    First timer and as always Lowe’s rocks . Very helpful customer service. As always , everything is marked so well and easy to find . Lots and lots of parking available and good prices.. garden center is good .. paint and light section is also good ..

    At first my husband and I were EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASES AND INITIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED (Thank you again Thomas 😊.). However, after spending over $8000 dollars alone, since getting my Lowes credit card, (in the past 6 months!) and thousands over the years, we will be RETURNING EVERYTHING WE HAVE AND ARE ABLE TO, THIS WEEKEND. This is due to being lied to, by not one, not two, but 3 store managers!!! We had to return sick plants, that the first store associate stated "This batch is sick like the rest you said were!", infront of my husband during the return. So basically, we were sold plants the store was very aware were sick!! When we came in last week, we were told we needed a hard copy receipt. We didn't need the time before, and since we were spending another $600.00 had no room to bring them back home.The manager agreed we could leave our plants and bring the receipt later on. We both took photos of the plants, and my husband and I left with the comfort of knowing she had our back. We were wrong. Being I am immune deficient, when I received my email survey I rated the experience rather ridiculous considering the store knew the plants were sick, I can't go out often to run around for hard copy receipts we didn't need before, and the attitude we received during that return. I received a call from corporate from Ann. Ann assured us there was no rush, nor no hard copy receipt needed being the plant warranty. We came back today to purchase ANOTHER $200 OF PRODUCTS, receive our credit or healthy plants as promised by Ann with ease. INSTEAD WE WERE TOLD WE WERE LIARS, WE SHOULD HAVE COME SOONER, NOT THEIR PROBLEM, WE ABANDONED OR STUFF AT THEIR STORE, AND ESSENTIALLY TO PACK SAND!!! THIS WAS EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED PATIENTLY AND CALMY WE HAD ALREADY SPOKEN TO CORPORATE!!! The Manager (Who ran when she saw us, apparently to said she took said photos on her personal cell phone ALSO A LIE!!!). WE ARE TIRED OF BEING LIED TOO. SO CONGRATULATIONS ON DISTROYING A LOYAL BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP!! WE HAVE SPOKEN TO ANN AGAIN AND WILL BE RETURNING EVERYTHING TO YOUR SISTER STORE IN UNION. THEY ALSO HAVE THE VIDEOS I RECORDED TODAY AND ORIGINALLY OF HOW WE WERE TREATED!!

    🚪The only wrong thing with this place is everything,lol you cannot go to a low's and not find what you're looking for, Lowe's provides everything you need for your home improvement do not put in your mind that you're going to buy one item because it's not going to happen, you will end up leaving with 20 bags🛒 this is a great location for The Woodbridge community love it!!!🪑

    This location is big and has a large parking lot. The workers are friendly and very helpful. This particular visit was to purchase paint. The associate at the paint department was knowledgeable and absolutely helpful. Answered all our questions and guided us. The best part is that it is pet friendly ! Bhazi approves ! Four paws up !

    We had recently been looking for a new Christmas tree. Our local store in Holmdel didn't even bother looking for us. However, when I called this Woodbridge store, a woman by the name of Chris, helped me and even pulled one tree over to the Customer Service Desk and put it on hold with my name to pick up that evening. We got to the store went to the desk and another young lady asked me if I was Marie and directly brought the tree out and then called over another young man to help us bring to our car. Excellent service, great work ethics, which is hard to find these days, and professional attitude! Great assets to your store!!!!! Thank you!!! Please tell your associates I said thank you!

    After waiting for 10 minutes at the paint counter, they have zero real registers open, and we had cans of oops paint in addition to our other paint, so we couldn't use self checkout. We then had to wait on a huge line at customer service, where they had only one person working, who then told us that some of the oops paints weren't actually discounted, so we had to go get the sign from the paint area to prove that they were the correct price. Absolutely terrible experience due to management refusing to adequately staff their stores to save a few dollars.

    We needed a hot water heater. The attendant was very helpful. We made arrangements with Lowe's to have the appliance installed. But we contacted the installers and set a date for Monday. To our surprise the installers never showed contacted ?#$ what happened. So we had to seek out help elsewhere.

    Don’t buy appliances here had to wait more than 2 weeks to get fridge would have waited even longer if I didn’t keep on going back and forth. Manager did not even call me once to tell me what’s going on I had to keep on calling and calling. When they finally decide to send me a fridge that I paid for 2 weeks before. The delivery guy tells me I can’t take your fridge back and I can’t set up the new fridge says “ it’s not my job “. How am I supposed to know if it works if you don’t set it up. Tells me I am worried about the $38 removal fee we will refund it to you. Who says that to a customer. Lowes need to train there people better. Now I have to 2 fridges sitting in my kitchen. Trust me people you don’t want the headache take your money else where. I had a much better experience with home depot in the past next time I will be taking my money there.

    Placed an online order from Lowes coming from Woodbridge center. At the scheduled delivery date Lowes was a no call no show. Good luck trying to get in touch with someone at the store. Spent nearly 30minutes on hold to speak to a store associate. Any attempt to speak to management went to the abyss. Better luck calling main customer service number at 1-800. Finally got my delivery, and wrong items were delivered to me. Never again.

    Ordered screen doors in May 12 of 2022. Once we paid associates then she tells us doors will take 21 days? Received Doors a month later after we called to follow up with the order. Associate said oh we just received this morning? Now we are told by the installers we will get it installed end of July! If we were informed before we paid how long it would of taken, we would shopped elsewhere!

    Julie at the garden center has always been great! nice to share butterfly talk with her. she had helped me last year with buying some host plants for caterpillars. she has a good heart for them!

    Lowe’s has you covered for all of your home improvement needs. This particular store is huge with loads of products to choose from and would satisfy all your short term or long term needs. There’s a huge parking lot outside with ample parking space. The store is neatly stacked with proper labels and signs for the isle. If there’s something you need finding, you can look up and see the markings on the isle and just walk past or, you could ask any of the representatives out there for help. You can almost find everything in here from flooring to lights, plumbing, electrical and kitchen products and much more. Everything is neatly organized with huge boards hanging from the ceiling so that you don’t miss a thing. There’s also an outdoor gardening area where you could find all your gardening needs. My reason for visit was to buy a particular high strength glue. I couldn’t find the particular brand so I asked around and the rep working there was kind enough to let me know the exact location of the item I was looking for. The store at my particular visit had hardly any people inside. The checkout was quick and the entire shopping process was a breeze. All the Covid precautions are in place. This place has everything from toilet papers to dishwasher pods, detergents and other everyday products. My overall experience was good and I’d recommend this place to anyone.

    I purchased a new refrigerator from the Morris Plains Lowes but it was fulfilled by this location. The third party delivery team scratched and dented my wood floors when installing the fridge. A tool fell and took a chunk of flooring out as well. They also bent the doors when using them to move the fridge into place and now the gap between them isn’t even and can’t be fixed. I don’t want to return it for fear of my house being damaged even more. The delivery company offered to pay for the floor repair but after getting a quote from a reputable company I have worked with before they decided they were overpriced and insist I use “their guy” who spent 3 min looking at the damage and has one review online. Now I’m stuck with a damaged fridge and floor. I’d avoid this location and take your business elsewhere. No resolution has come out of this and it’s been 3 months. I’m disappointed and extremely frustrated.

    Didn’t like the fact that I was lied to by one of their employees. Who didn’t want to do her job. How do you call for some of my items and not call for my other items. The person I went had to find what we had ordered after we told them we was coming to pick up all the items. But want to say the stuff we picked in stores is out of stock. How could that be. If we went on a Monday and picked up everything on Wednesday and Thursday and nothing was ready. Then we got a toilet that was broken. Asked one of the managers to open another box to show the toilet and was told no it’s a brand new one. As if the other one that was 1st given wasn’t. I had to ask for the head manager of the store which was a sweet heart. He understood and told me he would take care of all my needs. So he is the only reason why I’m giving the store a 3 star.

    Although the store is always nice and clean, it's a terrible place to shop for appliances. My dishwasher broke so I came to this store to order one. They confirmed it was available at a store nearby and assured me it would be delivered in 3 days. That sounded great so I made the purchase. The day before my scheduled delivery, I got a call in the morning confirming my delivery. The associate told me I would get another call in the evening to confirm the time. By 9pm, when that call didn't come, I called Lowe's back but was transferred to a number no one picked up. I went to the store in person to make sure the delivery was going forward. At the store, the associate assured me that my delivery was still scheduled and that I'd get a call by 10pm with the time window. That call never came, and the next day, my dishwasher never came. I called the store again and was rescheduled for next week. No one could explain what happened. When I asked to cancel the order, they said OK and hung up on me. Worst place to buy appliances ever.

    930 am on a Thursday morning we spoke with Destany at customer service about renting a pickup truck. She asked us to fill out paperwork and then went out to inspect the truck. After this she asked us what we were buying, we said moving boxes. She then had us wait for a manager to call her and told us that we needed to buy a door or a vanity to rent a truck and that this was a new policy. We then asked what the minimum price and size of purchase was to rent the truck. She then told us that she was the policy and renting trucks were on her discretion and that it was a policy that was neither online nor in the store. I then asked why she had us fill out the paperwork first and inspect the vehicle and why not just tell us upon her discretion we couldn’t rent a truck. No answer. Regardless of price, item availability or convenience we will never shop at Lowe’s again.

    Tried to call and ask about about a product. Was kept on hold each time I tried. Waiting after 6 min, I hung up tried again same thing. You are placed on hold and forgotten about. Great customer service LOWES’s.

    Went to Lowe’s in Woodbridge today to get a Christmas tree: was not in there very long because they didn’t have what I wanted: was out under 15 minutes. When I got back to my truck, my passenger window was smashed in. Tried to access the surveillance tape. I was told by a manager that no one will be in until Monday. Really ??? Somebody could’ve carjacked a child and they can’t review the tapes until Monday? It’s Black Friday! I understand that LOWES makes the police department subpoena tapes; whereas they just don’t hand the tapes over willingly. STOP protecting the criminals LOWES! WHATS WRONG with this mindset people ? Why will Lowes NOT cooperate with civilians and make law enforcement jobs more difficult ? This needs to be immediately investigated by higher powers!
