Do not go to this location if you want what you are paying for. This was 15 boneless wings for $18.49 Asked the manager at this location if she would pay $19 to eat flour in sauce and her exact words were, “what’s wrong with it?”. Ordered at 6:06pm and that picture of what was served to us came out at 6:46. So 40 mins to serve garbage and expect people to mot ask questions. I want to point out that it wasn’t the fault of the service staff, so we paid our bill, tipped her as we normally would and left. That’s the last time for us at this location. Nothing is ever going to change here if a manager doesn’t think anything is wrong.

Ordered 30 wings with 5 sauces, added a garden salad and fries. From past experiences at a different BBW, all the flavors were separated, which was helpful as we order some milder flavors for our toddler When the order arrived, we only had 22 wings, all the flavors were mixed together, and there was no salad to be found. However, there was an empty bowl…which we thought might be for bones, but we weren’t sure…pretty disappointed with what we received.

Clean. Attentive staff, nachos were nice. A bit pricey. Bathroom is available, wheelchair accessible. Has a bar. good place to watch sports games. Vaccine wasn't required for entry.

Placed an order on the app for delivery. It took an hour to get here. Ice cold! The whole order was not delivered. Called they told me nothing they could do give me a credit there next time we come in to eat. Asked to speak to manager. Manager tried to fix the problem had to go back on the Buffalo wild wings app and reorder what was missing. They refunded 23.11 for this order. It only took 2 1/2 hrs to get the order. Ice cold Very disappointed

Third time they messed an order up. They mixed all he wings in one container with label stickers and got that wrong, why would anyone mix 3 flavors??? Fries were almost non existent. Place was empty but waited 30 mins for 15 boneless wings. Server came out and dropped the order in the table and turned around and left. Not a word , and I sat patiently. 4 hard chewy/miniature ones- went in the garbage. 30 plus dollars for that mess is disgraceful. A McDonald’s chicken strip meal puts this to shame. Save your time and hard earned money. No stars deserved but had to put one in order to post Lol, the receipt is is faded you can’t even complain.

This place consistently gets my order wrong and doesn’t give me any sauces. I keep trying to order from here because I love Buffalo Wild Wings and it’s the only close one to me but I think I’m finally giving up. Last time my boyfriend and I ordered from here we paid for a medium size and they only gave me a small size, our cheese curds were burned, and NO ranch sauce in the bag again even though I specifically asked for it over the phone. I should have checked the bag before leaving but this happens so often, I’m over it. :( Just very disappointing

These people are out here selling Cauliflower wings on consignment. There was an unnecessarily long wait, and the resturaunt was nearly empty. We waited about 30 minutes for two seats. The host was extremely pretty, which made the wait less painful than it really was. But, I digress. I ordered the cauliflower wings, and the portion size was terrible. They charged $14, and, I kid you not, there were 15 small peices, each the size of a quarter. I told the waitress, she did nothing about it. Why are they being so cheap about Cauliflower?? It's a vegetable covered in sauce, a terrible value for the money. Terrible. Anyway, after the server looked at me like I was stuck on stupid, I had to order another burger on top of what I was having. The burger was fine. It was a decent portion. I shouldn't have to order 2 entrées when I go out to eat. Stop being stingy with the Cauliflower, it makes no sense that a $12 burger is a bigger portion than $14 Cauliflower wings. Lastly, we stayed a little past closing, so the workers wanted us out. Which is understandable. They gave us our check. While we were deliberating on the amount to tip the server sort of snatched the check off the table. Which meant if I was going to tip at all, it was going to have to be cash. That was very rude and turned me off the idea of tipping period, but, off principle I left a $10 cash tip on a $47 bill. Which, should have been a $35 bill. Which, should have came with reasonable portion Cauliflower.

there was multiple tables open for dining yet they told us we had a 45 min wait time almost half the restaurant was empty the bar was pretty full and I guess it was just a busy time but they service was very poor. i would ask for a spoon or fork as I waited for my order and they took almost 15 mins and STILL couldn’t give me something as simple as a fork or spoon. When they did give me my order they completely forgot about my drinks and took another 10 minutes to get them for me. (Waited 50 minutes for 10 traditional wings, fries and a drink). i love Buffalo Wild Wings and I just love their wings other then that this would be a 1 star review

Worst place ever. Food and the wings especially were disgusting.. every time I go there it’s always a wait and it’s a long wait 45 mins to a hour. Ordered a burger with fries waited 30 mins for my food on top of waiting to get a table.. the food finally came then I found a hair in my food.. had to wait another 20 mins for them to bring me another one. Service was garbage and the food was nasty. Would never go back or recommend this place.

Ugh! I am so disappointed. Ordered take out through the app for 70 bucks. Ordered mild boneless wings - got buffalo, ordered traditional wings all drums (which costs extra) and got all flats. Fries were cold, wings were grossly greasy. Forgot my blue cheese sauce. Really wish there was a way to get my money back. Such a sad experience.

Very slow and bad service experience. Food it's ok, I ordered a brisket burger but had no brisket 🤔, portions are reasonable. Enormous space for a group of friends. They offer free drinks for kids. Unfortunately the waitress didn't have much experience and look sort of lost. Wings for which they have tributes to be good weren't that good but the sauces. Restroom have graffiti on mirrors... Seriously ????

This location has plenty free parking for starters. Currently they're running some great tap beer specials $3 tall glasses!!! Another special you may have heard about is the BOGO Thursday boneless wings (which I realize now I'm not a huge fan of because the meat come in different sizes. They should all be plump pieces. Reminds me of the movie Casino when Robert DeNiro was upset about the blueberries in the muffins- they should all be the same...lol So the BOGO boneless special is only available for the 6 piece and 10 piece. Comes with some celery sticks and carrots. There's a plethora of flavored sauces and dry rubs to choose to fancy your wings. Enjoy. My Garcon was Tosh and she was very nice and helpful; a pleasure. I even witnessed her professionalism with others who were near by. Request her if you visit this location. There are plenty of tvs to enjoy. There's tables, booth, and bar seating here. Merch is also available- see pics. To-Go orders are in the rear to the right, it has its' own entrance as well. There's a cool lunch special also running currently which include $2 beers and a few menu items. Stop in and enjoy yourself. Mention my name and they'll give you a good seat ;)

I was not impressed with the Black beans burger and fries, however, the Wings had a spicy zesty taste which was flavorful. Next time I'll stick with their wings meal. The wings were so delicious, I ordered a ten piece to go.

Had the Buffalo and Mango habanero sauces. Both were boneless wings, listen! They didn't disappoint but I would have loved more mango flavor in the habanero version

I feel like I'm in Buffalo Wild Wings once a week and that isn't a bad thing! I do appreciate their food and fast service. I go for the bone-in wings with usually Orange Chicken, Caribbean Jerk, Asian Zing, or Honey BBQ. Fries are always fresh and crispy too. I'm usually greeted with great customer service which is always welcoming too! The lunch specials are great as well. Get a lot of food for a cheap price. Definitely will be back soon!

I was very unsatisfied with this restaurant because I ordered Buffalo wings like on the website and got something completely different. I received tenders instead of wings and when I called the store they said there was nothing to do and I would have to drive back to resolve the issue. The food wasn’t even fresh and I waited 35 mins. If you are deciding if you want to eat here, DONT, you will regret it.

While the wings were served quickly, they were more salty than spicy. They weren’t all that bad though. My server was friendly and prompt.

First time ever trying Buffalo Wild Wings. However, the service was trash af 😒 like when I arrived with my lady and my daughter it was nobody to greet us or sit us at a table the host was looking like she didn't want to be there at all and on top of that she going to sit us down to the nearest corner with a lot of stuff in the back of us, it was folding up chairs and tables like why sit someone there. So I decided I should move my family into one comfortable table and they definitely took long to take our order like we go there at 7:30 pm last night. Took us 20 minutes to get a table cause it wasn't no host in the front and 30 minutes to take our order something have to change 😑 nfs I thought going to a restaurant is a friendly greeting but I was wrong 😅.

This is the second time coming to this location, and I'm very disappointed. The first time I came for dinner with my kids. They took a very long time with everything. The food was cold and spent almost two hours in here for just an order of wings and food for my kids, and the restaurant was not busy at all. I am a chef, and I understand restaurant flow. So there is days service is not always perfect, and the server was nice, so i let it go. And the restaurant was with dirty tables and just looked unorganized. So, the second time I visited is today, I was in the area, and I am a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. I normally go to the one in Valley Stream, which is always great. But they seat us down, and the restaurant is empty with like 3 other tables and 18 minutes go by, and no one has greeted the table to take our order or even let us know they will be right with us. Me and my wife just walked up and left. I'm very disappointed just going to avoid this location.

The food always tastes good, but the service and atmosphere aren't. There were no greetings from the staff member who handed me my takeout order. Plus anytime I order takeout here things are missing from the bag, (e.g. sides) so always check your order. My fries and my salsa were missing, but I checked before I left and got my stuff. However, the employee sighed "Oh you want salsa" when I mentioned it was missing from the chips. Of course, I paid for it! I enjoy getting takeout, (don't dine in, the place smells like weed) but all of my order items should be in the to-go bag upon arrival.
