They do not have proper discipline ,and they do not know how to behave like profesional ,the main girl fldoctor is wandering here and there and didn't know to importance of time and really the staff is not good and people are waiting waiting and waiting ,plz look at the staff and any head see what they are doing,they are making atulaya brand going to hell in this way look at them. HOMESTLY NOT GOOD

Staff is very cordial . Specially peson at x-ray . But only a suggestion for basement one should have lift or ramp so patient who cant walk will be able to get scanned . One of above if installed will add up to feather in ur cap. Over all quite good experience. Thanks a lot team

Worst experience, unexperienced and illetrate staff, too much costly, only name. Even though, they didn't know how to take blood for samples, how to behave patients. Don't go for insulting, waste your money and time.

good services and great experience in atulaya health care jammu specially nursing staff

I have very good experience today in atulaya health care Bakshi nagar more specifically the reception staff is having high degree of patience.

It was a great experience to have diagnosed at atulaya labs. All the staff members were cooperative and helpful.

So bad. To show the results to a Dr u need a hard copy. First u have to go to their authorized Chemist who always avoids giving printout ie system down..out of paper…printer down. Since It’s a long print it’s all to save costs. If this is the case Atulaya should charge extra for printout. Puneet Gupta report of 9th Jan still pending.

Good services and great team of doctors available, only issue is with token system, i advise the management to deploy a Proper token generation system or queue management system, that wil make the clinic more of a professional setup else it will remain same as some trust hospital.. this automated system is a basic in any good private healthcare setup.

Total waste of time. Staff is totally non professional from last 8 hrs they are just moving me from one to another room, just for CT scan can’t believe that such big name and such kind of ill mannered staff is here. Big disappointment

I have visited here for the test in the evening. Everything was okay and good there until I saw washrooms. But I am giving 1 star because there is no such option for 0 star just because of the washrooms. As the name of brand the condition of wasrooms are the worst.
