I ordered a family meal. Chicken Parm, salad, and avocado dip. The chicken every piece was burnt. The bread sticks were loose at the bottom of the bag. The marinara sauce was in a big white bucket containing less than a quarter of sauce; the dip was not enough for 1 person. The chips were burnt also. I will not be a patron of this location. I paid around $100 and had to throw in garbage. I ordered food from another establishment, Magiamo's and the food was Terrific.

Visit this place at least once a month for lunch. Always have had good service and food. Love the pasta fagiola soup and salad. Usually opt for one of the duo lunch specials which range in price from $7.99 - $9.99 Nice selection of pastas and other Italian dishes to pair with either the soup or salad. Always have great service in the bar area. Good value eating in a decent environment.

We dropped in for late lunch. The menu is limited but the prices are good and portion size was sufficient, especially Soup, Salad, and Bread Sticks. Service was good too. My only complaint... air conditioning in the section we were seated and it's 46 degrees outside!!

My first time in any Olive Garden, to my surprise the food is really good, I loved the spinach artichoke dip and the bread sticks & mozzarella sticks. They brought out a garden salad to start which was fresh with great olives and dressing, we ordered the Italy trio came with lasagna, chicken parmigiana & fettuccine, the lasagna was so good. We also ordered the warm zeppoles which were delicious with warm strawberry and chocolate dip. The service was excellent.

Seriously? About $11 for a splash of sauce at the bottom? Plus, your greeter dude was barking at everyone. I wasn't going to post anything and just take the "L", but...You should just tell people you don't want to sell them anything.

The salad and bread sticks are delicious, the pasta of any kind is delightful. It has super good desserts and the service is good. Also keep in mind to get there before to get the table depending in what time you want to have dinner ( I suggest 20-30 minutes), or call to make a reservation. Overall food and service is good 😊 . The kids love it

I had a very bad experience with my meal; the meat sauce was definitely one of the worst I've ever had. + the service was way too slow. Not going to come back here again.

Chicken parmigiana and chicken and gnocchi soup! Super good but honestly the soup and bread stick refills are so plentiful that you will have plenty of the main course left over to take home. I have been made aware though that gnocchi typically isn’t served in a soup or with chicken! So don’t come here if you’re expecting authenticity, just come for the good food and vibes!

We sent the silverware back 3 times. Still dirty. Ended up eating with plastic utensils. The minestrone soup terrible. And oh God, I'm not sure how your can mess up iced tea. But yes. We had to send that back also and get soda. Which we don't drink. I'm done with the place

The food is always good at this place, but the server took so long and it was really unacceptable. It took almost 30 minutes for someone to at least approach us at our table when we first sat down to take our drinks down or appetizers, and then we had to talk to the front desk to send somebody to us and after that, the food took so long to come out and also I asked for a fork and a knife and the server took almost like 10 minutes just to get that so I asked someone else. Lastly, I asked for a to go box because I didn’t finish my food and she took very long again just to get that simple thing so I ended up asking someone else and our server looked kind of mad because she knew that she was being slow with us.. overall the place is good and the food is good and atmosphere is nice but the service was really bad.

Olive garden has always been a favourite of mine. If there is one then that is where I will go for food. The service here was exemplary and the person that waited upon us she was awesome and extraordinary. Anything that the language provides in terms of applauding would be very less. The food as usual mouth watering.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at your restaurant last Wednesday. I believe it is crucial for you to be aware of the issues I encountered during my visit, as they greatly impacted my perception of your establishment. To provide some context, my visit took place at approximately Wednesday 11/15 at 4 pm. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty at that time, my party and I were promptly seated. However, the problems began shortly thereafter. We decided to utilize the beverage ordering machines placed on each table, expecting a quicker service. Regrettably, we waited for a significant 15 minutes, but no beverages arrived, nor did a waiter or waitress attend to our table. Realizing that something was amiss, I approached the hostess and requested to be seated at a different table, hoping to receive assistance from another server. Unfortunately, the hostess proved to be of little help and made minimal effort to find our designated waitress. It was only after personally seeking out a waiter and explaining our predicament that we were finally attended to.

I just want to explain my horrible experience on 1/20/24 my mother who wanted to celebrate her birthday in olive garden. we arrived, party of 3. My mother, my niece and myself. we checked in and the hostess tells us 15 to 20 minutes while waiting we saw multiple staff members entering the kitchen, with personal phones in their hands, and one member had shoes in his hands walking around, conversating entering the kitchen multiple times with coworkers as food leaving the kitchen. after 30 minutes waiting and seeing people being attended with larger and smaller parties that arrived after us, we were questioning if they had forgotten about us. indeed they did. they sat us down next to the bathroom in an empty area of the restaurant were it appeared to be closed due to manager having a meeting or but when we were walking back, there were tables that were empty in the main dinning room. this was the moment my instincts started kicking, and I told my mother that we should leave because it wasn't right that we were forgotten. Not even the tablet that is on top of tables was working. Also who sits people down in the last table next to a bathroom when we passed multiple tables that were empty in the main dining room. unacceptable. when the manager and the hostess saw us picking up our jackets they rushed trying to cover up a "bullet hole" with a bandage. "let me make it up to you" "let me make this right" and at this point we just wanted out of this establishment when we were leaving the entrance the same hostess that told us 15 to 20 minutes say to my back " it isn't that serious guys" referring to us letting them know how horrible of a service was provided to us.

The food was delicious and the service was great. The waiting time was 40 minutes but it's fine for a day after Christmas.

Nice dishes, portions are bigger compared to the ones in Europe. Pay attention to what you order, in the end you might end up with lots of takeaway boxes. Strongly suggest starters like Calamari. Gnocchi soup was also fantastic. They offer garlic bread&butter next to entrees so at the end lots of food arrived at the table. Parking might be somewhat challenging but you can use the one on the back of the restaurant.

My best friend and I, have been to this olive garden many times. The last 2 times have been the absolute best. Thanks to the one waiter, George. Despite of having so many tables, and busy nights, he helped us have a great night with amazing food and great service. Will always come back, as long as George is here to stay :) Also sang happy birthday to my niece and she was so surprised.

Been here a couple times. Never a bad experience. Everything from dining area to bathrooms are kept clean and the staff has always been friendly even when some family members only spoke Spanish. Many servers also spoke Spanish and were ready to switch languages as needed to help.

Went here for dinner and is had a really good time. Not just because the food was great, but also because I had the best server in the house. George, would come here again just to experience it all again!

My sister and I stopped in to have lunch. The waitress was amazing and I enjoyed the breadsticks and salad, and our main course arrived promptly and hot. However, Olive Garden no longer offers seniors/ military discounts. Doe that reason I will not be returning.

The pasta is always great. We had drinks and they were delicious. Our server was Joanne. She made sure we were taken care of. She was so sweet to us. Specially my 6 year old. Our food was served at the right temperature. We had a great experience. That mushroom cream over my pasta was delightful.

I arrived at the Olive Garden in the Paramus location with my wife @4 pm. We were greeted with a warm welcome by two receptionist at the front and was told our waiting time would be 45 min. This was fine with us but we were called to be seated in just 13 min. That was amazing! This place was so packed but they still managed to exceed our waiting expectations especially for a Saturday. Even though the restaurant was crowded the ambience was so peaceful you could still hear beautiful music playing softly in the background. After we were seated we only waited 5 minutes and was able to order our appetizers immediately through our waitress Tamia. She was very kind. Tamia returned with our salad, breadsticks and drinks in under 10 minutes. And then 10 minutes later she returned with our appetizers. We ordered fried mozzarella and spinach artichoke dip with fried tortillas. So yummy! Tamia gave us enough time to enjoy our appetizers before it was time to order dinner and refill our drinks and breadsticks. For dinner my wife ordered stuffed Alfredo tortellini with grilled chicken and I ordered a well done 6 oz steak with Alfredo pasta. That steak was perfect! This time it really was a 6 oz but more tender, super moist, very delicious and the Alfredo pasta didn't leave you wanting any sesoning what so ever. For drinks we both had peach bellini ice teas. And for dessert we shared a Tiramisu. The Tiramisu reminded me of a Cuban dessert my grandfather use to make me at his resturant when I was little. Perfectly balanced, creamy and not too sweet with a hint of cocoa, cinnamon and espresso. The perfect dessert to end a perfect dinning experience with. This was a much better experience for my wife and I. We hope that Olive Garden continues to be a great guest experience driven business. I highly recommend Olive Garden of Paramus NJ to everyone.

One of my favorite places for diner, unfortunately this time and I don't want to be rude but the waiter who served us this time was a little rude although I understand that everyone has a bad day, Otherwise everything was excellent.

i came to olive garden for the never ending past bowl. we started off with our soup & salad which was absolutely delicious! for our drinks we started with there popularized "italian margaritas" which i must say was the absolute WORST margarita i've ever tried thus far. i'm 29 & margaritas happen to be my go to drink do you can trust my tastebuds are a credible source. the drinks had no kick whatsoever, and were just completely dull & lifeless. Thankfully our server switched our drink out for sour amarettos which were mediocre at best. for my first entree i got the fettuccine with alfredo, add chicken, add broccoli. when my food finally arrived i did not have the chicken with my plate, the food taste as if they forgot the flavor, and my broccoli was not even cleaned. my girlfriend had the rigatoni with five cheese marinara. Her food was bland and lifeless also. all in all its sad to see some of these once great restaurants just completely crash & burn in such simple fixes. lastly my waiter darby was as mediocre & bland as the food he served. no enthusiasm, no energy, we honestly felt as if we should have never came.
