Although our stay was comfortable and the room was clean I can only give three stars for a couple reasons. It’s old and need some repair, broken chair, hole in bathroom wall, cigarette burns on sink and tub, for a few. Our room barely had enough towels for us to get by, one hand towel, two face cloths, two bath towels. None of these things bothered us but this review is meant to help you know what yo expect. The bed was comfortable and we got a continental breakfast with real bagels! Highlight! Haha. I would recommend for a stop over as long as your not too fussy. You will save a few dollars and loose a bit of luxury.

It's July 2023. The air conditioner didn't work. We complained; they changed our room. The air conditioner in that room didn't work. They told us to wait in the second room and then bring us keys to a third room. After 20 minutes we complained, and they said they didn't have another double room. They offered to put us in a single room. That obviously wouldn't work for my brother and I two grown men. Eventually we had to get another hotel room that we had to pay for. So we had to pay for two rooms. The single rooms had new, good air-conditioner. It is clear from the condition of the first two air conditioner, that they did not work. The hotel knew this, yet they put us in the hot room, knowing the air conditioners were broken. That is fraud, an Intentional misrepresentation. the breakfast was terrible, barely edible. I would encourage everyone to stay away from motel.

I'm not gonna write anything, because the pictures will speak for themselves. Only thing they said was "You should have told us about it and we would have given you a better room". ... I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be assigned rooms that aren't ready.. but judging by the bed someone made the bed and put in new towels and that's it. And they wonder why no one tips.. I usually do and I usually don't care unless it isn't clean.

this hotel is 2 stars. but very neat and well maintained. I stayed two days. They renewed everything for the second day. Everything is as seen in the photos. But the coffee doesn't taste good. The coffee machine is also very old. It would be much better if they changed.

We stayed in the Days Inn for one night due to attending a funeral. The price was fair for what others were charging. The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately due to covid they did not serve any breakfast at all which was a bummer. If they were not going to serve breakfast at all maybe the hotel could have gave their customers a voucher to eat somewhere that is nearby otherwise everything was fine.

Overall not bad but the rooms need alot better cleaning of the sheets and the bathrooms also the towels weren't in the best shape . The pool was closed.. other than that the bed was comfortable and it's in a pretty quiet location. The doors to the balcony aren't usable and we're sealed shut but with cracks open on both sides so any little critter could crawl through.

Ants in the room, me and my girlfriend were woken up to multiple bug bites all over our body. We showed this to the cleaning staff and they were mortified. The front desk informed me I would get a refund for this problem, the manager Nanci Gandhi then only agreed to giving 25% off one of the nights for our two night stay. She also ignored emails and multiple times I had to message two or three times over the span of multiple weeks to get any communication from her. It’s been 3 months now and still I have no resolution to the problems I faced at my stay here.

The hallway floors were dirty, the shower had weak water pressure, the pool was closed, the lighting in the rooms were dim. Also I was being assisted by Catholic Charities and because of that they treated me like less than a person. My circumstances may have shown I was down and out but I work full time and I should be treated with the same respect.

I would give this hotel negative stars but it's not possible.I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel again. I went down for breakfast the first morning and checked the milk container and it was spoiled. All they had was plain bread and plain bagels and the gentleman at the front desk didn't even bother to brush his hair that morning. He was very rude throughout our visit and made it difficult to get towels. We worked a night shift and could not get service during the day. The hotel smells bad throughout and a coworker was bit by fleas in his bed. Again beware do not stay here drive by it!

They no longer open their pool. Pretty much the only reason I'd stay here. Same as a no-tell motel now. Very outdated. Many of the rooms probably should not be stayed in...walls and ceilings need to be fixed. Carpets...cleaning won't do much...they need to be ripped up and replaced. I'm being very honest when I say the pool was my only reason to stay here.

Ghettoest and nastiest hotel I’ve stayed in. Giant hole in the ceiling, shower curtain rod barely hanging in place, torn up curtains, general nastiness and grime, no food included…. The staff is nice enough, but will also hand out keycards to anyone who says they got locked out without checking ID or anything. Yes it’s cheap but good lord it’s not worth it.

I would love to give 5 stars but there are a few things to mention and are important here. I will start with the good stuff; 1. The Room was clean, and good size. 2. The hotel location is great and accessible to the highway. 3. There is GYM (But, check the second part) 4. Breakfast is included (But, check the second part) 5. Limited parking's, if you came late you could struggle to find one. 6. Free WIFI Now, the things that we did not like: 1. How come no one speak English??? the front desk speak barley speaks English, and the cleaning staff only speak Spanish. no single English word. 2. The GYM AC is not working 3. There was a breakfast but only beagle and Jam. They served egg only one day and then nothing. we stayed 5 days and the breakfast was only beagle. 4. Pool closed until the rest of the year.

Overall, it is a reasonably clean hotel, some rooms are very small. But cozy. The bed was comfortable and clean. Some of the hallways smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite being advertised as 100% smoke-free hotel. The pool appears to be permanently closed. It's looks like it's been that way for many years and is starting to become overgrown with vegetation. They offer the normal breakfast items. Cereal, toast, bagel, juice, milk. None of it special. But free is free. Some items in the room were broken, such as door lock, shower curtain holder, and toilet. It's definitely not a 5-star hotel, but it's good enough to stay night as you're passing through.

Wouldn't let my dog sleep here, if I had one. Only good for Johns and addicts. Got a refund immediately from booking

Stayed here many times a couple of years ago.. this is the last time over 330 dollars for our stay. The room was in shambles mattress cover ripped and stains carpet has stains wall paper peeling off miss outlet covers and didn't receive room service 1 of the days.. air conditioner sounded like it was about to explode and room smelled like cigarettes at times.. would not recommend this place to anyone.. needs to be refurbished and hire better staff..

This was, by far, the worst chain hotel experience I've ever had. Start with the positive. Comfy bed. Comfy pillows. A/C in room worked great. Buckle up for the not good, in no particular order... Toilet ran and flushed itself every 11-12 minutes. Open electrical junction box in ceiling of room. Mirror and windows filthy. Dirty toilet. Shower didn't really turn off by turning all the way to the right/at all. The view out of the window was a disgusting roof with cooling equipment and old filters. And the windows were filthy. The alarm clock was in two pieces. And the freezer in the mini fridge was so iced over it would have fit a point of Ben and Jerry's. The whole place smelled like weed. And I'm pretty sure there was a guy smoking in the front curb for... a long time. When I made the reservation, I'm 95% sure the perks included the pool. The outdoor pool was covered and unopened for the season. The front desk staff so profoundly lacked warmth and hospitality that I felt unwelcome. Oh, and the "fitness center!" It was so filthy that I didn't feel comfortable sitting on the floor to stretch. There was actually the corner of an old sandwich on the floor. The treadmill was unusable. I'm not an expert, but if when you start to run, the belt catches and pitches you forward... It's a POS. Also the A/C didn't work. Even the vending machine spit out melted candy. That's just off the top of my head... There was more. START AWAY. -the second pic is the sandwich on the "fitness center."

Rooms are okay, there hasn't been a thorough cleaning of any of these rooms in quite some time. Bathroom fixtures falling off the wall. Hair everywhere, on the wall of the shower on my towels ...Bed looked clean. The bathroom did not. Breakfast included unknown cereals, toast, bagels, yogurt, some bananas that's it...

Light switch not working when I went on room, figured I'll get the lamps turned on in the dark, whatever. That was just the beginning. Disgusting bathroom, broken drain stopper, screws on bathtub fixtures hanging half out of the wall, shower curtain rod about to come off of the wall. Chair at desk leaning forward so you almost fall out of it. Strange numbering system for rooms. Front desk wants more of my information than any other hotel I've stayed at in the last 5 years.

Service from front desk was good, but the place smells a bit and the cleanliness was questionable. The carpet felt a bit humid. But the price is reasonable. So I guess you get what you pay for.

This should be advertised and priced as a motel, not a hotel. Place is pretty poorly cared for. Highly recommend spending an extra $5-$20 a night on some of the nicer places just north of here. On the plus side I didn’t notice anything to make me feel it was unsafe.

I stayed at this location for 4 days. Unfortunately, my father had to be hospitalized for 3 of those 4 days so I decided to stay at this specific location. It wasn't without its problems. I had to park by entrance B as there is limited parking. Normally, a secure location would require the use of the room card to get in but you could pull the door and get in without problems. This is a major security issue. Also, that same entrance had garbage and a putrid smell of urine posing a health hazard. I let the reception area know on 2 nights of my stay of these concerns, but clearly they were not addressed. As I needed to make a call, I stayed in the eating area and saw TONS of fruit flies on the spigots of the juice dispenser! The location was good and served its purpose, but it doesn't seem that personnel takes these issues seriously. Do not stay here!

Extremely unsafe , people walking around in bushes smoking , homeless is housed there and making trouble in lobby, at breakfast if that is what you want to call thrown bread and a toaster, Wyndham should be ashamed and they are not at all, seemed to want to give me point and nothing else. If an emergency were to happen I wouldn’t count on the front desk people who never look up or answer the phone , rooms are dirty , when I asked for The room to be clean the lady said it wasn’t her room and that was that. My garbage can was outside and the doors are half sealed shut, no clock broken draws, fridge didn’t work and the smell of pot is a daily think! Cause I stayed the 7 days for business I was not going to get any reimbursement by them.

The overall hotel needs major repairs, they also need better breakfasts, UPDATE: They need to fix the doors cause sometimes the cards don't work, and they also need better lighting on the other side of the buildings... UPDATE TWO: I wonder if this place used to be a barn: UPDATE THREE: There is this vehicle parked in the back with no plates and has been there for months, check on this please, thanks..

The staff was friendly. A bit of a language barrier with the cleaning staff but a little patience (and gestures) took care of that, lol. Not a lot in walking distance, but it is next to a bus route, and rideshare is usually within 10 minutes away.

Clean and nice. The only issue was that the room was super cold and we didn't have heat. Also, the shower had no hot water. Other than that, it was a beautiful one night stay.

To be honest, the outside and lobby are a little motel-ish. I noted some folks parked in the back lot, hanging in their vehicles. Not sure what that’s about. But, the inside of the room, however, is pretty fresh and clean. The wall dressings are clean and freshly applied. The drapes are an electric blue and new. Haven’t experienced the breakfast yet, so I can’t comment. This is definitely a 2.5 star hotel. But, it seems like the owner is making every effort to keep it updated. I would love to see some attention given to the lobby and front desk.
