Hello there. I'm Genius member 2 on Booking website, with dozens of bookings and experiences as a traveler. This was my worst experience so far. Lady from the reception literally kicked me out from the hostel. I entered the hostel with a mask on my face, and while she was doing my Check in, I just removed the mask for a second to take some water, after she instantly became so upset. She said I can't take the water at the reception. I said ok, and I just went the door across...I entered the restaurant, and then her reaction was absolutely insane. She got crazy and she said she is canceling my reservation instantly and I need to leave the hostel now. I suppose that's the same nervous person/lady which already had similar review here. I also asked her for a name, but she didn't want to say. I asked if I could talk with manager, but she refused and said that she is the one.

Good hostel for a few nights. Very helpful lady at reception, helped me to solve my reservation problem.

Worst hostel I have ever been to. Extremely dirty. Terribly organised. Tiny fridges full of moldy food. Cockroaches and bedbugs. Extremely unfriendly receiptonist that had the audacity to raise her voice and tell me that "I ruined the work of the cleaning team" because I moved my things to a clean bed that hopefully doesn't have bed bugs. Unacceptable.

The stuff is absolutely not motivated to help you or tell you more about the Hostel, the city or what to do. No hostel atmosphere at all, more like Motel atmosphere, absolutely anonymous, so not really good if you are traveling alone. Comon area very uncharitably furnished, dorms also very empty, so no nice vibes. But if you only need a place for one night, yeah you have at least a bed, prices okay.

Nice place, but average quality. I asked when does breakfast end and they said 10:30, I arrive at 9:55 and it was closed already, left without breakfast, although on my booking it said I paid for it, well, might have been a booking problem, but why closing at 10? Toilet is not that clean I must say and overall it doesn’t feel super comfortable, the rooms are good and ac does the job

The place is very clean and comfortable. If you have the option of selecting a dormitory of 10 or 8, do select the one with 8 as the bunk beds aren't the typical ones. The breakfast provided is also very nice and is worth the amount they charge. The staff also is friendly and they are fluent english speakers. Also don't forget to carry a padlock with you as the lockers provided don't have locks. That is all I have to say, Thank you.

Bed bugs, moved our belongings to different beds. Both female receptionist were rude and just had no idea what they were doing. Male was helpful and tried to sort things out. Bathrooms were always blocked off in the mornings. Only good thing about this place was the showers....that's it! Would never go back or recommend

If you want to rest or at least sleep a couple of hours during your stay, forget it. It's impossible to sleep with all the noise inside and outside the hostel. There is no insonorisation at all, you can hear everything happening inside the hostel. And outside some rooms are orientated at a very noisy street and you feel like you're sleeping on the sidewalk. The bathroom smells bad, there is no common space, the decoration is depressing, the room has old and a bit dirty furniture. The only good thing is the bed that is confortable. For 50€ it's a steal!

The whole room got woken up in the middle of the night from someone from the reception without any information why and without any excuse. Opening the curtains, asking randomly for our names and calling to someone else loudly on the phone for over half an hour. At some point we had to start laughing because nobody knew what was happening and the guy wouldn’t tell us either. Felt like a bad dream.. I am shocked by how rude people can be. Never experienced such behaviour before.

The female receptionist was awful and unfriendly. The location was fine but the amenities were not. The kitchen was GROSS, so was the bathrooms.

Very convenient location, rooms are nice and spacious but pretty much every knob and handle was loose, seems like there's no maintenance whatsoever. Also TV wasn't working for 3 nights despite multiple requests to fix it since the first day of staying. I'd recommend it for the nice location

Great location- right next to the market and cathedral. Very clean place and has lots of amenities (small gym, breakfast, washing dryer, and kitchen). The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The workers are very kind. Overall a great night in Valencia!

The dorm 3 was ice cold with a dripping air condition that can not be turned off.

Location was good, room was big and clean, friendly staff and they let us leave the backpacks and use the toilet after checking out. We stayed 3 nights in a private room and I asked reception everyday to fix the television that wasn't working, they didn't even try to fix it. I had to ask for shampoo bottles everyday as they didn't leave new ones after cleaning the room. There was no separation between the shower and the toilet so everything ended up wet. A lot of things were loose, the toilet seat was moving, the paper holder, the faucet. It was also very noisy, not from the street but from other guests yelling around late at night. It was ok but there are a lot of things to improve.

There wasn’t any hot water and hair dryer in bathroom. Also, we requested extra blanket twice and they gave positive response but they didn’t give blanket. I didn’t like communication of the reception. They were not kind people. Staying here was bad experience.

Decent private rooms, if overpriced. Could do with a proper deep clean as the shower was not as clean as I'd hoped, leaving me less refreshed than I planned from a private room. Also doors could use a slow-close mechanism to stop late night door slams noise

Excellent budget option in ideal location. Staff were super friendly, they booked us a taxi, printed out our boarding passes and were generally kind and friendly. We had a private room which was clean, and a good size. Unfortunately when we stayed there was a huge group of youths who were staying whilst on a sports tournament, at midnight they were still running around the hallways, playing music and slamming doors with little adult supervision. The next morning I spoke to the reception staff who were glad I said something but when I asked them about a quiet time policy they said there wasn’t one; so really that is my only complaint that really any hostel should have a quiet policy between certain hours where people are asked to be in their rooms and not in communal areas so that others are able to sleep.

Very good place to stay.

For that price it was good! No safes in the rooms. No oven in the kitchen. Kitchen closes at 11 pm. Very friendly staff! Rooms and bathroom are clean!

I have booked here double room a few months ago for quite good price. Room was very large with private bathroom. Service in hotel was friendly. Location is great, in the centre. You can easily get there from airport as well by metro. Station was 5 minutes walk.

Please update to say it’s NOT a free breakfast. It is paid and is one coffee and a croissant.

Average is quite good to being honest. Air-conditioned room do the job! Wish a bigger breakfast...

Amazing budget accommodation. We booked a private room with a shared bathroom and were very kindly upgraded to a room with a private bathroom. This is the nicest 'hostel' I've ever stayed in. The room was clean, spacious and the breakfast for €2 was very decent. The staff were all also extremely friendly and welcoming. It was also in the perfect location and we walked everywhere. The only suggestion I have is to update the gym equipment. It was definitely worse for wear and very creaky :) Nonetheless I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Loved our stay here

Pretty okay, but bathrooms are shared and the breakfast was a bit on the sparse side.
