VERY BAD SERVICES & OWNER’s PERSONAL RULES We 3 families visited this Worst home stay on 30th Dec 2020. We already booked that entire premises. Its just an old home and maintained by current owner. We faced the below difficulties 1- He argued with me like, he have a personal room inside & i didnt allowed because Rooms are fully interconnected any one can access from another door in each room and we went with family and kids. 2-Its 100% not suitable for family. 3-after 10:30Am(nearly checkout time@11:00 am) owner nicely switched off the main switch. 4- OFFERED A CHICKEN STEAW, no one got chicken piece in curry, but i am lucky, i received one small bone piece POSITIVE SIDES 1- one room which is fully made by wood 2–good parking area 3 water frontage Imp: Dont suitable for families because there is no privacy

Utter worst hospitality. Despite having good location the house is not maintained well. And the owner's rude behaviour made the stay more worst. Do not recommend for families or anyone else.

Not at all good property. Very poor service. Not at all value for money. Not safe as the property is not well maintained.

I recommend not to include this stay in any of the sites ! Cant even eat food in our room ! And yes the rooms are the worst i have ever encountered , cannot even go the sit out after 10,

We've booked your place but you've to be there by check in time for someone to stay, no one will stay in an un maintained place of yrs

A specially recommended homestay for those who enjoy nature and tradition. It's a kind of ancestral home that is situated two kilometres from Kumarakom market. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, even though a bit of maintenance needs to be done. They have kitchen access for those who book the entire rooms for their stay, and those who do not can order the food at a reasonable price from there. Overall, I felt a homely atmosphere.

Good Place to spare our leisures. It offers nice spots to travel and explore and a lake passes infront of it. We can take a bath, swim and make fun of it. Holds average quality rooms and are mostly traditional... Have a large parking lot and we can explore the nature through the pathways along the banks of the river.

Amazing spot surounded by nature. We loves that Alexy could organize a calm and perfect canoe ride in the splendid backwaters.

The owner was very sweet. So was the care taker. Very accommodating. We heard a lot of stories about the place and were able to explore. He connected us with the locals. A very well rounded experience.

I spent 2 night in Aqualillies Water Front Heritage Homestay and my stay here was welcoming since the first day. The room was spacious enough and I found every facility I needed. Kosygin was a helpful, pleasant and kind homestay’s owner. It was a pleasure to spend time with him. The location of the homestay is about 2 kilometres from the main road, in a quiet and peaceful area. It might be a bit difficult to find nearby restaurants but it is possible to ask to Kosygin for some local and homemade delicious food. Highly recommended!

Relaxed and quiet place. Ideal for party and family get togethers. Wide area of frontage and small channel infront.

It's a serene home of 50 years old, with wooden ceiling having heritage looks, which can accommodate 2 big families or four small families, having 3 big bathrooms altogether. We can relax in the front sit out. Choices for the food is limited, but it's better to have food there than having outside esp in the night. Kosigyn is very helpful, arranged shikara ride in advance, which saved our time and effort.

Food is delicious. The owner is very helpful in arranging activities like boat rides in the backwater. But as the property is near a canal and there are many trees nearby, there are insects in the house. If you get up early in the morning, you can see birds in the backyard

If one want to experience the beauty of kerala is a rural setting and be treated with amazing views food hospitality the place in the best.

Best price-quality ratio in town with good ac rooms below 1000 rps. Setting is relaxed and quiet outside of town with a shaded garden with plastic chairs, tables and umbrellas, swing, hammocks and a common veranda. Food is basic, but fine and cheap (150 per meal). Staff is friendly and take good care of you (sometimes a bit too much). Drawback is that you need an auto rickshaw to get anywhere.

Actually I won't give any star for these type of facility... just give a star because I use to stay there for a night... The owner just need money. Location was quiet place . When it's raining the whole house was leaking.. from all over the place ... horrible place...

I am very happy with the service and the room we slept in was amazing. Best AC Rooms for just 1000 bucks.I loved the small woodden room on the top. Only thing that is sad is the location of the homestay. Other than that this place is PERFECT

Perfect hygiene and well mannered staff. I would recommend this place to everyone.
