for the very small treatment that was provided. I would recommend it when there are no cheaper options.

As a freshly graduate veterinarian, doing my intership in the hospital, i can only say how happy i am for choosing this facility. Seeing how it works from the inside, i admire the professionalism of the doctors, the range of knowledge they have and they're willingness to pass it on to me. They always work for the best result and devote more than enough time and attention to each patient individually. They are not only able to face the difficulties of each case, but also to consult them with the clients in a comprehensive way. I am also thankful for the nurses that are by my side along the way, their willingness to teach me and make me feel part of the team. From the girls at the reception to each workforce member behind the scences, I can give only positives feedbacks and absolutely recommend the hospital to every client that searches for a professional approach and wants the best for their pets.

We have been going to them for my dog Daisy for quite some time, but lately our dog got very ill and passed away on Saturday. They were amazing every step of the way- all of the veterinary doctors, especially Dr Juan, along with all of the veterinary nurses, and the girls at the reception, everyone was very caring, patient and knowledgeable in their field. We could not have asked for a better treatment. Thank you again to you all ❤️

My experience was disastrous, I'm giving it one star because I have no choice but to publish my review. We entered the hospital around 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, we had called before going indicating that we were with my dog in a fairly serious condition, since a mastiff also belonging to us had attacked her, they asked us how much we were going to It took a while to arrive, which gave me to understand that they were waiting for something very urgent. When we enter with the dog in our arms bleeding, without even leaving her in a box taking care of her, they take our data, with all the tranquility in the world, then we enter a box, a girl comes and puts a device on her to take her blood pressure. about whom they never took any information, she gave him a painkiller and left, another girl came and started shaving her neck since she had several holes caused by her fangs, the machine getting caught on several occasions in said holes, in the middle of shaving she left and She brought us a budget of €1,300 to, as the girl tells me, open the neck and check that the glottis is in good condition. According to her, if it is broken, the dog would no longer wake up. In other words, as I understand it, they would charge me that amount to tell me if she is alive. or he dies, from there, assuming he lives, everything else. We spent a while thinking about whether we should do it or not, while they didn't deign to give her a drip to stabilize her, they didn't even clean her wounds, nothing. I have to say that in my family we have experience with dogs, we have several and we have seen ourselves in many and much more serious ones than this, and without giving us any cleverness everything sounded like a Chinese story. We decided that we were not going to accept the budget, because it seemed like an abuse and I firmly believed that I was taking it under my responsibility. And to make matters worse, the person at the reception told me "you should know that you are being critical", making me feel terrible for not giving my dog the "best". When we got home we cleaned her wounds and gave her several boluses of serum with a syringe on her back so that she would be well hydrated during the night. First thing on Monday I took her to my trusted veterinarian, her face was a poem when I told her about the experience, she was given an IV as soon as she arrived, she healed her wounds and we left her admitted, on Tuesday morning she operated on her, no Neither her glottis nor her trachea were affected, we picked her up on Tuesday afternoon and the dog is recovering little by little, but alive and all for a price that seems reasonable to me. From my point of view, these centers only deal with economic issues, I'm very sorry to say it, but they don't give a damn about our animals, they take advantage of the love we have for them and the desperation of seeing them in a bad way. I hope you never feel what we felt when we heard the receptionist walk out the door.

Yesterday, my dog, Neva, had the rabies vaccine, she had a reaction, Neva was fading by the second, with the fear that an allergic reaction can lead to anaphylactic condition. I entered the hospital, and starting with Ana's speed, in administration, to notify the medical staff, in this case Diana Rodríguez. Thank you Diana, I have no words to thank you for all the effort and dedication you and the entire team have put into Neva (they spent hours reviving Neva), and during all that time, informing me and reassuring me. My Neva came home. Diana, you are an excellent professional, I am sorry that I do not know the names of all the assistants and other veterinarians who were inside with Neva, I would like to say thank you all so much, you are very proud of your work, of your profession, so difficult and precious. Congratulations, you make a team of 10. PS: I have been visiting this hospital with Neva for almost 5 years, and I have never perceived any abuse regarding economic issues, on the contrary, quite the opposite.

I took my dog to the emergency room because he had a slight limp from the PDD and after observing the palpation that he did not reach 3m clock, they charged me €89 for that palpation alone, then they gave me a medication that I did not use and that you cannot return (When I went the counter was full and when I said what I needed everyone disappeared avoiding responsibilities, unfortunate). Total that I paid €120 for palpation, puncture and medication It is clear that everything takes an effort and among them, to be able to be a veterinarian, but it takes longer to pay than the dog was in and I think the prices are somewhat disproportionate, but….. So I advise asking prices before entering or looking for another alternative that is more in line with real life.

Animal that visits this clinic due to an animal emergency that does not come out alive. They only care about billing and it doesn't matter what the excuse is, there is always some reason. On top of that, they force those who come from internships to leave false positive reviews. I hope your bargain runs out soon and you have to close, for the sake of the animals.
