I've ordered online yesterday itself. The guy on the call was very prompt and he promised to deliver the pizza within 30 minutes during lockdown also. Pizza was very good as expected from Dominos and the delivery boy was wearing mask and have had followed proper covid guidelines.

Domino's --- the brand itself defines the taste of the pizza. No pizza maker brand would able to compete with the taste of the pizza of Domino's. Best sitting facility. Staffs were polite. Social distancing & hygiene were also over there.

It's not very spacious ..just few tables were there so don't think about going on holidays although pizza was good like every other Domino's .

Very bad experience. Pizza was under cooked. Stuffing was like raw vegetables. Unable to finish one pizza by three people due half backed pizza base.

My experience here is very very bad.. it's never clean... dirty everywhere.. even cold drink is lying floors and here is no one to clean

You dine in you will be happy you order online they will make you cry. PS edit: I've sent the details over email but mentioning here also and I've shared my registered mobile number in the email. This store in particular has pathetic service in case of online orders. The store manager despite agreeing to complaint of dead cold food couldn't get me the refund in wallet and told me that he will adjust something when I visit the store. On 4 occasions i told him to adjust the online orders but he outrightly told that we are very busy today and asked me not even to place a normal order. Lastly I visited the store and in return to my wasted Rs 800 or so order I was given one regular size pizza as complimentary to my other orders. Online order is always delayed and a cold pizza deserves to go to dustbin and that's happened on many occasions for this particular store. When we visit the store also they are habitual of giving raw food for example you can do a random incognito check by placing an order for chicken taco. The taco is always undercooked and clearly doughy with no crispiness. Last but not the least the people visiting the store should be courteous enough to throw the leftovers and boxes in dustbin but even if they don't the store housekeeping should be prompt but they only will come out to clean once a customer requests them to clean a table. You may do the needful. Taking all this pain coz you asked to revert back in your response to my review.

Though the Pizza was not bad but the service was very poor. They took infinite time in taking orders and serving it. The seating space was also not proper. Very limited space if one wants to adjust 5-6 people. Genuinely, the store didn't looked like if it is Domino's store (that ambience and quality was Missing)

Such a disgusting behaviour of billing clerk by charging more by refusing to give bill on 9th July, 2023 at Khagaul Road Dominino's Pizza. Further he gave stale and old cooked pizza. He has done it twice. First time I ignored but this time I am compelled to write reviews due to such non-sense.

Pizza was delicious 😋 Ambience was good hygiene 10/10 Taste 10/10🍰 Staff's were very friendly , cleanliness is also good . You can visit here with ur family , friends and beloved one☺️

It's a newly opened domino's outlet , there is bit small placevas per customer foot fall , if any one visiting please keep some spare time . Although the staff behavior is very pathetic

Highly unprofessional, Indiscipline, unresponsive,unattentive. Better visit Grill In,Pizza Hut,La pinoz for good service, food and better experience.

Pizza is so tasty.... atmosphere and service is also good......place is properly clean....area is small but interior is good....staffs are friendly... having proper seats..

Overall the experience was good but the parking space is not that much I believe Domino's will change this location as soon as possible If they can open the centre in free space area so it will be easy to get into there with vehicles BTW pizza taste's good 5/5

This restaurant has most misbehaving staffs. They will not listen to your concern and talk to you rudely. Anytime they can refuse to deliver order and will not give you any refund. The staffs are simply rustic and ill mannered. This is the worst Domino's outlet of the entire city. I don't have words to express how bad these staffs are.

This place still not have a proper place for Pizza Party 😜. Infact it is only one of the barch in whole Mini Patna close to everyone. As u can see in the pic

I ordered for a Pizza from Domino's on 6th October, and my order took 2 hours to get delivered to me instead of their promise of 30 minutes. The order was cold and frozen. For these 2 hours, nobody at the Domino's store, or customer service responded to any of my calls or messages, so I didn't even know if the order would ever arrive. On arrival when I asked the delivery person the reason for delay, he said he is the only rider in the store, and hence the delay. I asked him to arrange for my refund as the order is delayed, but he said I need to apply for it via the app. Then I started writing emails, messages, calls for then next 5 days repeatedly, and the only response I got to my emails was that - someone would contact me soon. After all this, I got a call on 10th October from the Domino's store where I had placed the order, and the lady on the call told me that refund can only be issued within 24hours. I told her that it wasn't my fault if nobody took my calls or they never called me back for 5 days. However she insisted that she couldn't help me in this and refund cannot be processed. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service of Domino's after this, and would never go back to Domino's again.

I didn't like the taste of pizza and they don't have all pizzas available 🥺🥺 allover i feel like paisa barbad...

They provides best shifting services. Best staff and they are very polite and honest person. I shifted within Delhi with the help of them. They came to my home early morning and packed everything very professionally.

Pizza is same as always like any other Domino's outlet. Staff are courteous. Seating capacity and space wise it is tad small. Would prefer if they either increase the seating capacity or move nearby in a bigger setup.

Everything was fine but the staff was unprofessional. He made me feel as if I have come to some dhaba.

The quality of pizzas is not that great. They do mess up the pizzas. Like we ordered indie paneer pizza, dont know what they cooked. Later on when we asked, they said some ingredients are missing.

The food quality is good. The dining space is not as expected. You can't dine in in busy hours.

When we visited there, there was neither a table arranged properly.Each table had either one or max. two seats.After this, when we arrived at the counter, we had to wait a lot for placing order. The staff members were not listening to us , they were busy in their own work. We had to call them a no.of times for placing our order. After, when our order arrived they haven't gave us a pouch of sauce and none of the table was having any sauce bottle. Worst experience at Domino's ever.....

Not good service neither they care abot customers.also no any discount even though it is available online or on other store. Also I have seen one person who was demanding his money back as this Domino's could not deliver on that day.so the next day he was demanding his money back but their response was no we will not refund we will provide you pizza today of same amount.and the guy went away saying I will never come back to dominos

Pizza's quality is pretty good but as usual I had to wait for more than 25 minutes for handover. Located at near RPS more in Western Mall. Outlet was hygienic and all staffs are in uniform. Not seen washroom, not sure whether it is available or not.

A sub-standard place to sit & eat with your dear ones....very congusted dinning area & full of people coming here & there. Even a village samosa -jalebi shop has more area than this restaurant. This place has only 3-4 dining tables...poor !! Totally mood killer. Too much waiting for small-small things...I have pledged to never go there from my experience...
