I
left
the
same
review
twice
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
I
had
my
tech
column
as
a
reviewer
too.
I
saw
a
negative
review
and
wanted
to
explain
how
wrong
that
is.
This
is
really
for
the
landscapers
lighting
experts.
You
are
walking
into
a
warehouse
literally.
Taking
a
picture
just
isn't
nice.
No
matter
as
the
person
probably
has
a
family.
That's
not
something
I'd
want
to
see.
It's
about
85
degrees
today
there
is
no
AC
.
That's
how
they
have
to
work.
Again
this
is
wholesaler
really
but
thankfully
regular
Homeowners
can
take
advantage
of
their
knowledge
and
accessibility.
Did
you
know
most
of
them
can
drive
High
lows?
I
watched
one
of
them
drop
something
large
for
a
client.
Try
to
find
a
place
where
the
customer
support
people
actually
know
the
products
and
can
help
do
a
enterprise
delivery.
The
customer
service
folks
here
are
trying
to
help
those
professionals
first.
As
they
are
usually
mid
job
and
are
just
trying
to
make
a
living.
Homeowners
can
wait
a
few
minutes.
Im
one
of
them
.
Now
I
know
this
may
seem
unique
to
see.
But
I
needed
a
DC
solenoid
to
swap
my
AC
valve.
Most
sprinklers
use
AC.
I
was
stubborn
and
wanted
to
save
my
landscaper
the
time
of
running
electric.
Barring
any
permits
you
may
need.
So
battery
operated
is
the
route
I
took.
I
had
no
idea
what
any
of
this
was
and
got
lucky
that
I
educated
myself
quickly.
Otherwise
I'd
be
taking
these
nice
guys
time
learning
on
their
dime.
They
offer
returns
because
they
are
a
family
kind
of
business
they
want
you
to
have
the
right
part..
They
are
also
open
to
the
public.
As
I
am
not
a
professional
,
I
of
course
took
more
of
their
time.
My
landscaper
is
swamped
now
and
asked
me
to
pick
up
the
part
if
I
wanted
DC.
The
guys
here
also
gave
me
guidance
on
a
wacky
green
house
I
bought
with
a
built
in
irrigation
that
doesn't
work.
It
took
the
staff
2
second
to
know
what
I
needed.
The
customer
service
people
are
doing
thier
best
looking
up
1000s
of
products.
They
need
to
concentrate
as
one
wrong
valve
or
party
your
sprinkler
won't
work
trust
me!!!
So
ya
they
don't
look
up
while
they
are
working.
Maybe
say
thank
you
for
being
open
?
When
is
the
last
time
you
could
visit
a
retail
store
and
get
service
!
Try
to
flag
down
a
customer
service
person
and
Home
Depot
or
Lowes.
Good
luck.
Let's
brag
about
the
inventory
here.
It's
huge
ill
probably
never
need
to
come
back
so
I'm
OK
if
I
didn't
get
a
hug
from
the
staff
or
it
took
a
little
longer
Ya.
But
the
same
guy
in
the
picture
found
exactly
what
I
needed
first
time.
The
rate
us
cheaper
than
online.
Anyone
coming
to
this
place
know
you'll
have
outstanding
knowledgeable
people
here.
Who
want
to
do
their
job.
There
isn't
much
they
don't
know
about
sprinklers.
I
actually
didn't
mind
waiting
the
5
extra
minutes
as
I
got
to
ask
some
questions
to
the
pros
who
are
online
with
me.
They
close
early.
Make
sure
you
are
ready
to
make
the
left.
Parking
is
in
the
back.
I'll
for
sure
he
back
but
I'm
not
in
the
business
and
got
exactly
what
I
needed.
FYI
I'm
a
Jewish
looking
Orthodox
Rabbj
with
jeans
looking
guy.
My
truck
give
me
a
pass.
I
think
the
staff
was
surprised
to
see
me
as
a
client
but
helped
me
just
the
same
I
was
so
upset
when
the
guy
who
helped
me
showed
me
the
poor
review
when
he
was
really
outstanding
.ya
we
may
not
be
having
a
beer
together
or
BBq.
But
I
didn't
come
here
to
make
a
friend.
I
came
to
get
the
impossible
part.

of
course
they
had.
