Everything
in
the
review
is
from
a
visit
on
a
very
busy
Saturday
*
First
the
positive:
the
actual
banya
(bath)
facilities
are
very
good.
Nice
medium-size
swimming
pool,
great
steam
room
and
3
different
saunas
(wet,
dry
and
aroma
-
also
infrared
sauna,
but
we
didn't
try).
There's
also
a
small
icy
cold
plunge
pool
and
very
good
showers.
The
locker
rooms
are
OK,
nothing
special
and
no
complimentary
body
care
products
other
than
liquid
soap
(it
would
be
nice
to
have
q-tips,
razors,
moisturizer,
etc).
The
layout
of
this
place
is
odd
-
its
in
the
basement
under
a
shopping
center.
Things
are
laid
out
pretty
randomly,
its
actually
like
a
labyrinth,
with
different
saunas
in
different
corners
of
the
space
in
between
various
dining/sitting
rooms
and
the
main
bar.
On
this
particular
Saturday,
the
staff
was
obviously
overwhelmed.
Towels
were
all
over
the
floor,
the
locker
room
was
messy,
uncleared
dishes
were
on
dozens
of
tables...
it
was
not
a
pretty
sight.
There
were
more
people
than
they
could
handle
and
they
didn't
seem
to
have
a
plan
to
make
adjustments.
Also,
there
was
a
big
party
in
one
room
which
seemed
to
get
a
lot
more
attention
than
the
rest
of
us.
The
food
here
is
pretty
good
-
hearty,
satisfying
Russian
fare
(soups,
meats,
salads),
they
also
have
a
full
bar,
but
we
placed
our
order
and
the
waitress
disappeared.
After
around
45
minutes
we
went
to
look
for
her
but
could
not
find
her.
Finally
found
another
waitress
who
looked
in
the
computer
and
said
our
order
had
never
been
placed.
So
we
placed
it
again.
Some
food
came
in
around
15
minutes,
but
we
waited
for
the
rest.
Several
waitstaff
came
by
to
check
on
us,
they
did
seem
to
be
trying.
We
finally
got
our
appetizers
two
hours
after
placing
our
original
order!
When
we
left
we
complained
to
the
management
(as
did
many
others
on
this
day).
One
older
manager
made
excuses
-
said
they
had
too
many
people
and
were
training
new
staff.
I
asked
what
their
capacity
was,
he
said
more
than
200
(pointing
to
the
fire
department
capacity
sign).
I
asked
how
many
had
been
there
and
he
said
"less
than
200."
Hey
guys,
I
think
it
is
time
to
reassess
the
actual
capacity
of
this
place!
On
a
holiday
weekend
either
limit
admission
(of
course
they
won't)
or
at
least
inform
customers
that
it
will
be
very
busy
so
expectations
can
be
managed.
A
younger
manager
was
more
contrite,
admitted
that
they
had
problems
and
offered
a
discount
After
some
discussion,
we
ended
up
accepting
20%
off
of
our
bill.
My
family
like
this
place
and
we
will
probably
go
back,
but
definitely
not
on
a
busy
holiday
weekend!
I
would
also
recommend
not
sitting
in
the
more
isolated
rooms
if
you
want
waiters
to
pay
attention
to
you.
