I didn’t stay but I took the risk to try their food. This restaurant and its services, is a shitshow. I ordered biryani and it had a cockroach in it. Zomato didn’t help and on reaching out to the restaurant, the front desk didn’t respond appropriately. So, I asked him to get the manager, after that, at first, I was made to wait for two minutes and then he hung up and later switched off the phone. A while back, it was a hair in the naan and now a cockroach. Their refusal to take responsibility for infested food and poor customer care, is really disappointing. It’s honestly better to order from somewhere else, than to deal with such rude people in the business and eat their bad food.

Hotel is good only by looking. But the real fact is worst experience I had faced. We are group of 16-18 people and go for dinner but the service they provide is too slow . No one is taking care of customer . They serve water bottle after 15 min . And food comes after 45 min even there is no one in restaurant. Worst food service. Taste was good but they give food after 45 min and all come so slow. Please think twice before go for dinner this restaurant. If you have patience then go as taste is not bad.

A decent hotel with all basic amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were on a road trip and decided to take a halt for the night at this hotel. Parking is a little tricky as you need to park on the street by-lane. You can order in food and the hotel does not mind which is a big plus point. Overall a nice, clean place to spend the night after a long journey.

Room service is very poor.. although food is nice and location is average Conclusion - room service and reception staff should be upgraded.

Worst place for any kind of functions. Pathetic service. I booked this hotel for my engagement and they didn't provide as promised. They provide third class decoration, food was not prepared on time and doesn't last for entire function. Their staff doesn't even know how to serve bride and groom's family on table. They spoiled my entire function and I would never ever suggest their services to anyone. They don't even deserve a single star.

Good hotel. Nice place to stay . Very comfortable and clean place to Stay. I stayed there from 7th March 2023 to 14th March. Very helping and cooperative staff. Food is good and tasty. only tea needs to improve 😊.

We, a group of 13 persons, have checked in 6 Rooms for one night on 17/11. Rooms are not clean as shown in photos. Room service & reception service is very poor. Some basic room stuffs (hot cattle with coffee/tea/other pouches, towels, others, etc.) not provided inspite of reminder to reception more than 15 times. AC not working in one room, TV remote not available in one room. Water jugs in all the rooms were dirty/rusty looks like not cleaned for several days or months. =============== Food service in Dining area is excellent service with good & tasty food. ********************

While coming back from drass I stayed for one night in this hotel . Rooms cleanliness, room service and location is very good. Staff is very courteous and responsive. 👍👍

I have ordered white pasta on 22 01 2024. At 9.30 pm. But it didn't look that's it's made by a cook. I think it was made by a waiter.

The worst experience i ever had, in this hotel.we have booked an hall for ring ceremony the time was 11:00 am, all guests arrivef on time there was nothing ready, the have started preparing at 11:30 . Just because of the worst service my entire function got spoiled. I will never recommend to anyone about this hotel.

We had a party on 23 Sep, the arrangement of everything was very good in the party hall mainly there was good seating area.
