Had booked 20 rooms for a marriage function. The room keys didn't work properly. Room service was extremely poor. Staff was arrogant. Only good thing was that the owner was responsive and did try his best to sort things out. But to work with such useless staff and non working equipments is only going to harrass customers only.

I hosted a party here. Everyone in the party was disappointed with the quality and hygiene of the food. There was a Cockroach was in the Sweet dish. The owner is so shameless that after I raised a concern to him, he did nothing. The whole staff was like zombies, looks like they all were drunk. If you want to spoil your future event, you are welcome here.

Additionally, some aspects of the room, such as furniture or fixtures, showed signs of wear and tear, which could be addressed through regular maintenance and updates. The noise insulation within the hotel could be improved as well. During my stay, I noticed that sounds from the hallway or adjacent rooms could sometimes be quite audible, causing disruptions to my rest. Enhancing the soundproofing measures would contribute to a more peaceful and restful atmosphere for guests. Another area of improvement would be the variety and quality of the breakfast offered. While the breakfast options were decent, there was a lack of variety and the overall quality could be elevated. Providing a wider selection of fresh and appetizing dishes would add value to the guests' dining experience. Finally, the hotel could consider incorporating additional amenities or facilities to further enhance the guest experience. For instance, the addition of a fitness center or a business center would cater to the needs of different types of travelers, ensuring a more well-rounded stay. Overall, while Hotel Unite provided a satisfactory stay, addressing the areas mentioned above would contribute to an even more enjoyable and memorable experience for guests. By focusing on staff responsiveness, maintenance, noise insulation, breakfast quality, and the addition of amenities, Hotel Unite has the potential to elevate its offerings and provide an exceptional stay for its guests.

The room was no less than a nightmare. The front manager is highly unprofessional and is concerned only about the room rent to be paid in advance and selling breakfast. Bedsheets are super dirty and the room is super stinky, shower is not working.The washroom is like the same as you get in a bus stand or a petrol pump, there are urine marks on the wc and the jet is always working, only the AC in the room works fine, rest each and everything is faulty. Booked the room because of the owner's reputation but the maintenance staff and the front manager ruined everything. It's better to stay in your car and spend a night than to book this hotel. Please beware guys. (PS: had no other option than checking in because it was 2 in the midnight and had to leave early).

Bad experience over all its starts from suffocate room with a bad smell. Cleaning poor in room as well as common area. only a single swiper in hotel. Even front office wasroom r so dirty at all time. Hygiene zero Cocroches r moving around food serving area. Banquet management failed to serve food a long time waiting after one time served. last but not the least food was ok rating 3.5*.

Once or twice stayed here, it's on highway in Pathankot, Punjab near to army area and bus stand. Parking space is good, but rest rooms are ok not too good.

It was a total worst experience of my life they have no key in all rooms. Because we have some family function in the hotel , It was worst experience when u see hotel kitchen is so dirty . And when we do phone call to the hotel owner, he didn't response properly. And 1 more thing is so important firstly u visit the hotel and we talk to the owner of her hotel charges per plate price including GST he said u will get this price after completing function in 5 days, U calculate and see the per plate is so high he is totally wrong.

Hotel Unite provided a great experience for me my first time in India. I had a previous booked reservation confirmation with Shamyana Hotel, when I reached the hotel. They told me they could not accommodate me, that they did not have my reservation. They hotel stole my money and told Hopper that I stayed at their hotel after refusing me. However, Hotel Unite came to my rescue. Not only where the accommodating. They were very friendly and was too eager to help. I had a wonderful stay the morning Free breakfast, the room service, the general great customer service that was giving by there staff was EXCELLENT. I would recommend Hotel Unite to anyone planning a trip to Pathankot.

I would leave zero stars if i could.Dealing and Hotel management is not good. When we went overthere they said deal done in exist amount after the function was done they put extra charges for the things they haven't talked about before So for us they aren't the man of there words.They are the man of the money

Very poor service. No water, no tea/coffee. They take 45 mins in the restaurant and 0.5hr to supply the material after taking the order. 3rd Class Service and poor management. Useless hotel. Just the wastage of time and money.

One of the best hotels in the city. Tasty food. Big party hall. Genuine rates. Digital payment modes available. Good natured staff. Special Mention a nice guy , Mr.Rishab Sharma Banquet Manager.

Smelly toilets in executive lounge. No cleaning of rooms and specially toilets. Very bad experience. Will never ever go to this place again specially in Pathankot. Too bad to stay.

Ratings of this hotel supposed to be (-) 5. Dirty rooms, stains on washroom's accessories. Smelly room Termite issue Seepage issue Doors are without lock and highly chance to stuck in washroom or main room. And last but not the least staff's unprofessional behaviour. Better to stay anywhere but not here. You cannot sleep here over night....so I moved out from this hotel and checked in some other good hotel. Extremely not recommended.

Why i am giving 5 star to this hotel please see below mentioned points. 1.Best service ever provided by their staff . 2.owners of the hotel are very corporative and humble . 3.Food , and dinner was awesome. 4. We have invited 200 guests every guests are happy with their services and tastes of food. 5.Special thanks to Mr .Anmol and his father for made such arrangements For our guests. 6.there was No AC problem 7.no parking problem. 8.Rooms provided by them including in package . 9.Room service staff and lift staff have good positive attitude. 10.overall we are happy with their services
