The hotel is in good condition for the most part, the rooms are a nice size, the beds are comfortable, and the place is clean. For me at least, my opinion of a hotel depends on the food, and this place has failed in epic fashion so far. The breakfast buffet was all cold except for the fried rice (The soup was especially cold), and the room service was similarly lacking in heat. It tasted good, bit it appears they cooked it a while before they sent it up, or perhaps got it out of a fridge and didn't warm it up properly. For the rooms and customer service I'd go with five stars, but the food has been pretty poor. Edit - The second day breakfast was cold again, something that rather spoils my morning.

Nice hotel...clean n tidy...perfect for business trip

Location is quite strategic near Alun-Alun Pati the city center. Room is all around great. from TV to bathroom equipment (shampoo, soap, toothpaste/brush) is on the spot. Service actually is pretty decent enough. Staff is surely polite. The only downside is breakfast. I almost shocked for over IDR 500k/night, this is happening to me. I experienced the white rice is not nice. quite dry and not fresh. not so many choice for breakfast menu. suggestion maybe you guys should someday add turmeric rice or fried rice or "nasi uduk".

Wherever you ask for dinner every time they say that item is sold. Also very few menus available for foreigners. Loundry service is also not up to the mark. Also loundry person will enter in your room if you not opened door after Bell irrespective of you are in bathroom. That's horrible experience 🤐

My recent stay at the Safin Hotel Pati was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the comfortable bed and pillows, which made for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience

As the hotel is new, the room condition and cleanliness is good. But the breakfast service is very bad, especially for Sahur in Ramadhan! Few of food provided both in terms of variety and amount. Many of guests did not even get sahur food because the food provided was exhausted. The restaurant service is very bad and slow. Avoid staying in this hotel in the month of Ramadan or before Lebaran!!!

My daughter leaves her phone at the lobby, after making a call to the hotel asking them for a favor to help locate the phone. They moving fast and give me a call back with the updated info. Sure a great service for giving all the guests the need without hesitation.

The piano in the ground floor needs to be repaired. Everything else is nice.

Considered expensive for the price. Service is average, so is the room. However it got pretty good and stable internet connection and is located in city center.

Room is clean and wide and good lay out. Shower has hot and cold water. Near to attractive place, Alun-Alun Pati. Parking is narrow but hotel officer offer good help so no need to worry about it. And they help me to wash our car... I like it

Feels like 4 stars hotel, breakfast was sent to my room a bit late but complete enough for me to choose what i want to eat, towels and bed sheets are clean and feels like new. Secured access (lift only accessible for your room floor). Room wasn't that soundproof, but still ok.

Currently the best and biggest hotel on Pati, the room is spacious, the bed and linen are so comfortable, a perfect place to stay on Pati during your trip around Pantura Timur on Central Java

Blessing to find a hotel like Safin in city like Pati. I recommend it as one of the best hotel in Pati.
