    I truely enjoy this Walmart location. Very large selection, large aisles and the employees are very helpful and kind. It’s a small town feel inside a big box store with the most competitive prices. If u check Amazon, Walmart keeps up with their updated pricing on the hour.

    This store is impossible to shop in with any amount of ease. There are palettes piled up making some products or aisles completely inaccessible to everyone (and some potentially only inaccessible to people in a wheelchair or who need a mobility aide.) I saw several employees walking around doing nothing. I questioned a few about the inaccessible aisles as I wanted to check for an item down one of them. They just laughed and mumbled something (not in English). The few employees I saw doing something were bringing palettes from the back room onto the sales floor. Many palettes were stacked high and appeared to be at risk of tipping over/falling. I also spotted a large palette of perishable groceries sitting out with no employees in sight. I have no idea how long that food was sitting out.

    This store has to be the worst when it comes to curbside pick up! I literally have been waiting over an hour for my order and counting! Thought the point of curbside was to make things easier not to sit around and wait for hours for your items which claim to be ready in the damn emails and texts the store sends!

    Walmarts are normally unfortunately weighed by reputation, and this one managed to live up to that reputation. First there's only one major entrance and exit unlike most Walmarts where you have two, the order pickup is in the back corner of the store, and compounding that problem is that the pick up group only works until 8:00 p.m., even though the rest of the store is open beyond that. Inside, when I'm looking through the shelves, often boxes are damaged or pre-opened, which makes me less likely to buy anything even for a cheaper price. Want to get it delivered to your car? Online orders can be picked up from the zone just to the west of the entrance, even though it's not well labeled. Calling the number, no one picked up and it went to a voicemail box that wasn't set up. However someone managed to call me back right after I changed parking spots in order to go in to pick up what I was going to pick up, and they eventually got it out to me to the right parking bay. The person who was talking on the phone didn't really talk clearly, but fortunately they brought out the right item. really not my type of style

    It frightens me that a company of this magnitude, could struggle to fulfill even the simplest of orders. 5 pencil cases is all it took to break me tonight, a sentence I never imagined I would type. After parking in a designated space to have our order brought out to us, we patiently waited for our turn. After 20 minutes contact was made and we were told our items would be out shortly. 20 more minutes ticked by and we were greeted with disappointment and pity. Disappointed that our 5 pencil cases that were “right near the door” are now missing. How that happens I cannot fathom, but the pity I felt took over. Pity for the hundred of thousands of future customers who travel here to have needs met that are much more complex than ours. If you fumble a pickup order as simple as this one , I fear the store will fall into anarchy when multiple different products are ordered. An order being screwed up is perfectly normal, but to make the customer wait 40 minutes to find that out is unacceptable. If you are unable to perform a service, please don’t offer it. Unfortunately there is no option for ZERO stars so one will do.

    I like this Walmart because it’s open 24hrs but like most Walmarts the staff is very unenthusiastic and slow like they don’t want to be there. The lines usually build up to an unreasonable size and many times employees will even sit there and watch the line get longer instead of helping out. They often have very few registers open when they should be operating at full capacity. Just such a lack of effort at most Walmarts and this one is no exception. And it is always an absolute mess with boxes of products and debris in the the aisles. Plus it’s in Bergen county so it falls victim to that ridiculous “Blue Law” (which I hate).

    This review is for Walmart+ for the past year with the Garfield store, as I have not been inside for probably around 10 years. I signed up for the service on a whim, but almost out of necessity. Fewer and fewer items were available for shipping, and it was just annoying. They offered me a special, and I took it. In the beginning, it was a little shaky. Most of my random everyday items were not available. As time went on, it got much better. Only a handful of times was my order really messed up, and I tend to think that was more driver error versus store. It's definitely a better bargain than any other delivery service by far. However, I just wish that before signing up that it was made clear that tipping is not included, and expected. I thought it was along the lines of Amazon deliveries, where there is no tip. While I do tip, it definitely adds more money to the cost of everything, and negates savings. Most of the prices are lower than ShopRite's, which is the cheapest grocery store in the area. Would I recommend the store and the service overall? Yes. 4 1/2 stars rounded up.

    Super mall has many departments includes foods,all types of beverages fruits vegetables pulses rices grinded flours , exotic fruits and frozen varieties of beans,frozen desserts ,varieties of icecreams, all types of food dressings , home products like ovens toasters cookers televisions refrigerators , dryers dish washers oths barbeques etc. Car accesories cucycles car oils clothees of all seasons and all sizes and all ages bags for travels and other uses tents toys chocolates pasteries cakes snacks chips green pulses and other thousands of products whole day required to ovelook all reasonable prices and best return policy no questions asked must visit to satisfy your needs and bigbparking free handicap parking rest rooms and access and trollies available they have motorised carts for elderly and handicaps 3 cheers

    I love shopping at Walmart, everything that you're looking for is there to reach for and buy. Prices are so affordable. The only complaint i have is that they need to have a bigger hot food service bar. Customers like to have a hot plate while shopping in such a big establishment. Coffee is good. But too much is not good. I was an hour in the store and decided to get something hot to eat, to my surprise it was totally empty,i left and went to Burger king(no other choice). With such big stores, it should at least have at a place where you can sit and enjoy a hot plate ,or snack

    I love that this store has everything, this store has good variety. However I don't like how disorganized is this particular store and that employees are always, always in the middle! You can't walk from point a to point b without stumbling with an employee or a million boxes. I think they should consider expanding their work hours to allow more time for employees to do their job without constantly getting in between the customers and their shopping.

    OMG, where do i EVEN start?!?! We got there after a frustrating and disappointed time in Target hoping for a better situation. All the motorized carts were in use, so my husband had to wait 30 minutes for one only to be told that there were kids using them around the store which is why they werent available for people who ACTUALLY need them. The person in customer service went to go look for one for him to eventually find one and let us know that a pregnant woman was going to take it, and she grabbed it for my husband instead. It is seriously a joke in there. Then as we were going around the aisles, there was something blocking EVERY SINGLE aisle. Huge amounts of crates and boxes in the middle of the lanes and aisles making to VERY difficult for someone NOT in a motorized cart to get through, and even worse for someone in a motorized cart. While they did have most of the inventory we needed, there were many things they did not have. It was very disappointing. Also, we were in an aisle for children, and heard a mother talking rudely and yelling that she needed pants for her son and there better be plenty available. I think the only good part about this visit is that the motorized cart didnt die in the middle of the store....

    Unfamiliar with the store and had to ask where things were, most of the employees didn't know where the stuff was either and sent me to the wrong aisles. There was a language disconnect. Cashiers were quick though and prices not bad.

    This place is absolutely horrible!! I went in to return something and they said they didn’t do returns on Sundays. All the sections were roped off so I couldn’t even look around. The lines for check out are ridiculously long and slow moving. Especially for only being able to shop in the grocery section. Corporate needs to clean house regarding all management levels then review and retrain every one else!!

    Ordered 2 graduation cakes and they did a phenomenal job on both of them. They were ready for pickup at specified time. They looked fantastic and most of all, tasted great. Great service as well as the bakery attendants/bakers were professional, courteous, and helpful.

    Terrific. So easy & worthwhile to do a curbside grocery pick-up. They usually have everything in stock. And their prices are great. I go every week. All you do is check-in & they take care of the rest, bringing the items directly out to you in a timely manner

    One of the nicer Walmarts. Clean and organized plus a food section. Workers were very pleasant when asked where things were. Cashier was cleaning the belt as I approached and was extremely pleasant. Parking lot was crazy walking and parking.

    Curbside pickup wait time is unacceptable! Demonstrate you care about your customers’ time by either hiring more staff or improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your curbside service. Waiting 45 mins for a pick up is not a professional way to grow your customer loyalty base!!!!

    Easy to place order through app for any pickup and the flexibility of pick up timing is awesome. And add to that the service at the pick up location is simply superb. The staff is nice, curteous, attentive and speedy.

    One of the worse Wal-Mart locations. The make up remover is locked and I was waiting a very long time for someone to open it, even after asking 3 associates for assistance.

    This Walmart location is pretty good to shop for almost anything. The place seemed to be clean and well-organized. The pharmacy department has a flat $4 discount on prescriptions. If I have an issue finding what I want; the staff is friendly and very helpful but there are times when check out can be problematic when it is busy here.

    I love Walmart. 99 times out of 100 I find what I'm looking for at a great price. I've always had great and helpful staff, that I've always been very respectful, courteous and extremely helpful. I love this particular Walmart and it's the only Walmart I go to.

    Im giving this review based off the rudest associate that Ive ever encountered. Her name is Briseyda and she was very unfriendly. So I purchased a tv and I noticed that she came across to my side and immediately pressed a button. So I asked her what did she just press and her response was “oh I declined it because most customers don’t want that” Ok so here is my issue…#1 why would she NOT offer me a protection plan after I just purchased a tv. #2 Why would she assume that I didn’t want to protect my tv that I just purchased? I honestly felt like because I look young and Im black, that she profiled me. After I questioned her, she asked did I want to start over, and I said YES! I had her rescan my tv and then I purchased the plan that she initially bypassed. We have to be mindful of who we are servicing because you never know who is who. At the end of the day, I took my concerns to the manager, Jason, who listened and told me that he would handle my concerns. Happy Holidays, everyone. I will not be back at this particular location.

    Complete garbage! Don’t waste your time calling if you have a pickup. I tried calling to ask if they had my order & the lady gave me some random phone # that had nothing to do with what I said - from the pickup department & the 2nd time I called she picked up, said “Yeah” & right away put me on hold before I could speak a word. And customer service didn’t pick up their phone as usual. Good store to buy from but trash phone service with uneducated people working that don’t understand english. 0 Stars 🚫

    No wonder they are losing business everywhere. This location has the worse customer service ever, there were people waiting for more that 20 minutes for somebody to open certain stands and when they came was with actitud and not helping at all. If you are keeping things lock for security reasons is fine but at least you should get more people available and willing to help. You should never forget that who give you business are customer and no bad employees.

    Went to pick up reading glasses took pictures of prices and glasses and prices the cashier accused me of taking pictures of her and was very rude about it very unprofessional mot giving me a chance to explain the circumstances they should traii rnj job instead of embarrassing me and make me look like a creep very sad I will be reaching out to a lawyer to discuss the Matter

    Great prices and staff was helpful. I tend to visit in the evening hours because lines can be very long during the day. I purchased all school supplies without an issue and they have the best prices for uniforms. Overall the store is neat and clean.
