I travel the extra miles to come to this Petco because they are extremely clean, organized and always have the cat food plus cat water I purchase each time. Taylor was my cashier employee today and she was full of energy which is a plus also was so nice and has great customer service skills. I would only go in the mornings now because of Taylor. Use it to self wash my dog. They provide everything, shampoo, conditioner, scrubber, towels, blow dryer. And aprons for me to not get wet. Satisfactory! Shop also has good selection of stuff of dogs, cats, fishes and hamsters and like.

Store is in a plaza which led to hard time to look for a parking spot. Small Petco yet it mostly organized. Wellness Brand Product are usually in stock in this store. Which my dog love but hard to find!

Their hq signed them Up for being an amzon return location and store manager decided no they are not my 1 visit was like they told me they had no Labels they would receive them in a few days, in a few days they had a print out poster on their window that they had no label so following week they changed the sign to not accepting amazon returns on their own! Great customer serviceship 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏻👍🏻

Worst Petco Ever 1. Should not be listed as an Amazon return location because they only take 2 boxes a day and turn everyone else away. I tried multiple days trying to return this one item and they just don’t take it. Don’t bother wasting your time here. 2. Pickup orders will NOT be ready within an hour as posted on the site. I tried stopping by hours later to pick up my order and no one had picked it. Meanwhile, the employees were dawdling around saying maybe it’s a good time to do go-backs since the store was empty and they didn’t have anything to do or customers to help. They piled pallets in front of the item I had ordered for store pickup and NOONE came to help me get to the items.

Best petshop service in the area been to so many these past month and I can say Enmauel really really care about his customers and his job and take well the fishes and I notice he love his job very well educated man

Usually have no problems. Last purchase I was refunded for some frozen fish food I ordered. Not in stock. When I picked up the remaining order. On pack of the food was half empty. Like someone used half of the food and put it back in the freezer

Easily found what I needed. The ladies at the cash register were so friendly. I received customer service from both cashiers because I forgot to purchase something once I got in the parking lot. Store was clean and lighting was appropriate.

Personally very satisfied with Emanuel’s customer service! Always greeted with a smile and positivity, he’s helped us countless times with navigating our animals needs and with any questions or concerns we may have. Every time I come into this Petco I go straight to him! Very grateful for his patience.

Petco is great ! Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Store is stocked ! We give our boy titan taste of the wild brand dog food and he loves it. petco has reward point program through the petco app and after a certain amount of purchases you can get free food ! Which really helps these days thanks again petco see you soon

Great employee lots of stuff in stock and good colors of options as well. Petco will always be a bit pricey but after comparing and contrasting deals with other companies online , Petco usually has the best options

A hit and a miss sometimes. The store seems to have trouble keeping correct inventory of stock on hand, so of you order online for pickup in store, you might be disappointed which happened to me on two occasions. The employees are overall pleasant and cordial.

The Clifton Petco is a great store with a great staff. They’re very knowledgeable and love pets as much as their customers.

Needs to be more organized , when u have a call out person covering should have a little bit of knowledge of the department they are covering. walking around the store looking for some one to help me while my ride out side waiting for me 10 minutes to be exact all I need it go in and out . After not knowing the price of an item there taking pictures of the item and calling someone for a price check of the picture they sent no answer so I just gave up and left. I guess I'll be going back to buying online.

I used the self wash dog bath. It was very convenient for me as I cannot bend over and bathe my dog in the tub. Everything was clean and and the girl up at the front desk was very sweet. pleasant and helpful! It was my 1st time using the self dog bath. You get 30 minutes for $20+tax...towels, shampoo & conditioner, scrubber and dryer all included. My dog is about 24 pounds and I didn't think I'd have enough time to finish in 30 minutes but I did. My dog is a mutt and doesn't need any special grooming so this is a perfect solution For bathing your dog! I would recommend!!

This is an extremely helpful and friendly Petco. Ask them questions and they will have the answers. They find stuff for you in their abundant inventory! Plenty of parking and other stores to visit in this bustling shopping mecca.

Grate place for dogs needs but. Ow they don’t ever have the showers available . Sucks , save your time calling and just find another wash location

This Petco always has everything we need. My son also enjoys seeing all the little animals . Sometimes we just take a trip to see them

The workers are great they do have a membership plan but I feel the products are over priced the staff is knowledgeable and great but feel Petco can do better

I’ve been shopping at other petco locations for years and have never come across an employee like Sara before. She was kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and overall gave a great experience. I will go out of my way to come to this location because of her.

Went there to wash my dog. I was told to go to booth two from the person who looked at the book! I go to booth two and there's no towels. I asked someone and waited five or ten minutes of my half hour to wash my dog. No one came. I had to take towels from the next room. Won't go there to wash my dog again.

We had a wonderful time during our last visit. Very friendly staff member helped my boys pick out a hamster and everything else we can possibly need for him. Little Jimmy is now happy at his new home! Very pleasant experience!

Usually have a decent experience here but today I encountered Megan who believed only two mollies could live in my sons 10 gallon tank. A quick Google search would clearly tell her otherwise. Nonetheless I am now forced to go to petsmart to buy the 5 or 6 other fish who will be living in my tank.

A frog no problem Petco got me cover from having a cozy habitat to feeding the little critter Apua.

I always come here to get stuff for my pets and they always have exactly what I'm looking for.

It was awesome, the guy there is very knowledgeable, purchased a lightning Marrone clown fish and an bubble tip anemone,their doing great and now my tank looks so awesome, thanks for your help Stephen.
