Best vegetarian burrito I’ve ever had! I’m so sad I live far from here or I would be in every single day! Authentic food and sweet talented staff, Can’t wait to come back.

I was excited to go. With my children on a lunch date. Well the food was horrible. The staff was very friendly. The food was not. So late that evening our stomachs started to bubble. Than I started to vomit. I will not refer nobody here sorry.

You really can't beat $9 for 4 tostadas. I crave these often.

Stumbled upon this place while visiting NJ and went there twice consecutively out of our 4 nights stay. Loved their lengua/beef tongue burrito, had to order twice. So filling and so good!

Ordered a pina juice sooooo good ! Also had the bacon , egg and cheese sandwich . The bread was delicious ! Def would check them out again!

I love this place. We used to order food from here at least 3 times a week before we moved away from jersey city. One of the most authentic and best mexican food to get in jersey city. Veggie burrito, al pastor tacos, chicken burrito and chicken fajitas are our usual order. Ask them to add onion and jalapeños in burritos. If you love tacos, get spicy pork tacos, carnitas tacos. Great food. Never had bad experience.

I’ve been going here with my fiancée since I met her back in 2019. This is one of the best places in jersey city to eat there so quick & efficient very humble ! The taco’s and the food amazing, this is our favorite place. I felt like giving a review because they deserve it.

Excellent Guaraches, I had the Chorizo with everything it was fantastic. Everything was cooked fresh. I will try the tacos and the tamales next time I’m around Jersey City. Lengua Guaraches are very good

Great local place! Seems to be me that a lot of locals come here. Wait on a Sunday afternoon for a to go order was approximately 10 mins. They were constantly working in the kitchen so food looks pretty fresh. There were a few people sitting at the tables too. Cash only!

Mi Mariachi is not fancy, it's pretty basic as far as decor, but they have delightful hand-painted Mexican tables & chairs, very colorful. The place is small and a bit chaotic-- they turn a lot of food out of a small space, all HOME STYLE and freshly cooked. Also extremely affordable, and they couldn't be nicer. A welcome spot in the otherwise food desert that is known as Journal Square. Best Mexican in Jersey City.

The food is delicious, generous portions. Fresh, Authentic Mexican food. The prices are very affordable. Very friendly staff I highly recommend it.

I have been enjoying their food for over 8 years, and it keeps getting better, it is the best Mexican restaurant around. I have had a lot of Mexican food, this is the best in Hudson County. It is not the closest to me but I will make the drive to pick up because the food is that much better than any other place. I have tried all of the Mexican places in Hudson County, this is THE PLACE. Last evening we had the chicken quesadillas beyond any others. Tacos, tostadas, Huaraches....what can I say. Always a treat.

Food is good, service is nice enough but I think the prices are a little bit high and the green sauce can be improved. Be aware that is cash only, they have an ATM there.

Excellent taste, and it stayed warm even after taking it home for takeout. The prices can't be beat, and I didn't wait long. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

One of the best places on the east coast I order the burrito Always the guacamole and the home made salsas are so good My family gets the tacos both are great chicken & steak very authentic flavor The quesadillas are good too

This has been our "regular" place for Mexican food. It's the classic hole in the wall food place with awesome flavor! The staff is very friendly. Go in during weekends for special goat dish. Our "regular" here is chicken soft tacos.

The food there is very good down from the tacos the tostadas everything everything very authentic check them out !!

One way i can justify that why i dont have pic of the food is because, as soon as i got the food i just started eating, the smell, the aroma, it just don't let you waste a single second and make you jump right into the food. Excellent food quality. Authentic. Straight from mexico. No matter what you order you get the best. Pretty amazing salsa. Its a must try place for food and the mexican local vibe...

I Love this place, I’m not Mexican but I’m a foodie and this is some good food! I’ve tried other Mexican joints and this little hole in the wall is too notch. Eat in or take out. Service is always pleasant, always get a smile with my food.
