So
I
ordered
a
dog
crate
online
and
i
picked
it
up
from
this
store
in
Garfield.
I
came
to
the
store
to
return
in
because
it
was
the
wrong
size,
with
the
receipt
and
all.
The
cashier
a
guy
with
glasses
with
his
little
snarky
attitude
told
me
he
couldnโt
do
it
because
they
didnโt
do
it
in
store
and
then
I
spoke
to
a
manager
who
was
nice
and
polite
but
told
she
told
me
the
same
thing
that
it
was
not
able
to
be
returned
for
a
refund
to
the
card
in
the
store
from
an
online
order.
I
called
customer
care
they
told
me
yes
it
can
be
done.
So
I
went
back
to
the
same
manager
Madeline
and
told
her
what
customer
care
said
and
she
mentioned
she
has
been
working
on
petsmart
for
14
years
and
it
canโt
be
done
in
store.
So
I
left
and
went
to
the
Paramus
store
and
the
cashier
was
able
to
do
it
for
me
in
less
than
45
seconds.
The
staff
needs
to
be
trained
properly
in
these
situations.
Maybe
the
Paramus
store
can
train
the
Garfield
store
now
to
do
this
in
the
future.
As
a
manager
from
retail
that
I
am
I
know
itโs
important
for
a
manager
to
know
how
to
do
transactions
to
help
their
staff.
