Dated; a sad tale of no budget for maintaining an otherwise well-built hotel. AC was broken in several rooms. We were moved once after we checked in, then in the 'new' room (which smelled slightly like vomit) we had to move again around 11 p.m. when we figured out that a long, bright light in the room couldn't be switched off - I have honestly never heard of such a thing. They finally moved us into a decent room with working AC and no weird smell and I was only left to wonder why they didn't give us that room in the first place as the hotel was virtually empty. The morning staff was more helpful and competent than the evening staff.

I stayed in Aug, 2023 . Extremely disappointed with their overall customer service. In a stay of 2 days they made me change my room 5 times bcs. ( bad tiles in bathroom, very poor hygiene, AC isn't working etc.). In the night I asked for a mosquito liquid the reception responded we had 2 and already given to some other guest. I'm genuinely telling everyone please don't stay at this hotel as there are many other better alternatives available near pathankot railway station.

Most hopeless hotel.....zero maintenance....dirty rooms. Unclean toilets...no staff...it's not worth of money...you will get good hotels in same price or lesseelr

Worst service, Poor service, Telephones not working, TV out of service, Rooms not cleaned, Lift remains off more often. No Water was put in rooms.

Good location very close to city railway station, Good sized rooms, Needs a lot of renovation as the infrastructure has become dated, airconditioner needs to be replaced, entire bathroom fittings, walls needs replacement, no need for bathtub, it's a waste of space and in fact hinders showering.

I went to this place with my family for my maternal brother marriage it was luxurious experience for me

Guy at the reception and staff was well mannered but hotel was not up to the mark, lift wasn't working so it was hard for my mother to climb two floor daily.

Considering the tariff, I paid for the stay, I would highly recommend the hotel. The staff is very courteous, excellent service from them. Location is also good, very easy to find and I got car parking as well. Food was very tasty & very rightly priced. I have all the praises for them. I opted for MAP plan and they offered us everything we could ask for! Excellent!

Disappointed with cleanliness.. if you're visiting this place make sure to get the bed sheet changed on arrival and do get them changed in fron you as the bed sheets are hardly washed

The hotel is situated close to Chakki Bank where I got off from my bus. It was of great help since it was one of the few places serving breakfast at 8 in this area and had extremely clean washrooms.

Best place to stay in pathankot. Delicious food happening Bar. Classic rooms. Courteous staff.
