This time i went for Crickets and the Girl who helped me WOW she was amazing and she took the time to help me and gave me information. She was so nice , i can't remember her name. Thank you for helping me today .

This is the most beautiful and clean Petsmart I have ever been in! The people who work here actually care about the animals, and smile! The managers are very nice and the store is well stocked. I had a very pleasant experience at this store! A++

I am a new patient for grooming and the staff have been nothing but helpful for me and my furbaby. They are super nice in answering questions and helping you book appointments

2 stars for grooming services. Do some research, be careful which groomer. There is a high turnover. The two I was using were great but no longer there. I went in for an appt and saw a small dog secured only around the neck on the table, groomer had her back turned, playing on her phone, and chatting to another groomer. When I brought it to their attention the response was the dog is trained. What!? Three groomers were present--one grooming while talking, one with back turned on her charge, one at desk. NEVER turn your back on a neck only leashed dog (10 minutes!!) while it's on the table. These three groomers were irresponsible and unsafe. Do your research before choosing a groomer.

Excellent, I was looking for goldfish and they have many varieties of fish, and the workers are very friendly, they explain everything you need to know about fish in detail.

I have more than 2 years of coming over here to do my dog's grooming. Unfortunately, his groomer Daisy, is now working just on Sundays,so somebody else did it for him today. I couldn't believe it when I found a huge knot on his right ear, don't they brush the dog's? How you didn't see something like that? Never book with this new groomer again. I may have to wait for Daisy on a Sunday.

So I ordered a dog crate online and i picked it up from this store in Garfield. I came to the store to return in because it was the wrong size, with the receipt and all. The cashier a guy with glasses with his little snarky attitude told me he couldn’t do it because they didn’t do it in store and then I spoke to a manager who was nice and polite but told she told me the same thing that it was not able to be returned for a refund to the card in the store from an online order. I called customer care they told me yes it can be done. So I went back to the same manager Madeline and told her what customer care said and she mentioned she has been working on petsmart for 14 years and it can’t be done in store. So I left and went to the Paramus store and the cashier was able to do it for me in less than 45 seconds. The staff needs to be trained properly in these situations. Maybe the Paramus store can train the Garfield store now to do this in the future. As a manager from retail that I am I know it’s important for a manager to know how to do transactions to help their staff.

I can only speak to the grooming but Karina did a very good job with my German Shepherd who got the express service bath and brush with furminator. His fur was nice and smooth afterwards. I would go back.

Love how nice and loving all the groomers are with my dogs. All have bath my dogs. For haircuts Dawn is the best. Will do exactly as you asked .

Took my mini poodle to get groomed and Ana did a fantastic job with her! I was so pleased with the result, everyone always wants to just shave my poodle because of a few knots, but Ana took the time to brush the few that she had and gave her the most beautiful haircut ! My little poodle looked so cute . I really appreciate groomers who take their time and love working with the dogs. Ana gave her exactly the haircut I wanted. My pup was so happy with her too, you can tell she was in great hands. Will be coming back to groom her here again ! Update: went again, again Ana did a fantastic job!!! Love taking my dog here !

PetSmart is a pet owner's paradise. Their wide selection of pet products, from food to toys, is impressive. The store is always clean and well-organized, making shopping a breeze. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are ready to assist, and their commitment to pet adoption and care is commendable.

The grooming team here are excellent I’ve been bringing my dog here since before he was one definitely one of the best places in terms of quality. The pricing is definitely not cheap but you really can't expect anything less considering it's a commercial name. Overall: Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Just became pet owner and the care , time and knowledge the staff provided to me was beyond exceptional!! Argenis is very knowledgeable and asks the right questions so you can understand your needs and musts and don't s for beginners!! All you need to know, he explains in professional way and with care. I also met Gladys who despite the super busy time, was happy to meet all my needs and I didn't feel rushed. Very very helpful staff!

This will be the last time I take my dog to this location, I have taken him there for 2 years and always gets the same service but the usual girl is no longer there so the last two time I had to pick another person I was not too happy with the last one so for todays service I requested someone else and what a mistake, when I picked up my dog not only the hair cut was too short ( I specifically asked not to be short) but it was uneven, both ears look different lengths, hair on his head it’s all over the place as it is the one on his private areas, is long while the rest of the body it’s super short, and ok the hair will grow back and he will look cute again, BUT the worst part is how scare he is even hours after being home, he is a lovable dog that loves to be held and cuddle and every time we reach for him he runs scared :( Extremely disappointing

I think PetSmart is a very great place I was there recently with my friend who came to purchase food toys and treats for his cat and over 4 years ago I had to put my dog down and I was treated so good Petco has a heart and when it comes down to putting down animals that are very very old my dog had cancer and he was 15 and it was nothing I could do to cure it when they put him down they made sure he ate treats candy anything he wanted so when he left this world he left this world with a full belly and a smile on his face so this day I will always miss my dog and love him may he rest in peace Maxie boy but Petco I was treated with the most respect was treated like I was part of that store dated rush anything they told me take as much time as you want at the end thank you Petco for being so understanding

Matthew is the coolest! Very knowledgeable! Give this man a raise! Friendly, great customer service I didn’t get cashiers name but cashier #739_37 was also kind and welcoming. The Grooming Salon is Excellent! My 2 cats go there every 6 weeks and are so clean and smell so good when I pick them up. Devyn is great my boys love her 😻

This is my pet bearded dragon we bought him 5 months ago along with his lights and tank accessories.He has grown significantly since we bought him and he is as healthy as the day we picked him out.They supply food for your pets and the employes are super helpful.I recommend this place if you want high quality accessories and food for your pet.They employees recommend some items for your pet and things do with them in some cases.

They usually have a good amount of Dark... Willing to compromise the menu a bit and hardly a wait if you go in to take out...
