I ordered chana masala , veg raita and tandoori roti . Chana masala took my whole heart . It was really delicious. Veg raita was good too. Services were great . Its near pathankoth cantt railway station .

We have visited Flames restaurants for lunch as our train is from Pathankot Cantt Railway station and we have reached little early. The ambiance is very vibrant which lift your mood and service is great as well. We have ordered kadai paneer,paneer do pyaza, butter nan and lassi. Every item is tasty and fresh, we were very hungry due to long travel and they have given the best.

A place with nice environment and interior, the food quality is also nice. Price is above average and the service is also decent. Overall a nice place to hang out with friends and family with a very close distance from the pathankot junction.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !! The worst possible experience you can ever have is what this restaurant offers you. We found a cocroach in our order and instead of creating an issue we politely requested the team to the cancel the paneer veg. When we genuinely requested a discount the manager started making video is us instead of understanding what we wanted to say . They didn't even consider that it was their fault.

We had COCKROACH in our food. Please do not eat from here. The attitude of the receptionist was even worse. Although they did cut the item from the bill, they didn’t seem sorry. We were polite and did not create a drama there, but when we asked for a discount, he started making a video. We were 4 girls so we did not pursue further, but you should refrain from going there.

5⭐ Everything is just perfect. Food, service, staff, atmosphere just loved it. It was my first visit and will surely visit again. They have arrangements for kitty parties, birthdays etc. There are some decorative pieces on the wall like bike, truck, bicycle that looks great. Must visit place ❤️

Located just opposite of Pathankot Cantt railway station. The interior is spacious, neat and clean, and nicely decorated. Here hygiene is looked after very well. Seating arrangement has a vintage feel and is very comfortable. Staff arr well trained ams and extremely courteous. Quality and preparedness of food are high class. I would surely recommend to try it out if you are around.

Price is too high.behaviour of manager is not good. Normal mrp 20 rupee water bottle charged as 25 without giving any service.

I see the board out site of resturant where three type of different thali rate was written, this 120, 150, and 175. I went to resturant and ordered one Thali, I have never eaten the worst quality of food like they give to me. I was hungry and a little bit taken. All foods was rotten, too much added salt. One more thing in Thali they provide two veg and one dal. The fullgobi was not boiled, the dal was over Salt, another veg was rotten. Don't go otherwise u will suffer stomach problems and loss of money

Manager is so much helpful….we were waiting at Railway station in warm environment, he gave place to us to sit in ac restaurant.

Poor hospitality, management is not responsible for anything. Management doesn't care if some outsiders ruin your family party. Not a place for family functions and birthday parties. Even your booked party can be ruined by outsiders and no body gonna ask them, even management says we are not concerned with this and not responsible. Any outsider can easily ruined your party and no action took against violence. Violence is very normal here. Moreover, the food quality is very low.

This was my first time there and the way they treat their customer is totally unacceptable. 3rd class service. Actually, they don't even have any class, to be honest. Food was okk. We had a party there on the roof. The service was good. But food was not upto the mark.

I personally liked the ambience of the Restaurant and the quality of food they provided. The restaurant staff is always ready to hear your call. I would suggest people to give it a try to this restaurant.

I have done party in this restaurant on 7may 22 with family and we have the 14 members including children I want to share that the food and other things were so unhygienic from Saturday all members suffer from viral fever very dirty and unhygienic food all members become sick so we will not eat this type of food in our life

We ordered Jain thali which came with uncooked rice. Rest was ok. We asked for Jain dal to be packed but instead normal dal was packed. Please be mindful of these because despite the food being decent, these ruin customer experience.

Experience was not so good according to the price we booked it for food was nice but the atmosphere was really bad. It was so hot that we were dripping in sweat like it's the summer time so they should have a proper cooling system and there were a lot of mosquitos overall not recommended to book it especially the one with open roof.

Worst restraunt ever. They will interfere whenever you go there. No privacy and they don't care about the guest. Poor hospitality. I wish i could give them 0 star rating but its not possible. They don't even care if any outsider come and ruin your party. All they say we are not responsible. There are lot of other places in pathankot city. I wish could go somewhere else. Looter mfs.
