Maybe I've just had too many great pizzas to enjoy this place. Maybe it's because I'm not a fan of thin crust. But to me this seems a little pricey for what I got. It's not that it's bad pizza (I've had that in other places!) But this didn't WOW me like so many reviews have hyped it up to be. Also the contact yelling of every customer's orders really made me regret sitting down in the dimly lit dining area to eat.

I went in to have lunch with my family yesterday and it wasn't the best dining experience (the place was a mess) but my family enjoys the food so I looked past it. We took leftovers home from our meal and today as I take a bite of the last slice I feel something very hard and metal like. To my unfortunate surprise, I pull what looks like a meeting nail out of my mouth 🤮 I can only thank God it was in a slice I had and not one of my young children. The staff needs to do a better job of keeping things clean and orderly

Top notch pizza with friendly service and plenty of seating available. I had the vegetarian pzizza which was amazing(see pic). Highly recommend if you are at the mall or in area to check out. Thanks.

Love the pick two combo with salad and 1/2 pizza. Willowbrook staff accommodated our Gluten allergies and even put my pizza back in for me when I asked them to make it a little crispier!

First GF and Dairy free pizza I've had that is super delicious. The crust was not dry and not soggy. The vegan cheese melted!!!! I was in heaven. I will be returning... Soon!

the ability to build your own pizza and add as many toppings as you’d like is awesome. love the customizable options and the ingredients seem fresh. the pizzas were delicious. I came for Pi day and I think it speaks volumes that people were willing to wait in long lines for these pizzas and the employees were still very pleasant and kind. Definitely a positive experience despite the long wait. Would return in the future if I get a pizza craving.

This place is really awesome; they managed to get everything right - delicious pizza with UNLIMITED toppings, and super friendly staff.

Super yummy pizza, all the time! I love blaze Pizza. I have yet to go to a bad location. This location is better than the previous Italian restaurant that held the same space. The manager was also the cashier, the line wasn’t long. I got my one top pizza with pineapple (I wish it was fresh pineapple instead of canned but it’s OK) I was very happy because I’ve not been to Blaze Pizza in several months. It was a wonderful lunch.

I frequent this location often as it is close by my place of work. This blaze is significantly better in regards of customer service and quality. The associate Jennifer is competent and extremely friendly. I was greeted and immediately assisted with my lunch for this day. Will be returning.

I came to the mall with my husband and son and decided to get pizza. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza missing that Gorgonzola was one of the toppings. After I ate a few bites I was wondering why it tasted off to me. I then realized there was blue cheese on it (I am not a fan) and brought the matter up to Jeff. Without hesitation Jeff quickly made another BBQ chicken pizza without Gorgonzola as a topping. He didn’t make me feel bad about missing that detail and dealt with the matter diligently. He had a customer leave with a smile on her face. You rock Jeff!

Sad to see how far this place has fallen. Used to be good quality and good friendly staff - now the food is mediocre, and it feel like they now hire the bottom of the barrel. If this location and chain don't turn things around rapidly, it will become another one of those places: "we used to know before."

I ordered a vegan pizza and it was one of the best vegan pizzas I’ve ever eaten! Such a surprise finding this place in the mall. So good and the guy who made my pizza was nice and helpful making my special pie.

First time for me eating here. The slices are smaller than most pizza parlors. But they were very good.

The pizza at blaze tastes so good. I love to build my own pizza with different toppings for a flat rate. There’s so many ways to customize your pizza from the crust to the cheese to the sauce. The ingredients offered are very good. The lemonade is great too. This is one of my favorite pizza spots.

At Blaze, Wayne, NJ, the simple pie and "build your own" are not only delicious, but superior to the other franchises. Their red sauce ranks it higher than the traditional pizza places. Maria, who is almost always there, brings charm and personality plus superior pizza making skills. I always look forward to seeing her there!

Just recently visited this location amazing staff and service and experience definitely will be going back to this place will share with others to come back. Let’s just say super busy!!! Long wait!! However the customer service from Asia was top notch! She jumped in to assist her colleagues and brought a big smile! Thanks Asia! The food is always yummy!! My daughter and I enjoyed our build your own and simple pie!

Pizza is always so good the little ones destroy it before I can take a good picture. Asia was really sweet and very quick in keeping the line movingwithout feeling rushed. The whole team is great, we love coming here. We can not come to the mall without having a whole pie. Each. Definitely 5 stars, wish I could give more.

Mery was an amazing worker! She was polite, funny, & just overall positive. She was maintaining the store quickly while interacting with the customers as if she really loved what she does. Everyone else working didn’t give off the amazing energy she did. 10/10 enjoyed my pepper pizza made by her!

I took my kids for the first time to the mall. It was a leaning experience. As we were walking by all the store I realized my kids have never been to the mall ever. They definitely enjoy it. We had food at the Blaze pizza, which by the way it was amazing for such a quick meal. I definable recommended. And everyone was so nice and polite. Which we need that, more nice people specially when you are eating with you’re family. We were helped by Brando.

For starters while ordering a build my own, the woman working only put on a VERY few pepperoni. At most maybe 5 slices. Kept moving to the next section before I was done ordering and rushing while making faces and rolling eyes the whole time. To top it off the pizza was not left in long enough and was VERY soggy. After being asked to leave it in longer the person on the register gave a lot of attitude and said it won't stop being soggy when it's a pizza that's been ordered many times over two years. It was extreamly unprofessional. The only worker was the original one that was writing on the papers and prepping.

Pizza was amazing abs everything is fine fresh! You can pick your own toppings! Brandon was an amazing server! First time there abs he helped me to order! Whole team was really courteous!

Today on 10/27 the employee by the name of victor was so kind and understanding. Any accommodations were made and he was so willing to help. Not only was he helpful he was so easy going and eager to work. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
