Let me start off by saying we love how organized everything is from the ordering to the delivery. They’re very consistent. We used another meal prep service right before them and actually left because of regular disorganization, so in that department I give 5 stars. The food is good taste wise, but I certainly wouldn’t say it’s great or amazing, however, it gets the job done. As for the nutrition facts, I have to say the sodium amount per serving is very alarming, and their food doesn’t come off as salty. But 4080 mg of sodium in a blackened chick Caesar salad? That’s bewildering. If this information is correct, which I pray it’s not, that’s nearly 47% higher than the 2100-2300 we’re supposed to consume DAILY. Between my husband and myself, we collectively have over 15 years in the health industry and we are painfully aware that this is less than ideal! Definitely interested in the HOW and WHY of this… ***UPDATE*** They contacted me shortly after posting this review and thankfully it was a typo!

From reading the other reviews I was so excited for these meals to get delivered. Unfortunately mine came frozen solid and I had to thaw it out on the counter. This resulted in soggy food that was really unappetizing. The website is a little misleading since it advertises as fresh. I totally understand it has to ship in a cold container but from prior reviews it seems they have changed their packaging which overall may have changed the quality of the food? Once something is frozen it never really tastes the same in my opinion. The food is shrink wrapped instead of the meal containers (like in the review photos) and put in dry ice while being shipped. I really wanted to like it because they have such great food choices but so far food is not great. Just putting this out there to warn anyone with similar expectations as me to keep that in mind.

my fourth meal plan company i have used over last couple years and by far the most tasty food....and very healthy...the packaging is superb so you can stack each meal in your fridge/freezer and no issues after heating up taking off plastic film. cant wait to try some other meals.

Totally in love with this new service. It's convenient, affordable and the company uses vacuum packaging to maintain freshness. I highly recommend.

Loved the process, order selection and delivery were smooth and easy. The food is tasty! We follow weight watchers and initially had difficulty finding the nutritional components to get a points assignment. After some messages to customer service, Noah kindly called me back to explain how to find that information on the website. If they can get it on the actual food label then I would give them 5 stars :)

Horrible customer service. Their stupid website wouldn’t accept my actual address when I was ordering and once I submitted it with my correct address it auto corrected to the address it preferred! I dont check my emails all the time and once I thought it was delivered it was delivered to the wrong address!!! They didn’t want to do anything about it and blamed it on my fault and offered me free shipping next time! Lol what a joke. Don’t order from here. I use to order from here all the time and once I moved and tried it again, very disappointed. Not sure who manages this company but customer service definitely needs work.

I have to admit I wasn’t expecting much because it’s microwaveable food. But I was in for a big surprise..it was delicious. I only have tried one meal but looking forward to trying more. Great job guys!

I was desperate after a late night retro fitness session in queens and just picked it up to get by. Was very surprised at the quality of the food and how well portioned. I always thought of these meal preps as basically a frozen dinner like you find in a super market, and i was wrong. Just tried another meal after the gym and they nailed it again. Will be a customer now.

The food is delicious and super fresh! It's a little pricier than other meal prep companies but it's worth it because their quality is astronomically better. Their delivery service is great and they send you a time frame the day before. The day of they send you a link that you can track your delivery in real time

I have been ordering from Clean Eats for awhile and I absolutely love their food. They constantly change up the menu so your not always eating the same thing. The peanut butter protein balls are amazing balls ha ha. Delivery is always on point. If your looking for healthy portioned food look no further. Clean Eats is the way to go.

The food is decent, not organic, but this review is mostly about customer service. If a meal selected is not available, they make substitutions without notice. I was sent a beef burger in one order which I do not eat. The only way to contact anyone is via text so I reached out and was told I would receive credit for the meal. Weeks later, there was no credit in my account nor a credit on my credit card. I followed up not once but twice and even sent a screen shot of the text sent to me stating I would receive credit and ZERO response either time and to this date. I will not be ordering from them again. There’s a lot of competition out there, and these meals are not inexpensive.

My first time getting food through a meal prep company but I’m really glad I chose Clean Eats! Super convenient for me, love how it’s packaged and how easy it is for me to track my macros and it tastes fresh. Looking forward to ordering again.

If I could give Clean Eats more than 5 stars I would! Hands down the best meal delivery service. The food is super fresh and delicious. The customer service is amazing Jessie is always quick to respond and always calls if my order needs to be changed. Thank you Clean Eats for taking pride in what you serve.

This is my husband and I third pick up order. Food does taste very good. I would keep ordering from this location. My only complaint is that on the second picked up our order was not available. Okay understandable but the third pick up our order was not available again and the employees son had asked us to come back later. My husband had messaged them and asked if they could deliver the order due to we had already taken our time to drive 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back home to drive back to the location. My husband and I both love this company. The company also uses vacuum packaging to maintain freshness. I highly recommend. Again my only issue is to please have better communication!

This is my first time ordering from a meal prep service, and i absolutely loved the process. It was so easy to pick my meals, my meals came first thing Sunday morning. I put 5 in the fridge and 5 in the freezer. And the quality of the food and portions for the price is the best part. I tried all different meals, but my ultimate favorite was the Beef Lo Mein. This company will be my new monthly meal prep.
