I was given their most dirtiest room. Had lumps of hair lying in room corners. The toilets light was hanging. Had hair all over the bed sheets. It had wood chips all over. The room was never cleaned and was disgusting. Had to stay because I was traveling, it was late, I was exhausted and had to leave early. Never had the energy to argue or ask the management to clean my room. I just had to let it go. I just hope they do not give rooms to someone else at this horrible condition.

Bad rooms, bad service, when asked for clean blankets they said no upfront. Bathroom taps were leaking. And the bathroom window glass is at a height of just 6 feet so the interior is clearly visible from inside

Don't book this resort online.. resort will not give you room on same price which you booked online ... Giving 2 Star because AC was working

Worst hotel I ever seen Room , washroom are so ugly Bedsheets and blankets are smelling or not even washed properly I will never advised any one to go this hotel

Rooms were not that much good and service was third class

Bad place for stay, bedsheets were bad in condition, blankets were not properly handled, they do not even provide you water you have to pay extra for Mineral water. Washrooms were having around 10ft of sneak area, where anyone can easily sneak into your washroom when you are using it.

Oyo is the worst choice to make, I reserve a for 2 and the representative on call spoke to me confirm the booking also text me the reservation details..... When I reached to the hotel, the receptionist is tell me that they don't have any agreement with oyo as they broke the agreement 2 months before because oyo is not clearing their last payments...!

Pathetic dirty rooms with multiple lizards and cockroaches. The fan doesn’t work, the wall is just painted in patches and somehow there was mud spread all over the walls in the room I got. Didn’t have the courage to even use the washroom.

Hotel rooms are not at all comfortable insects roam in room even lizards were seen during our visit, blankets are not washed properly

Nothing was good, just safe for sexual activity.

Because they don't promise what they say. Breakfast was for us at 7, that was no problem, but when we arrived they say 8:30 and they new we had to leave at 7:30. So disappointed
