At
first
my
husband
and
I
were
EXTREMELY
HAPPY
WITH
OUR
PURCHASES
AND
INITIAL
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
RECEIVED

However,
after
spending
over
$8000
dollars
alone,
since
getting
my
Lowes
credit
card,
(in
the
past
6
months!)
and
thousands
over
the
years,
we
will
be
RETURNING
EVERYTHING
WE
HAVE
AND
ARE
ABLE
TO,
THIS
WEEKEND.
This
is
due
to
being
lied
to,
by
not
one,
not
two,
but
3
store
managers!!!
We
had
to
return
sick
plants,
that
the
first
store
associate
stated
"This
batch
is
sick
like
the
rest
you
said
were!",
infront
of
my
husband
during
the
return.
So
basically,
we
were
sold
plants
the
store
was
very
aware
were
sick!!
When
we
came
in
last
week,
we
were
told
we
needed
a
hard
copy
receipt.
We
didn't
need
the
time
before,
and
since
we
were
spending
another
$600.00
had
no
room
to
bring
them
back
home.The
manager
agreed
we
could
leave
our
plants
and
bring
the
receipt
later
on.
We
both
took
photos
of
the
plants,
and
my
husband
and
I
left
with
the
comfort
of
knowing
she
had
our
back.
We
were
wrong.
Being
I
am
immune
deficient,
when
I
received
my
email
survey
I
rated
the
experience
rather
ridiculous
considering
the
store
knew
the
plants
were
sick,
I
can't
go
out
often
to
run
around
for
hard
copy
receipts
we
didn't
need
before,
and
the
attitude
we
received
during
that
return.
I
received
a
call
from
corporate
from
Ann.
Ann
assured
us
there
was
no
rush,
nor
no
hard
copy
receipt
needed
being
the
plant
warranty.
We
came
back
today
to
purchase
ANOTHER
$200
OF
PRODUCTS,
receive
our
credit
or
healthy
plants
as
promised
by
Ann
with
ease.
INSTEAD
WE
WERE
TOLD
WE
WERE
LIARS,
WE
SHOULD
HAVE
COME
SOONER,
NOT
THEIR
PROBLEM,
WE
ABANDONED
OR
STUFF
AT
THEIR
STORE,
AND
ESSENTIALLY
TO
PACK
SAND!!!
THIS
WAS
EVEN
AFTER
I
EXPLAINED
PATIENTLY
AND
CALMY
WE
HAD
ALREADY
SPOKEN
TO
CORPORATE!!!
The
Manager
(Who
ran
when
she
saw
us,
apparently
to
said
she
took
said
photos
on
her
personal
cell
phone
ALSO
A
LIE!!!).
WE
ARE
TIRED
OF
BEING
LIED
TOO.
SO
CONGRATULATIONS
ON
DISTROYING
A
LOYAL
BUSINESS
RELATIONSHIP!!
WE
HAVE
SPOKEN
TO
ANN
AGAIN
AND
WILL
BE
RETURNING
EVERYTHING
TO
YOUR
SISTER
STORE
IN
UNION.
THEY
ALSO
HAVE
THE
VIDEOS
I
RECORDED
TODAY
AND
ORIGINALLY
OF
HOW
WE
WERE
TREATED!!
