I
recently
took
delivery
of
a
2022
Hyundai
Tucson
from
Popular
Hyundai
at
Elambel,
Punalur.
My
overall
experience
warrants
a
positive
review
for
the
Popular
Hyundai
Team.
After
an
official
enquiry
for
the
2022
Tucson
from
the
Hyundai
Website,
I
was
contacted
by
Hyundai
dealers
from
Kollam,
Thiruvananthapuram
and
Punalur.
Sales
Executive,
Aneesh
Kumar,
invited
me
over
to
the
Popular
Hyundai
showroom
at
Elambel,
Punalur.
I
was
half-hearted
about
going
to
the
Elambel
showroom
because
I
was
sure
that
a
Tucson
would
not
be
available
on
display.
However,
I
did
go.
The
ambience
and
location
of
the
showroom
leaves
a
lot
to
be
desired.
The
place
is
hardly
visible
from
the
main
road,
perched
on
a
hill.
The
parking
and
staging
area
was
cramped.
However,
the
sheer
quantity
of
vehicles
parked
in
and
around
the
showroom
gave
me
confidence
that
business
was
good.
I
was
graciously
greeted
by
Mr.
Aneesh
Kumar
who
quickly
and
quite
knowledgeably
explained
the
variants,
options
and
pricing
of
the
Tucson.
I
live
in
a
very
remote
area
and
thought
that
I
would
have
to
go
to
Thiruvananthapuram
or
Ernakulam
to
purchase
the
Tucson.
Popular’s
strong
network
pretty
much
delivered
a
premium
vehicle
to
my
doorstep
at
an
address
and
pin
code
that
most
‘all
india
delivery’
companies
will
not
deliver
to.
Once
the
order
was
placed,
Aneesh
made
it
a
point
to
call
me
at
least
once
a
week
to
update
me
on
the
status
of
the
waiting
period.
I
never
had
to
chase
him
for
that.
Once
the
vehicle
arrived,
there
was
an
issue
with
the
actual
delivery
date
and
the
date
proposed
by
our
astrologer
for
delivery.
When
I
took
the
concern
to
Aneesh
he
quickly
organized
for
two
individual
handing
over
parties
–
one
a
key
handover
on
the
astrologer’s
date,
and
a
second
one
on
the
actual
delivery
date.
The
Popular
Team
went
out
of
their
way
to
organize
two
grand
parties.
Popular’s
Customer
Care
Manager,
Mr.
Jobin
Mathew
oversaw
this
delivery
with
expert
execution
of
the
official
handover,
technical
handover,
and
celebratory
handover.
He
was
obviously
well
trained
and
well
experienced.
We
were
apprehensive
about
astrological
time
constraints,
but
Jobin
coordinated
the
process
calmly
and
precisely,
despite
of
all
the
complex
details
that
go
into
a
vehicle
delivery.
I
must
say,
the
team
at
Popular
expertly
handled
number
plate
registration,
fastag
registration,
road
tax
hassles,
insurance,
and
every
other
headache
usually
associated
with
a
new
car
purchase.
We
basically
walked
in,
ate
cake
and
laddus,
and
drove
home
with
a
fully
legally
road
worthy
car.
Mr.
Aneesh
Kumar’s
and
Mr.
Jobin
Mathew’s
dedication
to
their
job
and
Popular
must
be
applauded.
They
both
went
out
of
their
way
and
above
their
job
responsibilities
to
make
our
entire
purchase
fun,
relaxed,
and
memorable.
